Extremely disappointing experience. Paid $190 for a 1.5hr massage that would have cost half the price elsewhere and would have been better! I booked here thinking based on the price i was happy to pay for the quality but sadly this was not the case. The therapist didn't even talk to me. UPDATE The lovely owner has since reached out and offered myself and my husband 50% off our next treatment if we return to them. Thank you

I had a post surgery Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Thelma and she did a wonderful job. She was accomodating and worked specific to my needs. I couldn’t be happier. She is also a lovely, calming lady. The receptionist ( sorry didn’t get her name) was welcoming and helpful. The location was lovely and treatment room was nicely done. I have rebooked for when I am back from interstate for my next surgery. Thank you

Blissful experience. I just moved to the Gold Coast and I was struggling to find a place that was offering lymphatic drainage massage, then I walk past the White Stone and made a booking. My neck was a bit sore that day, so I asked to focus a little longer on that area and then move to the rest of the body. Thelma was amazing. This is probably one of the best lymphatic massage I ever had, if not the best one (and I am really difficult). She had a beautiful touch, the music was soothing and relaxing and the room temperature was just right. You could feel her care throughout the whole hour. She did not interact with me during the massage, and allowed me to completately relax and go to a deeper state, I was drifting in and out, really a blissful experience. Once I left the place I felt like I was walking on Clouds and had to ground a bit before to go home. This will definitely be an ongoing treatment for me. Highly recommend.

Today my partner and I had the best remedial massages ever! Ana was my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing! She communicates really well, she has great knowledge and she gave me the best experience. Thelma was my partner massage therapist and he loved it! We both surf and had bad shoulder/back pain and we’re already feeling so much better!! We live on the Sunshine Coast but we wish we could come back every week! I also have to mention the great costumer service from the receptionist Carolina - she’s lovely! Thank you all for the amazing experience. We’ll be back!

Had the most amazing massage with Ana this week. Very professional, great pressure, no excess talking, beautiful white fluffy towels. Not the cheapest massage available but you certainly get what you pay for here. Health fund rebates available too. Highly recommend and will be back when next in Burleigh.

Booked an hour massage - was 7 minutes late and then the therapist finished early. Possibly had 45 minutes of actual massage, even though I paid for an hour. When asked about the oil being used, the therapist didn't even know. I have sensitive skin and made the therapist aware of this .. prior to the massage. Was not a welcoming experience and was made to feel like the treatment was a nuisance. On top of this I was asked to pay prior to the treatment. I've had a great treatment at White Stone previously which is why I returned. Unfortunately my therapist at that time is no longer there. Would I return - doubtful. Very disappointing. I need to add that since my initial posting of my concerns/complaints they have been taken seriously and have been addressed by the owner of White Stone. Reaching out to me about my less than satisfactory session was much appreciated and the owner's understanding of the issue has redeemed my faith in human nature and the fact that this boutique clinic is always endeavouring to achieve the highest standard of "Satisfaction" and "Customer Service" .. She was absolutely delightful and im very grateful to have the chance to experience a different therapist.

Treatment room lacked ambience, music playing was not relaxing, massage bed was uncomfortable. Therapist spent more time fumbling around noisily than engaging in treatment and was abrupt and short in her interactions. A very unrelaxing and highly disappointing experience - I couldn't wait for it to be over She barked at me that it was over and slammed the door shut.

My masseuse was amazing! I had the most relaxing and therapeutic remedial massage and will most definitely be back!

I get massages done quite often but I had a remedial one with Veronica and it may have been the best massage of my life! I was so tight and sore from studying and I left feeling like a new person! she is absolutely incredible!!!!

I cannot rate White Stone or Veronica highly enough. I walked in for a massage and after 15yrs of getting massages with scoliosis I have never felt so good. I live 3hrs away from Burleigh but I’ll be coming back to see Veronica again. My body has never felt this good. The remedial massage I got was the release my body needed. I cannot thank her enough.

The whole experience was a good one. A good welcome, a good massage and it completely transformed me. Exactly what I needed.
