This is one busy place during breakfast or lunch especially on weekdays. On weekends they are almost deserted. The go to menu is always there breakfast breads and coffees. I had their two choice lunch of a small sandwich and soup and it was excellent. Their dining area is all glass so it is like a sidewalk cafe as the hallway of the clinic is the street.

Been staying close by for family having surgery, for the past 7 days they have not had a banana and half their menu has been sold out for 7 full days. After ordering the same thing 2 days in a row now seems that they no longer have tomatoes for sandwiches. Very disappointed with staff judging patrons when placing orders. Talking about people having money to spend 30 dollars for chicken sandwiches. Just to be clear not many options on a Sunday night when spending time with family for medical reasons! PANERA PLEASE HELP THIS MANAGER IS FAILING and customers are be cheated . I would not recommend this Panera to anyone !!!! RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK !

I ordered a dish that had free bread and when I picked up my order my bread was just thrown on top of the food container without it being placed in a plastic bag. Gross! It also looked like it was bitten on both ends. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. It's sad because I'm a main campus caregiver and this location would've been a great alternative to Starbucks.

Terrible service. Actually there is no customer service. Aside from the chaos in ordering through onsite machines and confused people everywhere, I ordered extra avocado on my sandwich. After I’m done with it I realize there was no avocado which I paid extra for. No one wanted to help me. They said talk to the kitchen. Lol they were swamped. He said, I can give you avocado. I said too late, I ate it. He said well I can’t refund you until lunch is over. He wanted to keep my only proof/receipt. I don’t think he credited me back. The place is a nightmare. Other paneras are much better. Avoid this one. This poor older couple asked me where do you order. I hated to tell them to get in line for the machines. They were devastated that there was no person to place your order with.

The food was good I got a caprese chicken melt and Mac n cheese. The food was a little expensive. Which I didn’t mind for the convenience of it being in the hospital. I joined the unlimited sip club and ordered on the app. It said drinks were self serve so I went up and all I saw were the green cups by the kiosk. I grab one and put ice in it then one of the employees yells at me that it’s not a juice cup I need a plastic cup all I see for plastic are little cups that are like two sips worth. This is only my second time at a Panera and this was an awful experience. This lady is rude. There is no reason to yell at someone across the register area over to where I was standing by the drink area. I ended up having to ask another customer if I order a tea what cup do I use? And explained what had happened she agreed there was no excuse to yelled and told me I have to ask them from the area you get your food so I did and this same lady was back there and she was rude helping me then. There is no excuse for this horrible customer service embarrassing customers like that. From the reviews seems like there’s similar issues previously. She’s a short woman with a black scarf or hair wrap around her hair.

The staff is actually worse than the prices. For whatever reason this establishment overcharges for their horrible food. The portions are so small I wouldn’t recommend spending any money here. The staff is horrible. I ordered a sandwich and a bagel and paid extra for the cream cheese. I received just a sandwich and was not told that The bagels were not available. When I tried to get a refund, I was told they can only refund the whole order not just the bagel. This makes no sense and it’s a horrible policy, but of course I was greeted with the rudest attitude from employees. They need to close this place down and keep their cafeteria open 24 hours.

The manager refused to serve me lunch saying they had not received my order despite the fact that I had received a text saying my order was ready and showing him that the charge was on my credit card. He said my card showed the order pending. I explained to him that it would say pending until the next day. After much discussion I left - with no lunch. Now I'm back in Indiana with a credit card charge of $13.91 for a lunch I did NOT received. Very poor customer service!!!!

Very disappointed with this Panera Bread! The staff was rude and unhelpful! The wait time is absolutely ridiculous, so if you are on a time frame, don't waste your time! We waited almost an hour for our lunch order and when we finally got it, the chicken soup had no noodles and was just basically broth! The sandwiches were put together completely sloppy and their iced tea tasted like sour water!! Awful! Super expensive too!

Literally, the worst panera crew. Came here x2, today (10/8/23) and In september around 11pm. The crew messed up the order completely both times. Today several girls behind the counter were giggling and said "hope you don't check your food" as I was leaving the place. Rude workers who intentionally hand incorrect food.

I was excited about the Panera option at the Clinic until: Bacon missing from sandwich despite ‘bacon’ in the name. Decaf coffee from dispenser was ice cold. Do not recommend.
