I
usually
pass
though
Cleaburne
at
times
when
this
place
is
closed,
but
after
a
year
of
trying,
I
finally
hit
an
open
time.
Holy
Cow!!!
Literally!
Got
a
bacon
burger
and
it
was
delicious.
You
can
tell
that
the
beef
is
freshly
sourced
and
they
don't
over-season
it.
You
get
a
good
hint
of
seasoning,
but
the
fresh
beef
flavor
is
the
dominant
taste.
Bacon
was
quality
and
delicious
too.
Bun
was
toasted
on
the
griddle
and
then
added
to
the
burger
still
on
the
griddle
as
well.
Cheese
melted
perfectly.
The
fries
are
freshly
cut
from
potatoes
and
fried
to
perfection.
Just
crispy
enough,
yet
still
some
soft/soggy
ones.
Great
combination.
The
guy
before
me
in
line
got
some
kind
of
fried
and
battered
little
onion
pieces
on
his
burger
and
a
few
of
them
ended
up
in
my
fries.
They
were
amazingly
delicious
as
well.
I
will
definitely
be
adding
them
to
my
burger
next
time
I
stop
by.
There
is
basically
no
indoor
seating
so
I
grabbed
a
picnic
table
outside.
There
were
a
few
flies
hanging
out,
but
not
a
big
deal.
Weather
was
nice
and
I
could
hardly
pick
up
my
burger
due
to
all
the
friendly
folks
driving
by
and
waving,
so
I
had
to
wave
back.
God
bless
Texas!
