I went to get my nails done on 8/26. My nail technician Tammy was really professional and friendly. I’ve visited a few places in Cleveland and I will say this one has quickly become a favorite. Very clean and modernized. Tammy even made me her personal hand model(see pictures below) lol.

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon to try out closer to home and came across Gaia in Ohio city. The salon was very clean, convenient and offered refreshments upon arrival . I had booked a GEL-X Fullset and added 2 gems (total: $127.47 including tip). Unfortunately, after about 2-3 days I started noticing cracks throughout the nails and rust on the gems. Due to my busy work schedule I wasn’t able to book a repair appointment until the following week. They were able to service me first thing in the morning, free of charge (left a tip). Sadly, I started experiencing more cracks & have decided to just remove them. In conclusion: I would go again but would not get the GEL-X.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication on pricing!! I was charged separately for every little thing (the shape, French tip, chrome polish, gel polish) and the quality was subpar. The staff is kind and friendly, but be advised to ASK them for a detailed service breakdown BEFORE you begin or you will be overcharged! I paid $100 for short, almond shaped nails with crooked lines and bubbles in the paint. I am so disappointed. Of course the owner was not available for assistance.

Gaia is one of the best, if not the best, salons in town. You can relax, get your nails done, get a pedicure, and sip on a mimosa in style. Gaia is at the heart of what makes Ohio City a cool place to hang out and focus on some well-deserved self-care. Be sure to ask for Paradise (actual name). She's beyond amazing.

I had a pedicure today by Sandy and she did a fantastic job. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable, my massage chair was running and I was relaxed. I had a nice conversation with Kristin (Nail tech) and she was so nice. The other day I had a manicure with fill and Kyle did a fantastic job. I have not met anyone there that wasn't pleasant. Very pleased!

Never going back. Im not going to call out names but the person that did my gel manicure left me in tears after I left the salon. She did an OK job on my toes but my nails are horrendous. She knew she did a horrible job and apologized but that doesnt mean that its OK! Wasted 2 hours of my evening and left with broken uneven nails, bleeding cuticle and beat up fingers after she had to remove the gel. I have a wedding this weekend and I just have no idea how my nails will recover!!!!

Really nice experience here. I was visiting my sister in Cleveland for the weekend and needed a same-day appt. They fit me within a few hours for a GelX manicure. The vibe is so welcoming and fun- the two-floor ceiling makes it feel huge and open which is really nice. Really large color selection. I saw Diane who did a really great job with my GelX and was so nice to talk to. She was detailed and gave me lots of opportunities to really look at my nails as she was going to make sure I liked them before she moved to the next step. She also did an excellent, even paint job with a very milky difficult pink which was impressive. They turned out so pretty and I had a great experience. I didn’t try the bar but that seems like such a great idea to have in a nail salon! Recommend this place and def def recommend Diane!

Tammy Is Phenomenal!!!! My nails look gorgeous and she educated me on what to ask for at other salons. I travel every few weeks for work so I have to find a new salon in each city. I’m from NYC so it’s hard being away from my nail guy. But Tammy told me exactly what to say and do for my next fill. Thank you so much!!!! I have getting my nails done for years and years so trust me I know a fantastic nail tech when I see one. She listens she takes her time and she enjoys what she does!!!!! All the techs are great she said, and Diane who is next to her looks good too. Y’all I am so happy my nails have looked horrible for months. I finally feel like my old self. Thank you Tammy!!!

Came in as a walk in and explained that a previous salon did my nails but it wasn’t how I wanted them and I needed them fix. Tammy took me with no problem and fixed my nails for me, they came out great and everyone was really nice and gave me advice cause I don’t know anything about nails cause I really get them done. Thank you guys again so much!!!!!

10/10 highly recommended this spa. The owner Kyle is extremely professional and very kind, his associates Kat and Spencer are very talented and thorough with their work. Best spa in all of northern Ohio

The best place in Cleveland, so nice, good nail masters, look after and take care, like how make my nails and my toes, even I was after surgery and very gentle make my toes, thanks girls I will for sure come back to you 😍 highly recommend this place, bonus they have a drink bar it’s the best option to enjoy time there. Fall in love with my red colour nails 💅

Service is top tier. 10/10 highly recommended, everyone is so nice especially the owner. If you get acrylic nails they are the home of natural looking nails. You do not have to worry about chunky nails here. They offer music, manicures, pedicures, eyebrows waxing and so much more. Absolutely love my new nail home. I have been a loyal client for 2 years now.

This is my first time having my nails done here & I absolutely LOVED my experience! The salon is gorgeous, super clean & the staff all works so great together helping each other out! My nails came out AMAZING! I don’t live in Cleveland full time, but this will absolutely my go-to salon when I am!
