The burger was great and a little messy. But the fries was not hot and crispy as I like it. Rather soggy for my taste. Just my luck I guess. Service was fast and it’s not packed like other outlets.

Hygiene issues. Need pest control for regular visits. Lots of small flies flying around the table.

Never had an issue with food, always correct. Drive thru can be slow some nights, once we waited for 1 hr in line on a Wednesday night at dinner time because they were understaffed. But any other time is quite quick

Frequent this macs as the parking is plenty and has a shorter queue than the other macs around. Have a drive through which makes it easy for drivers. Definitely a more chill macs around the Jurong East area.

Quiet place for relaxing for stopping by for especially for those had their cycling trip. Actually it's mend for those who send their bikes for servicing at roadalink while waiting go and have some rest or snacks

Fast food??? Each time I go, got to wait so long; 10-15min for an ice cream cone. My usual drive-thru (3-4× a wk) to get my choco cone fix. Dread the ridiculous long wait at a 'fast food' ! Staff are MOSTLY unfriendly ALL the time n hv terrible manners- u can thk them but they don't response.
