friend
recommended
this
restaurant
and
we
are
so
glad
we
made
it
there.
This
is
our
favorite
seafood
restaurant
from
our
6
days
trip
in
Singapore.
You
need
to
take
a
20
minutes
taxi
ride
from
the
downtown
area.
This
restaurant
is
surrounded
by
the
iconic
Singapore
flats
and
most
of
the
dinners
inside
are
local
people
instead
of
tourists.
The
price
is
on
the
pricy
side
but
I
promise
you
the
food
definitely
worth
it!
The
operations
manager
Siman
was
super
nice
and
helpful.
He
helped
us
to
select
the
best
seafood
they
had
for
the
evening.
We
ordered
the
pepper
Dungeness
crab黑椒螃蟹,
Australian
lobster姜葱炒澳龙,
bamboo
clams蛏子,
green
dragon
chives青龙菜.
All
of
them
are
highly
recommended!
Pepper
Dungeness
crab
($100
SGD):
my
favorite
of
the
evening.
I
prefer
pepper
crab
than
the
spicy
crab,
which
is
a
famous
cooking
method
in
Singapore.
We
lived
in
California,
US
(we
have
lots
of
Dungeness
crab)
so
we
were
hesitating
about
the
price
of
Dungeness
crab.
However,
we
totally
forgot
about
the
price
once
we
tasted
the
crab.
The
crab
meat
is
so
delicious
and
the
pepper
added
lots
of
flavor
to
the
crab.
Australian
lobster
($188.16
SGD)
recommended!
Though
it
is
a
bit
difficult
to
eat,
Siman
helped
us
to
break
down
the
lobster
and
taught
us
how
to
eat
it
more
efficiently.
Loved
it!
Bamboo
clams:
so
good!
Highly
recommended!
It
is
so
fresh
and
there’s
no
sand
at
all
inside
the
clams.
Dragon
chives:
it’s
a
local
vegetable.
We
loved
it.

Conclusion:
the
seafood
here
is
just
so
fresh
and
delicious.
It
is
hard
to
beat
in
our
opinion.
