I had never been to Taco Bell before, but my kid wanted to get diarrhoea, so off we went through the drive thru. Friendly enough service. Photos show what we got, beef boss burrito box, and a chicken burrito and taco box. Sliced my buritto, then tossed it, it literally looked like the aftermath. Chips were soggy. Some random yellow dipping sauce with undetectable flavour. I threw my burrito out, and heated up a home made vege bake instead. Really needing GYG here in Cleveland at least, for half-decent Mexican.

Went to drive thru and board out of service so staff told us to walk in to see menu and order we waited in drive thru to get out. Finally after ages we were able to drive thru and park and walk in as requested from staff. We walked in stood waiting for ages just to be ignored... I can't even say terrible service as there wasn't any

Inappropriate staff to customers, saw people complain about food to staff and they did nothing. Seen management be rude to staff as well. Didn't even order, just walk away before causing a headache.

Horrible experience I waited about half an hour and there was about 3 people in there also waiting they kept running away from everyone trying to order literally someone asked can I be served really quickly please and the chick said umm and walked away. Then they ran out of chips so we barely ate and we specifically asked for chicken and I thought surely you can’t mess this up too and we got beef so great dinner thanks

They have taken ages to give us our orders, and called my friends name out he had taken it. They gave us the wrong food we released that and then they had a dig at us thinking we stole it. Not on and as I’m writing this it’s hit 30 mins of waiting Love Karen coleborn

Always good and fresh. Plus they always have a $10 deal and new promos. Sometimes have to wait but not every time and at least its always fresh, not soggy or rushed.

Enjoyable meal & quick service. Free refill drinks is a bonus. Not badly priced either.

Daco Tell 👌. Food is actually mint Customer service can definitely be better, one of the dudes that served me had me having to reach over because i can barely hear him. The interior is prety nice, i like the aesthetic. I do miss the sizzler which used to be here tho .-.

Lex is chill as hell and super nice. While we we were being served all me and my friend could think about is wanting to be his friend. Thanks for making my friend her quesadilla, it's okay that her first one got stolen <3

Went through the drive thru last night serviced by a kid who clearly doesn't have customer service or a good tone of attitude we ordered our food then had to wait in drive thru for almost 1 hour (not even exaggerating) just to get to the windows to be spoken rudely again by a childish girl who clearly doesn't know how to do her job and then waited another 20mins at the window just to see half of the kids in their just walking around doing nothing while only 2 of them were actually working. Not to mention I have never been to taco Bell before and I was interested in the cinnamon twists and asked how many could I get and if they come in packs and this kid turned to me and said "you can get as many as you like" so I asked for 6 just to get to the window and get given charged for 6 bags of cinnamon twists 🤦‍♀️ Poor customer service Poor attitude Food wasn't the best Waiting that long in a drive thru is ridiculous Whoever runs this taco bell teach your workers how to speak to customers properly.

Hire more staff . You guys ( management) don’t know importance of time . People have other things to do . They can’t wait for their orders for ages . Poor communication by the manager . If you can’t fulfil the delivery partners order on time then stop using that service or pause request for new orders so that drivers time won’t get wasted . We are not paid by Taco Bell to wait

Opening hours are 10am-10pm, but I got here at 3:40pm and they told me they aren’t serving any food. No signage outside building to advise you, nothing on the drive through. They have a staff member outside with a sign directing business in and nobody on counter and multiple dirty tables. I was told it would be 20 minutes before they would start taking orders again.

Kieran the worker at the front counter was very polite and when my card declined she gave me the drink for free and I found that very polite because what you give to people always comes back to you. Thank you very much for the service

First the Annerley store, now here in Cleveland, Taco Bell has delivered both amazing service and outstanding prices. Most regular meals are less than $10, with chips and refillable drinks. You get the choice of meat and spice, with vegetarian options as well. Food tastes great and fresh, with something for everyone. I'd 100% recommend giving it a try. Be sure to ring the bell on the way out. Thanks to all the staff for great service.

Never been to Taco Bell before. I don't know the menu. We went inside not the drive thru. The place is very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. But I didn't like my food and only eat half.

What a rip off! Soft tacos with 3 tiny pieces of chicken with bit of cumin flavour- rest was tasteless, bland & tiny amount of filling. Fries over covered in seasoning & cold. I’m Astonished at how poor this food was. Shame on you Taco Bell - no excuse.

For a fast food outlet, it is nice and clean. The service was fast and efficient and delivered with lovely smiles. It is a fast food place so the food is fast food quality as expected so it met my expectations. Happy with my visit.

It's great value fast food, which is actually served without any delay, and at very reasonable prices. A nice mex lunch for 10 bucks. And they're the last chain to still offer free refills at the soda bar...
