Worst Service We order take away today 05/08/23 around 10pm 0rder number 174 2 cheeseburger 1 2pc chick McCrispy 1 Spicy Nug 6pcs 1 2pc Honey Soy 2 potato wedges When we reach home we found out our order is incomplete. I really dont trust again the crew at McDonald’s because of this happened.

Today (06/08/23) we group of friends went to macdonald clementi around 10.20pm. Staff Azeem is super cool entertain our request to change fries immediately once asked. Really appreciated. Kudos to his best service.

Recommend to avoid during evening/after work hours, have been there a few times and routinely having to wait up to 1-1.5 hours for a set meal. Staffs appear to be frantically trying their best to cope with the influx of online orders and kiosk orders. Many angsty customers are seen approaching counter staff to check their orders as the order screen is useless at showing the orders being served - and told to go back to waiting again. Dun blame the staffs, likely poor staffing and optimization from the management level. 10/10 would avoid the rush hours

It is a two-level high McDonald’s at the end of clementi mall. There are 4 kiosks to order from with self-collect or table service choices. There are not a lot of tables and seats at the ground level. However, the collection of food and McCafe drinks are within a few steps - very convenient before bringing food to the second floor. The second floor is spacious and had a nice view :)

Fast food that is not fast at all. Long wait of approx 1h on a Friday evening. They are currently running the promo of 2pc McCrispy with McSpicy meal purchase but are unable to cope with the orders coming in. I ordered on the app for pick up but still waited for 1 hour upon arrival. The queue system on screen does not seem to be working, my queue no. appeared on screen (showing that it’s preparing and then ready). After that, the queue number dropped off the screen and I was left waiting unsure when they will call me. Staff are trying their best to cope with the orders and they really look understaff. Just wished that the app had some indication of how many orders were pending so that I would have known not to place an order and get my food elsewhere. Potential customers please beware

Reviewing the Honey and Soy Chicken seasonal. Surprisingly juicy and the soy marination was good.
