Great and easy process!!! Lela was extremely nice, honest and willing to work with your request. Quiet out the way area, apartments definitely worth the price and the perfect space I was looking for. Highly recommend.

March 1 will be my fifth year living here. It’s a peaceful neighbourhood and everything you need (essentials wise) are close by. The rent is affordable. Maintenance is top shelf. Our property manager, Lela is kind and firm. Most importantly, free parking for residents. And there’s a washer and dryer in every building on the property. No elevators are needed. You know the old saying: “The West side is the best side.” Well, you can’t go wrong with Valley Park Apartments.” I love living by the Zoo, Planet Fitness, China Wok, Cali Smoke Shop, Don Gi’s and Tattoo Cafe.

A nice and quiet place to live And the property manager it's a nice and reasonable person to talk to she helps everyone with the issues at hand but are some issues with lightning in the parking lot I go to work at 3 am in the morning and we only have 1 light working we have 3 lights that are not working but other than that I have no complaints been living here for 3 years

Lela was absolutely the best! She made my first apartment experience awesome and very informative. She hit all the bases and is very friendly! It was a pleasure to have her as my property manager!

Iv been considering downsizing, I made an appointment to view some apartments.. The manager Lela was , helpful, accommodating and full of information in regards to the property and its leasing options. She gave more information than any other places I looked at that day..

Valley park apartments has very nice and updated units. They always keep common areas clean and are quick to help with maintenance requests. Ms Leila is the property manager, and she always has her door open to anyone with questions or concerns. She does a good job looking out for the tenants!

What a difference since Lela and her team have been here, I've lived here a long time and have seen a lot and they keep the property clean and in good shape. Keep up the job work.

There have been so many updates and upgrades here over the past 2 years. All new paint, lighting, flooring. New Modern Units. New Kitchens and Baths! It's Nice to see the ownership and management really taking care of this complex!

I had nothing but an amazing experience while signing my new lease and getting all set up in my new apartment! The property Manager Lela is absolutely wonderful and was one of the reasons I decided on Valley Park, she is diligent, respectful, and overall kind individual! The maintenance has also been there to help with any concerns and upkeep I needed upon move in!

Just moved in this month, and despite having a few issues with things needing to be fixed or replaced, we’re loving it so far! Lela has been on top of all our requests, and Alberto has been so kind and helpful taking care of our unit. We’re happy!

I reside in the Valley Plaza Apartments located at 4197 W.20th St. Cleveland,Ohio. Our maintenance technician, Alberto,is a hardworking young man and seems to really likes what he does. I really like his personality.He's approachable and easy to talk to and most importantly, he listens to you and makes a good effort to correct issues within my unit and around the property.Hardworking,skilled,and personable people are rare the days!

5 stars! Property manger and maintenance have been great to us since arriving, any concerns or questions they respond quickly and helpful and friendly. I appreciate having a team be so well communicative and responsive when we’ve needed them!

Just moved not too long ago and so far everything is great , Lela the leasing manager was very helpful and made our move in smooth when it came to signing the lease and getting our keys . The apartment is nice and comfy , big windows for light and good heat now that it’s getting cold. Not noisy at all and just a clean environment. No complaints

Lela is a great property manager. She is very nice and is quick with responses. She and the new staff have made amazing changes to the units.
