    Very slow drive thru it moves like a 🐌 at night . One car at a time service. It's craziness on how long the wait is to place an order and also a wait to receive your food after you placed your order. They take one order at a time in the thru drive thru . Don't stop save yourself a headache πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

    I went to this Wendy's to get lunch πŸ₯— ordered salad . When I opened up the container, there was little fly and the chicken was not fresh etc. I will never eat at this Wendy's!

    I have no idea how this place stays in business. Takes about a half hour to get through drive thru line. The employees act like they could give a hoot that you are paying for something and the manager is usually in the window screwing the whole thing up. Something is deeply wrong here and I wish Wendy's corporate would call it out.

    I went to this Wendy's to get lunch before I went to the movies nearby. I ordered a small chili. When I opened up the container, there was little more than red water inside and very little meat and beans etc. Then I see something white floating inside the container. It turned out to be a packet of ketchup. How unsanitary is that? Now I'm wondering how clean the kitchen. I will never eat at this Wendy's!

    Had to wait 10 minutes for my food at drive-thru . Pulled into parking space to wait for my chicken sandwich to cook. Also , why is it they give you a medium combo if you didn't specify when ordering . Shouldn't they just give you the small combo instead of up charging you , like they did this time and other times !

    I was at the Wendy's on ceder. The service was unbelievably slow on a Thursday night. 10 minutes per car just too place an order. The lady, when we pulled up to the box said * give me just a moment." In my book, a moment is less than a minute top. 10 minutes later we could place our order. We expected to see only 1 or 2 employees working. When we pulled up, we saw at least 4 people in there and most likely more as I couldn't see in well at all. The people working there could have killed cleaned and cut the beef in the time it took them just to answer the drive-though. The crew that works in the mornings on the other hand, is fantastic and gets stuff done.

    The food was cold, 6 at register was kinda not into it, and the floor was sopping wet when I came in. They didn't know what chili sauce was and didn't know where the ketchup was. This location either was having a bad day or just overall poorly managed.

    Do not go here!!! This location has the worst customer service and attitudes. I waited 30+ minutes to get to the order box, when the seating section is closed even. Then the cashier asked to see my order when I got to the window, where she reached over and grabbed my phone out of my hand and proceeded to photograph my phone screen. I was greeted with snarky comments when asking what the hold up was. "You don't work for me. So, you can either wait, or I don't know what to tell you." Is what the manager had to say.

    Dined in this past Saturday afternoon and ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger, small fries and 4 piece nugget. The server was rude and very unfriendly. The junior bacon was dry, cold and tasteless. Fries and nuggets were cold as well. Wendy's used to serve burgers hot and fresh off the grill but anymore they taste like they've been sitting around in a cold drawer for hours. I've noticed this at more than one location. It's so disappointing.

    No ice, freestyle machine in the lobby is empty except lemonade and water. Wrap was gross but fries were hot. Wouldn't waste my lunch break here again.

    Ordered something simple and they still managed to screw it up. The place is run by kids and an idiot manager with no customer service skills. It's not hard to get an order right .

    Horrible experience at this Wendy's Rude staff, pulled up every car in the drive thru and had to wait forever for my food, garbage every where, busted out drive thru window. Wendy's Corp should be notified of this location. Will never return!

    The employees are slow 🐌 , and they only ever take 1 customer at a time. And unless you say you want fresh fries and nuggets there give you what's been sitting there 4 hrs

    This was the first time in a long time that I purchased any food from this restaurant, but I must say that it gave me very good service and timely fashion of receiving my food and I would recommend it to others!!!

    Don’t ask your customers what kind of sauce they want with their nuggets only for the customer to not even get it. And learn your menu. Saw that there was a Bacon Doublestack on the $5 Biggie Deals on the board, but then was told by the order taker that they do not serve that, but could add bacon to the doublestack. Wasn’t going to argue about it since there was a line. This location has gone down hill the past several years.

    Although it was busy I was able to get in and out of there Thur the drive Thur , I was help by a couple different managers but precious came over and made sure everything was correct with my order and was very polite and patient with me :)

    Mobile ordered, went to pick it up, drive thru was empty but two cars pull in ahead of me. thought the intercom was out since both cars ahead pulled around. screen was just the blue screen of death, I pull to the window, the manager working asked me why I pulled around, I said bc the cars ahead of me pulled around and the screen isn’t working so I was checking sure. Told him I had a mobile order, with an attitude he says β€œyou came through the driver thru for a MOBILE order?” asked for my name and told me to pull up to wait. What’s the point of doing a mobile order when you still have to wait on top of being treated rudely by staff?

    They took my order, I paid & things went downhill from there! Fast food isn't fast. I was asked to pull up to the door to wait for 10 minutes only to be handed the wrong order. To make matters worse, I put my faith in their service & didn't check the bag upon leaving. I live across town from this location.

    This place is very terrible. I went there to use my wendys app, and again the scanner they have doesn't work. Then they told me my app offers are old. Why do you guys advertise your Wendys app but it doesn't work at your locations. I had this problem about 2 months ago at the same location. So i thought i try it again after ordering and pulling up to the drive thur window to find 4 people standing there and none of know about the Wendys app that the store uses like im from outer space. So i left with no food and very disappointed again.

    Second shift, male manager taking orders. You sir know your customer service. I live close and this is my only "quick" food option. Now I dont even mind the wait cause YOU GUYS ARE DOING GREAT.     If you’re reading this, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This place sucks. Especially the night shift. Waited 30 minutes for our order and went home to find out it was made wrong. They left a gift in the burger though! Someone’s hair!!

    Well, I didn't know what to expect since the last time I went to ok was over 15 years. The line on the drive through took about 35 min to get to the ordering system. Then they messed up my order, the manager went back in to get it right, took a little bit longer. When I got home 2 of the 3 breaks ordered (2 were chickens) were wrong and not what was ordered.

    saw someone eating funions while taking orders. they have no sense of urgency or over all high standards. Wendy's would be better off shutting this place down and making it into a starbucks or something more useful

    The staff at this Wendy's were very friendly, and there were no issues with our order. The food quality was exactly on par with what you expect at a Wendy's. However, I wouldn't recommend dining in - it seems this is a popular place for teenagers to hang out to blow off steam (near a high school), and while I don't mind kids goofing around in general, they were disruptive and the management had to threaten to call the police before they dispersed.

    This Wendy's was great today. They had a very professional young lady working window with a great pleasant voice and smile. Her name was Lynese...I know I didn't spell correctly but she was awesome.

    Frequently run into issues when visiting here. I only go back because it's super convenient for me. Examples are no staff so it's closed during business hours multiple times. Only able to order through the mobile app, not in person at the drive through. Was told today at the drive through that I had to come inside to pick up my order I placed on the mobile app.

    This Wendy's has improved a lot. We formerly made fun of it because the service was so poor and delivered with bad attitude. Today was a different experience. The intercom had been repaired so that you could understand the inside server. The order was filled correctly. The woman who gave us our food looked at us and smiled. New management? Anyway, I appreciated the changes.

    Y’all are terrible the line is long and takes forever this one girl working there gave me my card back without even telling me the order didn’t go through then she slammed the window and started cussing at who I think is the manager and they start arguing back in forward for about 5 minutes! Then on top of that they gave me the wrong order so I had to go back in line and wait once again Worst experience once again !! Y’all need new workers ASAP?!!!!!
