I saw a big bus stop advertisement promoting chicken steak. I went to the clementi basement outlet on the same morning, eager to get the steak, only to be told they are out of stock. Still interested, I went back in the afternoon. After queuing for 15mins, the staff told me they no longer offer chicken steak. Clearly, communication has broken down completely. From misleading advertisement to poor customer service at the point of sale. Epic fail. Don't bother.

ordered online at Clementi Mall's KFC @ 11am on the 12th May Friday for a cheese fries & additional cheese sauce by the side. IT WAS PERFECT!!! heads up to whoever that prepared my meal earlier. fries were hot, the amount of cheese, mayonnaise & spring onions were outrageously sufficient. the cheese sauce were almost filled to the brim and most importantly it's hot!!! oh my goodness that made my day so well. God bless you KFC Staff whom made my meal earlier on 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 you deserve a hug haha if this is the standard i will only go to Clementi Mall's KFC from now on even though i stays in Jurong THANK YOUUUUUUU

As usual, the KFC chicken still tastes the same but chicken meat size is getting smaller.

TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered my food, and waited. Then saw them placing the packed food near the counter. When asked if that was mine, she (the STAFF) said no. Then waited for another 10 MINUTES. asked the staff about the food order, she pointed to the packed food that I asked earlier. No apologies or remorse.

They take no care in packing. Something is always missing. This time is a whipped potato. Sigh...

I wanted to order a kentaco but when we got to the counter, they said that they were out of stock. They should’ve at least shown that they didn’t have any left.

Chose to come to this specific outlet because it closes at 10:30pm (slightly later than the other two nearby) but got curved with the lack of chicken at 9:52pm... Poor review specifically because of a certain older lady whom must’ve had a bad day because she waved me off on two occasions to talk to her colleague midway.

Burger forever hard and dry bun! Lettuce soft and seem like put under heater for long time .... manager always shout at staff in front of customer. Doesnt seem nice to do that (personal opinion)

Typical KFC joint. Has a sink you could wash your hands and ketchup chilli sauce dispensing station.

The KFC outlet was quite clean and not too crowded on a Saturday afternoon. However, avoid the waffle double down at all cost. The chicken patty is not as good as the old double down. Instead of being like mcspicy patties, it was more like mcchicken. Also, the waffle felt quite odd being in the middle of the two small patties.

This outlet is amazing. I observe and found out that most of the people pass by, they will come in and order without hesitation

Customer service sucks. Attitude bad and always miss out items. Chicken not fresh seems like put for very long time. Colour is dark and hard.

Waited 30 mins for my takeaway order! And forgot to pack my drinks! Why so slow & inefficient ? Need to go back to take my drinks n never apologise for delay ?

Order at this outlet will take longer than other outlets... Maybe its the age of the staff... Just be patient... I guess..

KFC is a place for quick fit fried chicken.

Delivery was extremely disappointing. Instead of 5 chicken tenders they gave us 3 nuggets. Also instead of opening up a steaming box of juicy goodness, we laid our eyes upon the smallest boniest 3 pieces of chicken kfc has ever produced, they were lying miserably at the corners of the box. What should have been $35 of food was about $15 worth. This is what kills dreams

Service is slow, open late night. We're there twice, late night at 10pm for snack, no customer but they took a long time to serve the food. Second visit was Saturday 6pm, long line because the cashier was slothful, I had the chicken skin for $3.50, the worst chicken skin ever, it's not crispy and stuck with big chuck of under skin hard oils, disgusting.

Staff are friendly, food is good, quick and fast service.
