We’ve
been
going
here
for
years,
and
I
decided
yesterday
to
go
elsewhere.
This
is
a
long
one,
but
for
someone
who
has
sadly
decided
to
find
another
eye
clinic,
it’ll
be
worth
the
read.
I
tried
for
two
weeks
to
get
someone
to
contact
me
regarding
my
daughter’s
contacts
to
no
avail.
She
finally
drove
to
the
clinic
and
had
to
go
in
to
be
told
she
needed
to
schedule
an
appointment.
She’s
18
years
old.
She
comes
home
with
the
receipt,
and
they
charged
me
$375
for
an
exam
and
lenses!!
No
contacts.
No
new
frames!
I
was
appalled!
I
called
them
and
had
them
refund
my
money.
The
doctor
gave
her
a
$40
added
exam
to
scan
the
back
of
the
eyes.
Not
needed,
however
it’s
easy
to
throw
that
in
with
a
young
adult
who
is
naive.
They
charged
an
extra
somewhere
else,
but
after
everything
they
charged,
it
was
more
difficult
to
follow.
Then,
they
charged
4%
to
run
a
card!
It
was
$14
for
a
processing
fee!!
I
did
talk
to
a
technician
regarding
contacts
and
lenses,
and
in
the
past,
there
was
a
sweet
lady
who
would
go
over
insurance
options
and
the
least
amount
of
cost
for
contacts,
frames
and
lenses.
However,
when
I
got
home
and
looked
into
my
benefits,
they
were
charging
me
for
things
my
insurance
would
cover.
I’ve
walked
out
of
there
paying
$375
for
exams,
lenses,
frames
and
contacts
in
the
past,
but
when
she
walked
out
empty
handed
with
a
charge
that
high,
I
realized
the
authenticity,
honesty,
integrity
and
genuineness
this
clinic
once
had
with
its
clients
is
completely
gone.
