    Chick fil a is always consistent, food is always fresh and hot. Best service ever. I absolutely love the employee Carla. Shout out to all the amazing workers there. Even though they are short staffed they try their best. 👍🏻

    Stopped in at this location for the first time. Got chicken wrap for the first time. Was great! Hunter took my order, friendly,quick service. Highly recommend!

    First off I never write reviews but for this I had to...I had rewards that they would not let me redeem. I get a breakfast burrito that is falling apart. The manager was very unpleasant and roller her eyes at me. I've been to a lot of chick fil a's and the customer services was not there. I will not be going back to this location. This is not the first time it has happened at clemmons.

    First of all, I never write these things. I feel it is a waste of time, however not this time. My wife and I moved down here in November and I’ve been struggling to find a decent job since. Despite going here several times and having my order completely wrong even after I explained my food allergy which they obviously have a blatant disregard, I still applied for a job knowing it’s a Christian establishment. After going on 2 interviews and being told things went well, despite being down on my luck and desperately needing income they decided to turn me away. This is not a very Christian attitude and these people do not care about you, they only want your money. I am never eating here again, nor is my entire family. You have lost several customers for life. Reap what you sow.

    Ordered on mobile app for breakfast and arrived at 10:17 for drive thru pick up. It took us till 10:31 to get up to attendant and they said they could not honor our mobile order even tho we were there on time. Changed our order to accommodate you not us the customer and they screwed the order up and did not give us condiments. Worst experience ever for a chic fil a

    If i could give them 0 stars, I would. Went two days back to back taking 20-40min to get my order. Had to tell them both times that i was waiting on my food. Funny thing is that they were both through mobile order so there is no excuse for it. The most unsatisfying service Chic Fil A can offer for you.

    Passing through on the interstate and stopped in around 8:00pm just for an ice cream cone. It took nearly 20 minutes! So slow… I love Chick-fil-A but this was a disappointing visit.

    Waited in line 25 minutes finally got to place my kids breakfast order at 10:32. I went to pay and realized the amount was lower than it should be be, had incorrect mini count so told the guy who happened to be the manager. He wouldn’t correct it just said breakfast stopped at 10:30 so I should have went inside. Informed him I’ve been stuck in the line for almost 30min, there’s no way to get out of the line and he just responded he could refund it or I could take what was on the receipt (so could feed half my kids). Seriously you serve chicken nuggets all day so it’s literally bread…. Heat up some dang bread or get the workers out there to run the line like most locations do.

    I usually use the drive through, which moves fast. My favorites are fried nuggets and half sweet/unsweet iced tea. I've liked everything I've eaten at all Chick-fil-As EXCEPT grilled nuggets, which are worse than awful. They have neither the taste or texture like chicken. I've tried them several times to discount catching them on an off day. The grilled nuggets were bad each time I tried them.

    My first time at a Chuck-fil-a. Very friendly and efficient service. Because it was my first time here I was a little lost. But my waitress (sorry, forgot her name) helped me out. Had a little waiting time but the chicken was fantastic. Tasted good and juicy. Will come back for sure.

    Clemmons Chick-fil-A was the absolute slowest ever. I sat in drive through 3-4 minutes and it did not move at all, so I got out of line (was that far back) and parked. Inside I stood in line for 20 minutes! They had one, ONE, cashier. Then when my food was brought to the table it wasn't even hot! After all that wait? Since my food was not hot, that tells me it had been sitting a few minutes. Looks like they could have taken someone from food prep or food delivery, put them on a register and get people served quicker.

    Food is always a hit! Sometimes feel like chicken isn’t cooked because so rubbery and can’t eat it. But most the time it’s great Customer service is always great But today Mr AJ was rude, he said I said my name was Ashley but everyone knows me there and I told him my name is but he insisted he was right but I know I was. The other day I even put an order but my child wanted to change his side and normally they allow it at window always and this manager older man tall black white hair was there. I said sorry sir my child wants chips instead of hashbrowns he doesn’t like them. And normally they’d swap them no problem ever. And this time he said let’s make a deal I’ll let you keep the hashbrowns but you have to pay for chips. 2.?? I said but we don’t want the hashbrowns son doesn’t like them either way he made us pay for chips

    Greeted me with a smile and I was very impressed with the quality of professionalism. The whole process was very smooth and I made the order in the Staples parking lot. In no time I drove over to pick up my order and it was ready promptly. It was a great quick meal to tie me over til dinner. Thanks for all your hard work.

