Snippet version: the prices are better than most and the nails looked good, the salon is clean and welcoming but customer service is lacking. My experience: I was a walk-in and it was my first time coming here. The lady doing a pedicure greeted me kindly and referred me to the tablet to sign in. There were only two people working so I was expecting to wait, no problem. Shortly after being ushered towards a desk, another woman walks in the front door and gestures for me to sit at her desk. I think she said two things to me the whole time- asking for the shape and color I'd like, and once I was finished and walked out the door, she was right behind me pulling off in her car. She did great work on my nails but the customer service was lacking, it came across like she was interrupted from a lunch break or something to come do my nails and while I do empathize I think basic kindness would've been nice from someone providing a service.

I think my nails are pretty. It’s had been a few years since last getting my nails done. This was my first time here and the experience first walking in was awkward because of not knowing their routine but I was helped and told their process of getting checked in. They didn’t have the first color I chose which is understandable because can’t expect them to keep over 100 powders constantly. So be sure to have backup option. Overall quick and with my experience you’ll have the sns product under nail and on skin. My cuticles weren’t done but could be my fault for not specifically asking for them to be done. Not sure as I said it had been a while and first experience getting sns. Pretty silent the entirety of my manicure, but that’s fine everyone is different. Affordable price better than other places I have seen. I do recommend.

If you Do visit here, stay clear from Kim!!!!! Horrible , mean unfriendly attitude!! She look like she just crawled out of bed, into the nail salon!! Only gave 20 color options, I asked for recommendations … she had none!!! When finished I had to ask for lotion!!! No Smile!!! Life is too short Kim!! If you hate doing nails . Do something else!!! I’ll never go back here!!!!!

My mother and I both love getting our nails done at Precious Nails because of the beautiful work they do every single time. Very sweet girls working there, and hard workers. My acrylic nails are so shiny and pretty!

Sadly I didn't have a good experience, I was disrespected and left feeling unsatisfied. A couple of weeks ago I went to get my nails done for my graduation, I did a walk in and waited for my turn. After some time waiting, I was seated. At the beginning the nail tech was a little cold and I didn't though much of it cause maybe they were feeling tired and I understood. I explain what I wanted which was very basic just almond shape and natural look acrylic nails. They then ask me what color of gel I wanted and I told her that I prefer for them to leave just the acrylic and put some top coat because I personally liked that look. This is when the nail tech started to get an attitude with me. I guess it could be because they charge u more for gel. And so she then took the acrylic powder puts it on my nails and says "is this what you want?". After this she proceeds to do my nails in a bad mood. She then says to me "stop looking at me, look at something else but don't look at me" I want to clarify that I wasn't looking at her but at my nails and seeing how they were turning out. This was a horrible experience and I personally don't recommend this nail salon the customer service was 0/10

This nail shop is wonderful. There are many different designs for nails with different possibilities. Staff members are wonderful and available to help. If you have any questions for the ladies and you aren't sure about something, feel free to ask!

I've come here a few times for pedicures which I've always enjoyed. I'm getting married this weekend and after an overcharge for a basic design at another local nail salon I was nervous about paying an outrageous price for what I was asking for. Not only did precious nails take me at 6:15 after I called that morning, they took their time to make sure I was happy every step of the way. Which this included asking them to swatch me with a few base coats after I kept choosing the wrong colors. I loved what I left with, at what I feel is an affordable price!

I got a regular polish base pedicure and had Liz. She was so sweet and did a great job. The shop is clean and they offer a lot of colors and pedicure/mani options! Loved Liz and chatting with her. Owners were super helpful and supportive to all their stylists it seems.

I’m from Florida and flew up for my grandson’s birth. I had a nail that broke and walked in this salon with my daughter-in-law. They were able to fix and repaint my nails while my daughter-in-law got a pedicure. Top notch and friendly folks!

Love them not painful at all so pretty and they are artist and pros a doing nails
