    Let me tell you about Cleburne Eye Clinic. Let me start with the restrooms and get that out of the way. You can almost tell the cleanliness of a facility by the cleanliness of the restroom. The restrooms are a 10 with cleanliness and supplies. Moving on...The front desk staff was very professional and courteous in their dealings with patients. The technicians are very thorough and know how to take care of business. My eye doctor was professional and friendly and handsome and informed me of any and all issues dealing with my old eyes. He did frighten me with some of the news but that’s just something I’ll have to take to The Lord in prayer and hope things don’t progress further. Did I mention he was handsome? Also, Ramona is AWESOME!!! You need to ask for her when you go.

    Used to be great… now it’s no where close. After twenty years of dedicated loyalty I decided I’m DONE! Lack of communication, commitment and customer service has finally taken its toll. Even as overpriced as they are I still would faithfully go in yearly but in the past three years it’s a true failure in leadership and customer support that has driven me away.

    We’ve been going here for years, and I decided yesterday to go elsewhere. This is a long one, but for someone who has sadly decided to find another eye clinic, it’ll be worth the read. I tried for two weeks to get someone to contact me regarding my daughter’s contacts to no avail. She finally drove to the clinic and had to go in to be told she needed to schedule an appointment. She’s 18 years old. She comes home with the receipt, and they charged me $375 for an exam and lenses!! No contacts. No new frames! I was appalled! I called them and had them refund my money. The doctor gave her a $40 added exam to scan the back of the eyes. Not needed, however it’s easy to throw that in with a young adult who is naive. They charged an extra somewhere else, but after everything they charged, it was more difficult to follow. Then, they charged 4% to run a card! It was $14 for a processing fee!! I did talk to a technician regarding contacts and lenses, and in the past, there was a sweet lady who would go over insurance options and the least amount of cost for contacts, frames and lenses. However, when I got home and looked into my benefits, they were charging me for things my insurance would cover. I’ve walked out of there paying $375 for exams, lenses, frames and contacts in the past, but when she walked out empty handed with a charge that high, I realized the authenticity, honesty, integrity and genuineness this clinic once had with its clients is completely gone.

    I've called 3 times and left messages over the past week to ask if a certain procedure was covered by insurance, or what the cost would be if it wasnt. Each time the front desk said it could only be answered by a technician. Still haven't had a call back. I mean, do you want my business or not?? How hard is this to do?? You're losing money with your poor customer service!!

    Had our appointment mid September to get eye glasses for both me and my daughter. Both our eyeglasses are not done yet and it is now mid November and we are still waiting. I called last month to check and apparently the lab lost my daughters order and my glasses was sent back to lab because it was defective. Ive just never been anywhere where it takes this long to order eyeglasses.

    I had the BEST experience today as a 1st time patient. Every single person there was professional, friendly and explained everything in detail. I will never go anywhere else! Love this place!

    Had a good experience. The staff was professional but also able to keep up with my sense of humor. The testing and equipment was top notch. They explained the test results thoroughly and answered all my questions. I'm very knowledgeable about the condition of my eyes and was given incorrect information from one of those box eye exam and glasses stores and I knew that I wasn't going to waste my time and money again when I could get higher quality testing and service for about the same price at the Cleburne Eye Clinic. The won't let you tune their piano though lol

    I got help soak work even as a new patient calling in at 8 in the morning, my 9:30 I was already sitting in your office I was very comfortable and sure that I was going to get the care that I needed and I did. I gave you five stars but your office deserves a higher rating you guys are all awesome thank you from the front desk to the assistance to the doctors are wonderful I really appreciate you guys and I want my entire family that lives in Burleson in cleburne and Crowley to come and be your patience
