The
location
is
absolutely
fantastic,
the
rooms
are
huge
and
there
is
so
much
potential
for
this
place.
Sheets
and
towels
were
great
quality
and
clean.
The
bed
was
comfortable
but
the
room
had
a
lot
of
room
for
improvement.
A
sign
asks
us
to
wash
our
own
cups,
plates
and
clean
the
toaster
or
we
would
be
charged
$30.
There
wasn't
even
dishwashing
liquid.
There
were
no
toaster
or
plates
and
the
only
cutlery
was
little
sticks
to
stir
our
drink.
We
ran
out
of
milk
pods
on
our
first
day
(Saturday)
and
there
was
nobody
in
reception
to
replenish
them.
Cleaning
staff
do
the
minimum
required
-
they
came
through
to
clean
the
rooms
on
Monday
and
didn't
replenish
the
milk
so
we
bought
some.
On
Tuesday
morning
they
replenished
it.
They
don't
remake
the
beds,
which
isn't
a
big
deal
but
they
pulled
the
covers
up
towards
the
pillows
so
they
could
have
at
least
done
it
properly.
The
biggest
surprise
was
all
the
black
scuff
marks
on
the
walls
(20cm
long
in
the
shower,
big
marks
on
wardrobe
doors
and
on
the
walls).
This
is
a
policy
problem,
not
necessarily
a
deficit
with
the
cleaners.
It
may
not
be
on
the
cleaner's
list
of
to-do
items
but
it
could
be
done
if
management
were
on
top
of
these
tasks.
The
rooms
are
no
smoking
rooms
but
a
huge
tin
can
is
used
as
an
ashtray
and
sits
on
a
plastic
table
in
the
carport,
just
outside
our
windows.
The
outdoors
area
needs
cleaning
as
cigarette
butts,
vape
pieces
and
tissues
littered
the
carpark
and
footpath
and
bushed
outside
our
room.
Guests
sat
out
there
smoking
and
talking
until
all
hours
of
the
night
for
Saturday,
Sunday
and
Monday
nights.
Tuesday
was
quiet.
They
are
doing
building
works
and
painting
out
at
the
pool,
so
maybe
things
will
change
soon.
It's
an
older
building
but
packed
with
potential
to
have
guests
feel
they've
paid
for
quality.
We
paid
$215
a
night
and
felt
we
didn't
get
value
for
our
money.
