I moved back to cleburne after being away 30 years... The park here is exactly how I remember it being when I was a child!!! Peaceful here... And it's the perfect playground for children to use their imaginations!!!

A very quaint but beautiful park to enjoy alone or with family and friends. Nice to have a family outing as it has cabana rentals available. There is a basketball court and small Waterpark as well for the kids. You can see a few ducks in nature at times. If nearby, I suggest you come by and relax a spell. ENJOY!

Great park! Nicely groomed, with plenty of walking paths. Lots of picnic tables and benches to sit and watch the kids play. Very nice playground. The holiday decorations and lights are impressive during that time of year. Even more obvious, the giant steam locomotive sitting in the park is just such a cool tribute to the history of this railroad town. I've not been to the water park, during the covid lock downs it was either closed or by limited appointment only, we'll try to get in this summer.

Great park, well kept walking patch, humanized ducks and squirrels (they will attack your kids if they bring bread or FF within eye site….goose have teeth, F’ them swans- just stay away from swans). Fishing is hit an miss, stay towards the country club bridge for better results. Splash station is a great family fun spot every year. I love Whistle Stop Christmas.

Nice park, quiet, spacious. Creek with ducks. Water park provides additional entertainment for a few $. Bench / tables in shaded areas make good picnic spots. Plenty of parking. Nice place to relax.

We went early, so we had the run of the place. There was a train, and a tributary with geese. The park was clean and cute. The usual stuff was there like swings, playground area, rock like structure to climb on, and a few other things. Nice benches to sit on while watching all the kids. There were bathrooms and a covered picnic area. We had a great time this morning.

I really love this park. It is set up where you can freely take a walk with your pet and simultaneously watch your children. The lake is small but pretty and landscaping behind it is very beaitiful and still being improved. There are many locations to picknick and tons of trees to sit under. Beware of ants. The park does a decent job at taking care but it can get pretty crazy in the summer so check your bench area. There is also an pool park right next door, Spash Station. You can find parking all around the park. This is very helpful. Take a walk here. It is so refreshing and lively. Even in winter the park is nice.

This is just a small, cute little park in Cleburne, good for picnics or birthday parties. There is a nice kids play area and a covered swimming area as well. There are usually lots of ducks in the water to see. I particularly like coming here during the Christmas season. They have the park covered in lights. Very pretty to see and walk through.

We love going here as a family. It's normally pretty quiet. Great place for walks, taking your kid(s) to the playground. They also have a water slide and pool! Everyone we run into is super nice. A lot of places to have picnics, too?

I was blessed to call Cleburne home for 2 years. I still come back often for community events, this park is filled with wonderful memories for my family and I. Can’t wait for the day to call Cleburne home again. God bless!

Has a wide variety of amenities. Has a playground for children. Basketball/tennis courts. Has a small Waterpark right on site. A baseball field. And they always decorate for holidays.

I love the fact that its closed off for the most part (the playground) so that it is easier to keep an eye on the kids. Their are 2 nice size pavilions and several picnic tables throughout the park for parties and family events. There is a large field in the middle were you could set up bounce houses or play soccer. My son loved it!!!!

Great place to take kids and walk dawg, but it gets a little smelly down by the water because of the ducks. The water doesn’t flow through until it rains . In my opinion the city could do so much more if they would incorporate a little bit of time and money into it!!! Also, the creek on the east side down by the flea market? I purposed a plan few years back and the city really didn’t give it a second thought ? I went to the city council meeting and asked them how come they haven’t dredged that creek out a little more and developed it like San Antonio’s river walk ? They would bring so much more revenue here to Cleburne and revitalize the downtown area??????

Beautiful park for family to visit. Wish they would crack down on people leaving the trash and stuff behind. Would recommend especially during Christmas time

This is a nice, quiet little park with plenty of room for kids to play on the playground, parents to walk the paths and everyone to feed the ducks! I love to take my 6 yr old granddaughter.
