AVOID THIS PLACE. Receptionist and Nurses were fine however a completely unprofessional Doctor mucked me around by having me go to many processes for a simple Fitness Assessment form (which the Doctor had never seen or completed before) and prescribed me drugs 2 other doctors said I do not require. Wasted my entire week and went through unnecessary stress. I went to another practice and found a competent doctor and got my form completed hassle free within 5 minutes. Don’t get extorted like I did. The fact they reply other reviews and not this one shows they know they messed up.

My family and I have been coming to this practice for quite a few years now. We’ve seen multiple doctors there and all have been lovely and helpful. Dr Firouzinezhad has been our usual family GP in these years, and we’re very happy with her. I’ve seen her throughout my two pregnancies and she was very thorough and prompt with providing me with what I needed. The reception staff are also lovely, so all around it’s a great practice. The fact that they bulk bill is the cherry on top.

Dr Abdulla Yousuf. I felt unwelcome throughout the entire session. Maybe he had a bad day. Advice seems to be solid though. I watched the other doctors from the waiting room interacting with their patients. Dr Elharrif and Dr Alam seem to be very engaging and friendly.

Lovely receptionists, unfortunately Dr Akhtar was abrupt, borderline rude, cold and unhelpful. When I left, I was in tears. I am looking for help with menopause and mental health issues and was advised that it was 'all in my head' and to lose weight. She refused to prescribe my medication and refused to read my psychiatrists diagnosis. Not a good experience at all!

In the last 14 months I had great experience with Doctors At Nerang Mall, especially with Doctor Haseeb Alam. This GP ie fantastic professional, full of care and dedication. My health improved so much because of dedication of Dr Alam. I fully recommend Doctors At Nerang Mall and if you are looking for dedicated GP, please select Dr. Alam. At the same time, thank you to the reception staff and nurses. You have done a great job during Covid 19 - thank you very much indeed.

Receptionist are lovely and paicent, the doctor however was the complete opposite. He started out by being very rough and ripping the bandaging off my partners torn off fingernail. He then said that he couldn't remove it because they didn't have the tools, yet the receptionist made it clear over the phone that it is the doctors choice weather or not they will remove it. This rude doctor then proceeded to brush us off and said go to a different doctor in a few days to remove it. THEN, he prescribes a conjunctivitis eye ointment to help and says wrap it up when u can and tried to usher us out. He did not re wrap it or even give advice on what to wrap it with, or if it should be kept out of water etc. Absolutely poor and disgusting service from a "medical professional"

Excellent friendly Service. Ive been going to the doctors at Nerang medical center for years and they are efficient, trusted , helpful , Understanding. Thank you so very much for looking after me and my family. Especially Doctor Solimani “Thank you.” The doctor’s , by getting to know me and my family, they help not only treat my health problems, but also understand the effects ‘I’ have on my health issues and the effects my health issues has on me and those around me. The doctors deliver safe and high quality health care.

Front staff lacking in knowledge on what they’re doing. I talked to 3 different staff members, one was the boss, one a supervisor and an employee. Got 3 different answers. The boss was the correct one. The doctor who served me was Abdulla Yousuf, very rude and with not much knowledge (which probably explains his rudeness). Just an example, he asked me if i was allergic to any medicine, i explained that one medicine i took, for the all last 3 times, made my forehead and eye swollen in those 3 times. He said that is not an allergy… problem is, the good doctors don’t accept new patients. I leave the decisions to you now…

Best GP practice i have ever visited AND it’s bulk billing just incredible - doctor was professional and efficient and the reception staff are so kind they greet you with a smile and showed genuine care when trying to help me problem solve our next appointment time. Will certainly be back again very much appreciated

Dr Firouzinezhad is an amazing doctor. She is very kind, caring and thorough! Received great antenatal care and picked up on gestational diabetes early on in my pregnancy. She is now our family gp and looks after my toddler and baby 😊

Dr. Elharrif and this clinic are simply outstanding! Dr. Elharrif is respectful, empathetic, and highly efficient. He always takes the time to listen to your concerns and provides top-notch care. I couldn't recommend a better clinic and doctor.

