My family has been Pivotal Health years. I married my husband and moved to Brisbane last year. In February this year I started to came this clinic. I couldn't get in to my family 's doctor. They put me with Dr Vanessa, Dr Vanessa was still new to the clinic at that time.Reception told me she has many years experience. After a few times visit, it has been very smooth, she is brilliant. Very patience, always listened what you telling to her. Very professional and friendly. I am very grateful for her work and been my doctor in Pivotal Health. The reception staffs are always very friendly too. They such a great team!!

Always happy to come to Pivotal Health for all my health care issues. The staff are efficient and politely pleasant. I always feel that i am in a professional environment. I can also say that the doctor i always use (Doctor Russell Hunter ) is probably the best G.P. i have ever met. He is also one of the best listeners i have ever . Always a very positive experience

I have been attending this Clinic under the care of Dr Marsden for 25 years and have always felt my health has been in expert and caring hands. More recently I had a skin check with Dr Hunter and found him to be very thorough and had a great bedside manner. The reception staff are always polite and helpful and more recently the Practice Manager went above and beyond to assist me with my particular situation. Would highly recommend Pivotal Health.

This practice has efficient and professional staff. The doctors and nurses are very caring and effective in their service to patients. Dr Marsden and Dr Hunter are such knowledgeable practitioners and have always taken excellent care of my health both mental and physical over the last 25+ years. I also have had excellent care from the nurses and I totally recommend Pivitol Health.

My wife & I have relied on the health professionals at Pivotal Health Redlands for advice and treatment for many years. The service received has been second to none. We are now both in our late 70's and grateful to doctors and staff for looking after our health needs. We receive regular notifications regarding available inoculations and believe Pivotal are proactive in caring for their cliental.

Last of my annual checkups for this year with Dr Russell Hunter- all done with reminders. Brilliant.. He is willing to listen and discuss any concerns. His experience seems to enable him to ask the right questions and I've always been confident in any treatments he has recommended . Been my GP for 32 years. The receptionist are cheerful and helpful. I am always at ease when in the hands of the nursing staff... Am happy and do recommend Pivotal Health to my friends and neighbours. A big "Thank you" to you all....

Dr Meg is such a wonderful person. She is always genuinely concerned about my health, wait and state of mind. I feel so comfortable with her. The staff at reception are friendly .
