This was my first time at a Wahlburgers. I chose the basi cheeseburger. I ordered the Double Decker and my lady had the Our Burger. Both were cooked perfectly. We had a side of sweet potato tots and started out with the chicken tenders. All were delicious. When in Cleveland give it a try...

March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go. Pros: * Clean restaurant with a bar and plenty of TVs on the walls. * Friendly staff who were attentive to my needs. It was not very busy so I was in and out within 15 minutes. * The double melt (aka patty melt with "government cheese) was delicious, but I would want maybe a pepper jack cheese the next time. * The chili was really good. The sour cream gave it a nice texture and less acidic flavor. Cons: * The tots were plentiful and good, but too much oil. I could not finish them all. * The shake size was supposed to be large, but then I got what looked like a baby size for like $5 and change. Next time, I'll have to try the adult shakes with alcohol in them. * The menu seems to have been downsized since the pandemic. I remember more items being on it. Conclusion: I will try them again.

I really like the burgers here. They have a bit of a sweetness to them and are flavorful. I do recognize that’s not the flavor for everyone. I really enjoyed my burger (BBQ) and had the onion straws with it. They are a bit of a different flavor but were good. Our server was very attentive even though she was running the whole place it felt like. The only reason for 4/5 stars is the price vs portion. My burger was over $15 and it’s pretty small. Some people may not be full from this for the price.

This place was great, but there is no where to park just to grab a quick burger. The service here is very good.. staff is very friendly and helpful. The burgers are very good, not quite shake shack but very enjoyable. The fries are kind of just ok, but overall good place and would come back for sure

Loved my first visit to Wahlburgers! Antwoin gave us AMAZING service. He even sang Happy Birthday to my sister and I. The tots platter was our favorite! Definitely stop by and see them!

Sightseeing and decided to search Google for nearby restaurants and we decided on Wahlburgers. The menu offered options to accommodate the palates of everyone in our party. The service was great, the burgers and chicken sandwich were amazing, the thick cut steak fries not so much. They were out of sweet potatoes so we missed out on the sweet potato fries. A little pricey compared to other restaurants we visited but, it is what it is. This was still a good decision. Overall, we enjoyed it. The restaurant is situated directly across the street from the Jack Casino 🎰

Delicious vegan option of an impossible burger. Friendly staff. I enjoyed the story of the Wahlberg family and thought it was great that New Kids on the Block was playing at times. Bathroom needed some attention. But overall good experience.

The service was great. We loved our appetizers, but with the burgers, I just feel there is a little too much hype. They were good for the price I could take it or leave it. That said, it is definitely worth trying. If I could give a half star I would. Please keep in mind I'm a very tough critic so get your behind over there and give it a try.

I originally visited 𝐖𝐀𝐇𝐋𝐁𝐔𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐒 cause Google suggested them for a “turkey burger”. When I arrived I discovered the turkey burger is no longer a menu item. While very disappointed, i was hungry so I ordered the sweet Thai chili chicken tenders, a super melt, tots and a strawberry Milkshake 🥤. Food was okay. I did enjoy the milkshake a lot.

I have to give this place a great review. Each burger (which comes with fries or tots) is about $10-13 each. The soft drinks are an extra $5. I felt this was very reasonable. The burgers were great and they have gluten free buns available. The food was delicious and the burgers were so good.

This was a very average experience for me. Everyone always raves about eating at this chain, so it's possible my expectations were too high. The place was sit down, which for some reason I wasn't expecting. The waitress was pleasant enough, but not overly friendly. The whole experience was very meh. And the Our Burger was not much different from a McDonald's burger to be honest; I would rather have one from 5 Guys. The onion rings and lemonade were decent at least.

Great tasting food and excellent service. My suggestion to management is to have Antwoin mentor your servers. This man treated my wife and daughter and I like family he knew all his life. To see how going out to eat had been a struggle for everyone on both sides, as not enough workers then the workers in restaurants having to deal with rude people, he was a breath of fresh air. My daughter had some tests and specialist appointments most of the morning and early afternoon so he helped our family by giving great, honest service. I will gladly drive 1.5 hours from where I live to come see him again! To you Antwoin from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness and hospitality today. To the rest of the staff (bartender, cooks and anyone else) thank you for great tasting food and giving my family a piece of happiness on a rough day!

Some places claim to have good burgers and you always hear people talking about how good the burgers are. Wahlburgers lived up to the hype. Fries and tots are crispy and not greasy. The bun did not fall apart and held structural integrity to the last bite. The service was even better.

I was pleasantly surprised by Wahlburgers. I didn't quite know what to expect from a celebrity restaurant, but I could not have had a better experience here. The day I was here they were clearly understaffed purely based on the number of employees I saw at the front of house, BUT you would have Never known it based on the service we received; it was fantastic, didn't skip a beat! We ordered a couple burgers, drinks & a kids meal. It was Excellent; the burger was tasty & cooked to perfection (aka exactly how we requested). I'm also very pro any restaurant that has tater tots on the menu. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Our server Robert was everything!!!!! The buffalo chicken bites are to die for! The fried pickles are pretty good too. Definitely a great place to come vibe and snack while watching the game.

Food was good, service was very good. Not crowded when we were there. Unique menu and decor. We took our time, lots of elbow room at all tables., You aren't squeezed or rushed.

I had a really great experience here. The food was really good. I personally really loved their pickles. I know that pickles are such a small factor for most people but I personally really love pickles and I even make my own all the time. They have been a favorite food for me for as long as I can remember. And so I just have to say their pickles taste amazing and homemade. I also got their chicken sandwich and it was really really good. Also the Parmesan tater tots are also really good. The service was great and at the time I went there was no wait at all and we had great service the whole time.

Food 10/10. Price 7/10. Service 7/10. Food came out quick it was hot and delicious! The milkshakes aren’t as good as I’d hope but I have high standards. Waitress could of been more personable. Will recommend!!!!

The burgers are adequate, but not much more than that. I can't really understand why they're prices are so high compared to the meal. The fries are definitely great, but the mac and cheese was a total disappointment. Overall, definitely felt that the point of the place was more the atmosphere than the food.

I give Wahlburgers 5/5 not because of the food, but the people! You can tell that the people take pride in this place. If I was to rate it on the food, it would be a solid 3/5. It is typical bar food in my opinion. However, again, the 5/5 comes from the staff friendliness, the cleanliness of the store, and how fast the service was! Will I go back? Probably! The Spicy Bacon tots are pretty tasty! The burger, was rather bland to me. I do regret not getting a milkshake this trip! The attached pics are the Spicy Bacon Tots and the Our Burger. I had to walk 6x blocks back to work, so it looks a little hit... not their fault!
