The food was excellent, the trip was pleasant and the boat is very nice. I certainly would recommend giving this a try.

The best experience. You should try this dinner cruise. The food, staff, entertainment & views were GREAT! I mean even a week after the cruise I was telling strangers all about the cruise from the food, the cost of the cruise & the beverages, to the amount of time on the water. I was telling people that I don't work for Lady Caroline nor do I have any affiliation with it, other than a customer.

My first visit aboard the Lady Caroline. We went on a lunch cruise. I believe they are short-staffed, along with a lot of other restaurants and destinations. The reservation form is quite brief, however the form did ask if I had any special requests for food, since it was a lunch cruise. I requested vegan, however the kitchen was not made aware of my request. I would have brought along a bag of peanuts if I'd known there was nothing to eat besides salad.

My wife and I along with another couple went on the luncheon cruise on the Lady Caroline. First, let me say that the food was very good with the exception of the salad, it was warm and swimming in salad dressing, and you did not have a choice of dressings. But that's as far as it went. the service was terrible. Our waitress seemed to be put off with every request from the start, When we requested refills of iced tea or coffee, she would conveniently forget to bring it and we would have to ask a second time. it was apparent to all of us that she either didn't like her job or we were a inconvenience to her day. The bartender was equally rude, and had the same attitude as our waitress. Those were the only two persons that we had any dealings with while on this cruise. These two Service providers left us all with a negative feeling about the Lady Caroline. I don't want to paint all the Lady Caroline employees with a broad brush based on these two individuals. But apparently there is a deficiency in there hiring practices. As a result of our negative experience aboard the Lady Caroline, we will not be coming back, I don't see a need to spend that kind of money to be ignored and be treated essentially with disrespect.

Had a great time. Our server Andrea was excellent. The food was good but the carrots and green beans were under cooked. Not everyone likes cheese cake. It would be good to have another option. Beautiful boat and cruise. Everyone was very polite and friendly.

Our party of 4 went last Sunday for the brunch cruise and were very disappointed. Even though the weather was fine we never went out to the lake, just up and down the river. The website states it is a 2.5 hour cruise but we were only on the river 90 minutes. It took over an hour for us to get called up to the buffet so we had to rush to eat and then didn't even get to go out on the deck because by then the cruise was almost over. The food was cold, our margaritas were all mix and no liquor, and they wouldn't let us leave after docking unless you had a receipt which our server didn't give. We had to spend another 5 minutes tracking her down to write us out one before they would let us get off the boat which she never told us about and we had paid cash for beverages and tips. The only pleasant part of the whole thing was the nice people we were sat with. Save your $50 for something better, we will not be returning.

The food was great. The waitress however was terrible. We had to order both water and drinks from a young man who was working ,she's even the one who took our drink order, she just never returned . The boat was clean and beautiful. Only two bathrooms , And no smoking or vaping. . The upper deck was nice and had seating , exhaust fumes were rough.

I really enjoyed myself, They had three levels Will the second level DJ and dance floor and third level is the open roof. Very pretty and clean. Servers wait your tables for drinks and salad and food is buffet style with all you can eat.

Everything was Beautiful, Good Food, Service, atmosphere, the only issue was the boat is not disabled friendly, no elevator or lift to reach other decks? That is a miss, lots of seniors couldnt do the stairs and disabled had to just sit on first deck! They got money to spend, but couldnt get the full experience, they may not come back.
