Went to lunch at KFC with mom today and we enjoyed our meal. She had a chicken meal with coleslaw and biscuit and I had the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. Yummy, Thank you from the service at the counter to the cleanliness in the restaurant.

Rude at the drive-through window, gave me the wrong drinks, I called the store to complain about the rude customer service, and giving me the wrong drinks and then the manager says that I was lying and yelled over me, so I couldn’t even speak and then hung up the phone. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free. Just make a formal complaint. Said she was the manager; What am I gonna do about it. KFC, please find better employees and managers who don’t act miserable and yell at customers on the phone. Fries cold. Should’ve went to Chick-fil-A. was not my pleasure.

Well, I gave this place another shot because what can I say? I like chicken! They are still rude and short when ordering through the drive-through, never tell you the total, or say thank you. I asked for mac-n-cheese and got mashed potatoes and the chicken is so tough that it's had to have been sitting under a heat lamp all day!! I had hoped that maybe the owner would see the reviews and make some changes but nothing has changed. I'm surprised it's still even open. This will be my last visit!

Took more than 20 minutes extra for the doordash order I needed to deliver. It was 5 pieces of chicken that took 40 minutes total. It's all good, doesn't hurt me too much, but I can't accept offers from this KFC anymore.

Old chicken that's been sitting under the heat. Got food back home and could hardly chew the skin or anything. What a waste of 22.00 for two meals. For the managers, Cooks, corporate or franchise If the chicken has been sitting for a period of time Throw it away or something. Stop selling it. We work to hard for our money to throw it away on bad food.

Neither Customer service nor common sense are available at this restaurants location. Ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and asked if I could get a little KFC slaw on it. Was asked if I wanted a large or small side order of slaw on the side, told her neither just a spoonful on the sandwich. I was informed that she was not allowed to put anything other than mayo and pickles on it. I asked her for the sandwich with no pickles on it then and was told it came with pickles and she couldn't take them off, so I asked for chicken sandwich with just mayo and was told again if I wanted a chicken sandwich it came with mayo and pickles NO Substitutions. Went to Burger King and got my chicken sandwich with no pickles No Problem.

Worse service and employees I have ever came across. I would give it no stars if an option. I made my order through drive through which consisted of chicken tenders, mash taters and gravy and drink and I paid through drive up the window cashier Amari it says on my ticket told me to pull forward and she bring it out. I waited 8 minutes and no one came out. I rode back around to the window to be told she had left and the new shift came in and knew nothing about my order. I was told to hold on and 3 minutes later I had to blow my horn to get someone to come to the window. The next woman I didn’t get her name was mean and said it wasn’t their fault they were the new shift. I waited another 3 minutes and blew my horn for a guy came to the window who knew nothing of my order but finally did get it to me and didn’t give me my drink with the combo. I almost was late for work due to this incompetent place and the tenders tasted weird so I didn’t eat them .I wouldn’t doubt something was changed on them in a nasty way. I can’t believe this place is still in business. Horrible and wouldn’t recommend to my dog much less a person.

The first time I came here. The chicken and potatoes were good, nice and hot. But the soda taste like water. Went back again and they have no drinks except root beer and water. And the mash potatoes had some dried up stuff on the side The chicken was rubbery. But the Honey BBQ sauce is amazing I love it. KFC is too expensive to be serving food like this.

Left out one item. Only one staff member running front cash and drive thru. Waiting to take my order with no one in line but me took longer than making over $100 of food (two 16 piece meals and 2 chicken littles.)

Went here a few days ago. There were 2 ladies in front of me on the line and 0 people eating in the entire restaurant. The two ladies in front of me were ordering to eat in, and I was there to take out. They waited approximately 12 minutes before someone took their order, while I was behind them, then after they ordered I waited another 7 to 9 minutes before I ordered. I noticed after I ordered, an employee locked us into the restaurant because apparently they were getting busy and they didn't want anyone else entering the restaurant. I finally got my order after almost a half hour and proceeded to leave, but was locked in. I unlocked the door myself and left. I got in my car and checked my order and it was wrong off course. I proceeded to try to re-enter the restaurant to get my order corrected and the door was now locked again. They would not let me back in. I had to bang on the door quite aggressively. Finally after about 5 minutes of banging on this door, I was finally let back in, and my order was corrected. I will never come back to this location. It's not worth it.

I would give this place a half star if it had an option. The wait yet again again again in the drive through is horrible!!! They weren't even busy.. As I waited I over heard the lady in front of me correct them on something they got wrong, then they forgot one of her drinks then they didn't give her back the correct Change... I almost left without my food. I pulled up next and didn't see anyone at the window to help me but you could see the workers goofing off and looking lost. The girl then came to the window and rudely asked, what did you order!?! 6-7 minutes later I finally got my food. There's a guy that I wish I caught his name, I believe he's the manager and he is super nice, if it wasn't for him... That place wouldn't be open at all.... I don't recommend this location at all, save time and patience and go down the road to Chick-fil-A

The workers are very nice. But expect at least a 45 min wait for your food even if you order ahead of time. Both times that I have been here it took 45 minutes to get my food. I even ordered ahead of time.