I've booked with Dr Haseeb Alam several times, and have always been pleased with his professional knowledge and friendliness. He made me feel completely at ease and made me laugh many times. He treats all his patients with care. 10/10 would recommend him to everyone!!!

Receptionists are great but Dr Kaladhar was awful. Poor attitude, vibe was off straight away, acts like he doesn't event want to be there or help you. Not how you want to feel when you see a doctor

I just had my initial appointment with Dr Haseeb and I am mind-blown and how kind, thorough and informative he was! I offloaded and ranted and vented and he listened to my every word and I felt so validated after years of healthcare providers invalidating me and I can't wait to see him again.

Love this Practice, the Dr takes the time to really listen and address the needs. Even since moving to another location we make the trip to ensure we use this practice!

Doctor here tells me the list of things she can’t do but not what she can to fix the problems. I just wasted my time. I have chip fracture on my foot 14month ago and it still hurts. she doesn’t see the problem in xray image. End of story. She says, Do some stretch and take some Panadol. Sure. I couldn’t come up with that solution before i see DOCTOR. She was repeatedly telling me that she doesn’t mind if i go see other doctor. Sure you won’t… she was not letting me finish talking, she won’t listen, says no to everything i asked. Worst experience ever.

Dismissive, rude and arrogant male doctor. Took elderly mother in, I said what the problem might be as it wasn't the first time and symptoms appeared obvious. It could be life-threatening and timing was critical, but he took a different tack, wasting a day. Went to After Hours Clinic and told to present immediately to Hospital Emergency. It was what I suggested and was not only very serious, but it caused Atrial Fibrillation and my mother is now on two heart medications for the rest of her life. Nobody I know will ever step foot in this place again.

Good experience overall would recommend. Friendly reception and Dr Yusof was quite good & thorough for my short standard consult at the end of the day. Appreciated that they managed to fit me in last minute also and squeezed me in today. The only issue was he was running behind by 30mins with his appointments so I had to walk around abit whilst waiting. And the phones were very busy this afternoon with long waits I had to keep calling a few times before I could get through to reception to make a booking.

I has been in this clinic since 2010 opening. Doctors knowledge are excellent. I has been looking after cardiac and general issues. Dr. Solamany are wonderful among other doctors. Receptions are very helpful and friendly to assist with service. Usually waiting time are fair. Many thanks and much appreciated everyone's effects.

All the doctors, nurses & receptionists are so helpful & pleasant... even when the pressure is on...which is like every single day. I have been going there for years & it's a relief to know you are in good hands & I always leave feeling calm & assured that all the staff have my health in their best interests with their thoroughness & knowledge. We are very fortunate indeed to have this great medical practice in Nerang.

We have been attending Drs at Nerang Mall medical facility in excess of 6 years and are more than happy with the service we receive; individually and as a family. Staff from reception, the Doctors and nurses are always friendly and extremely helpful. The Doctors go beyond in their endeavour to assist in our ailments. They never give up on the hard diagnoses. They keep going until they can successfully treat the ailment. We are also happy that they have other trained Drs available such as a podiatrist, pschycologist and skin Dr available. It's a one stop shop for us and would recommend, and do, to our friends.

Dr Soleymani was on time, professional and courteous as usual. The reception girls were very friendly and helpful. Always had a pleasant experience at this practice.

I recently had a great experience with dr. Tarik from Doctors @ Nerang Mall. He was very thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns and ask appropriate follow-up questions. The doctor was also very knowledgeable and provided helpful explanations for my conditions and treatment options. I felt very comfortable and confident in their care. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone in need of a GP.

Last minute booking for an emergency fracture. Pleasantly surprised by how quickly we went from waiting room to doctor's office despite the clinic clearly being very busy. Dr Tarik was brilliant - efficient, empathetic and sent us off swiftly for X-ray and ultrasound. 100% would book him again.

I have been attending this practice for many years and my attending Doctor has given me the best of professional care and attention at all times. My interaction with other doctors has also been positive. The receptionists and nursing staff have created a welcoming and understanding environment that meets my health needs.