    I love coming to this location. Personally it’s my favorite out of all the ones in Winston Salem, even. I love to get the Chicken Egg and Cheese for breakfast or a bowel with grilled nuggets. For lunch I love the spicy chicken sandwich the most and there seasonal drinks also 🥰🍁

    Had my morning breakfast ruined today. Tried to order via the app but they’re so understaffed they’ve switched to drive thru only. Went to the counter, had an issue with points redemption, and was met by employees and a manager that not only didn’t know what to do but were defensive and had attitudes about it. I’ve rarely ever experienced this kind of poor customer service but never thought I’d see a chic-fil-a with this kind of poor management. I suppose good help is hard to find. Yikes. I think I’ll be using the app and getting breakfast at McDonalds for awhile. Hopefully this place can get themselves figured out.

    Bought chicken noodle soup, and the lid was not securely attached to the bowl. Got home, and the soup spilled out into the bag and onto a sandwich, causing soggy bread AND a huge mess. The dining room is closed due to short staffing, so the drive-thru line/wait was long. I'm not happy with this visit, considering the soup and salad were my dinner and was pretty much ruined.

    So the app was down and I couldn’t use it for directions so I went to the next best thing….Google, however on Google it said the store closed at 9:00pm Monday thru Thursday and this was Monday evening?? When I got to the store at 9:15 it was still open but not very busy! So I went around in the drive thru and people were still being served. When I ask 2 employees no one knew about the time of closing set for 9pm. So someone needs to update the open and close schedule from 2 weeks ago.

    First time going to a Chick-fil-A and the food wasn't perfect. Chicken sandwiches were oily wet and not crispy. The spicy chicken sandwich we ordered was perfect though. Something went wrong with the OG sandwiches that day. First time in 30-something years I've been dissatisfied so that's still a pretty amazing record for a fast food place.

    I'll stick to the backed-up drive-thru confusion next time. I almost left without my food inside. I used a gift card for the first time, and it didn't work or was "already used" (??) There was confusion and I KEPT telling the Penny Gadget at the counter "It's fine, I will just pay with my debit card". The manager said that she'll take care of my meal and I said "NO! I will just pay with me debit card". Then I was finally given food for dine in when I told Nancy Drew twice "To Go please" earlier. And I still had to hear "Have a blessed day"? Good-bye!

    I ordered through catering for 5:45. When I arrived, I asked an employee how to pick it up and was told to get in line. Only one register was being used, so I was in line for 10 minutes. The employee printed my receipt (which I had gotten online when I ordered the day before) and told me my order would come out soon. After waiting to the side for 10 minutes, I asked what was the purpose of putting a time on my order. The manager called to me from about 15 feet away, ‘Are you a catering order? Did you check in?’ When I said yes, she told an employee to go in the back for my food. A couple of minutes later (but over 20 minutes from when I arrived), I got my food. There was no apology for the delay. I go to this restaurant frequently, but this catering experience was not good!

    We went through the drive-thru. Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. But the sandwiches have definitely been downsized and you're not getting what you used to get. Guess it's because of pricing. The lemonade is great and get that every time I go there. But the sandwich is definitely were smaller. Just got a Chick-fil-A sandwich, the way it comes but it was smaller and the person with me received the same order. Definately downsized. But it was good.

    Very rarely have I ever ran into a problem at this Chick-fil-A. Staff are always polite and friendly. I like to go classic with the Chicken sandwich which is always juicy and tender!

    There are some amazing people who work at this location. One of my daughters tripped and got a bloody nose and one of the ladies was so sweet and helped me take care of both my kids. During a normal visit, both kids love the food and the play place. The food and service is very consistent with Chick-fil-A quality.
