Absolutely lovely meal at Sails restaurant - staff were friendly and efficient, food was delicious and perfectly cooked, stir fry has the tang it needed without being overpowering, daughters steak was apparently perfect - RSL is completely family and disability friendly, facilities clean, staff are helpful and courteous and meals came in quite quickly and affordable too. 🥘 The drink was refreshing and tasty - was soooo good lol 🍹 It is so great to listen to the Ode, show respect for so many and know that everyone there is taught the value of remembering those who have fought and lost so that we may have the freedoms we do 💙

We have come for dinner twice here. The atmosphere is ok though the food is definitely not worth it. Both times our meals were very average and even tasted a though they had been sitting for quiet some time before being served.

Came here to have a family get together for my sons birthday. The staff are wonderful and very helpful and friendly. The drinks are very reasonably priced and the bar staff were more than friendly. We enjoyed the share plates for entree. They were fresh and well cooked and plenty to go around. Then i decided to have the roast of the day , which was lamb. That's where i was very disappointed. I thought the roast would be great ,being carved fresh from the bone. It was really awful, dry and tough with virtually raw vegetables, no gravy to speak of . The best part were the mashed potatoes. I don't know what went wrong but sometimes that happens. We will be back to see if i was just unlucky. I don't like leaving negative feedback, especially since the rest of the night was very nice.

Wow, what a lovely experience we had for a friends baby shower, high tea! Unbelievable quality and amount of food and drink options for the price. Plus, their service was very quick. Honestly, they could not have done anything better.

First visit to the refurbished RSL at Cleveland..and I was impressed! Excellent facility in many ways! Staff were very efficient and friendly. I had seen the Seafood Cob on their Facebook page being recommended so it was my first choice.Initially I thought the helping could have been bigger but it was more filling than I expected..and talk about delicious! My first Seafood mornay in many years and it did not disappoint Our entertainment band hit it out of the park with fun Motown hit after hit..very enjoyable night 👍👍😋😋 The following night my friend and I ordered the Moroccan special dish and the Lamb Rump..again, beautiful food!

Excellent service except they forgot my cocktail, apart from that my partner and I had a lovely dining experience. My first time getting a meal here and I'll definitely be coming back 😄

Been coming here for years and it never disappoints with food or service at Sails on Shore. Once 2yrs ago, I had an issue with the meal, but after bringing it to their attention, they deeply apologized let me pick any item on the menu at no extra cost. Amazing service. After the renovations, the new undercover parking has made it a lot more convenient. We always come here for holiday dinners, birthdays, special lunches, etc and every single time we are always happy. Great atmosphere and you can check on their upcoming events, chef specials, drawings etc. Special acknowledgement to Angelo, who is so friendly while professional and has some incredibly memory too. He makes our experience here even better.

I stopped in twice recently. The customer service at cafe was very bad and terrible. I had waited to order for about 10mins. There was no customers at that time. The lady who gave me the chai latte never said greeting or sorry. She should go for the customer training! So bad. Other lady was incredibly rude for no reason no wonder this place is 0 stars. She pretending to not understaning my English with smiling. I felt so bad and humiliated. Eventually other staff helped me out for my order. Very very disappointed by your service and manner. The worst service in redlands.

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to have a bite to eat the service was terrible not to mention the food. The tea was extremely busy so we opted for the Cafe food. My partner ordered the Steak Pie Chips and Gravy special and I ordered a BLAT (bacon, lettuce, avocado & tomato) wrap with chips. And a Soys Chai as Full Cream milk makes me so sick. Ok so now that I’ve ordered and between the server yelling at the staff to get work done and clearly not concentrating on what I’m ordering. I’m surprised we even got correct food. My partners Pie was cooked in a microwave, looked completely unappetising and the chips were very cold not even warm. My wrap was horrible. It may as well been a toasted sandwich. One thing I hate is cooked tomato and the wrap was squished in a sandwich press to heat the bacon and it had no sauce or dressing on it. Totally yuck. Now let’s talk Soy Chai Latte I asked for. I got delivered to me a latte with full cream milk. When I questioned them on it. The barista did not own up to even making a latte let alone confirming it was with soy milk. After some yelling from across the kitchen at me cos the staff member was to lazy to walk to me and preferred me to demonstrate their incompetence by yelling my responses back at them. Which I admittedly shout back stop being so unprofessional and shouting at me. And then the duty manager came to me with a copy of my order receipt and said oh sorry I got it wrong. And then walked away. Didn’t offer me a new one or anything. NOTE to SELF do not attend there ever again. Worst service ever.
