My goodness! What can I say. This is truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I can’t get over how good it is! I will definitely be coming back because it is worth every penny. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The service is A1 the really do an amazing job of personalizing your experience and they give you all information up front so there is no confusion on anything. Also the rooms are huge! I requested blankets and they were so comfy. The food is amazing. It’s hot, well cooked, and the service is fast! I truly had the best time!

The hotel itself is spotless. The rooms are nicely appointed and the housekeeping team must do a phenomenal job. I arrived late night and did self park in the garage across the street and also self checked in via digital check in. Now, the entrance to the tunnel leading to the hotel requires a key, which I had via my Hilton app. However, that was not working. The call button to speak to the front desk was also not working (or more likely the front desk was not answering all 4 times). Phone calls to the hotel front desk were also sent to their corp call center and not the desk. You can understand what that means…. So, Walked up the ramp with my luggage, crossed the street, and went to the hotel where I was greeted by an indifferent person in the front of the hotel who asked if I was a guest. I proved to her that I was by opening the locked front door with my digital key. Once inside the hotel, their were 3 front desk staff deep in conversation and did not greet me for a good 30 seconds. I understand that the key reader inside the tunnel of the parking garage is broken and can happen. I also understand the valet in the front making sure that I am a guest. However, I don’t appreciate having to go through all that because the front desk staff were too busy in conversation to answer the phones or even the call box which was clearly going through. If it weren’t for the fact that it is the nicest Hilton in the general area, I don’t think I would go back. Perhaps a Hyatt next time?

I was there on business for a conference. Hotel was very nice (request a higher floor with a lake view) and the surrounding area was clean and felt safe. Bar on top floor has a great view. Walking distance to Rock and Roll HOF. Parking garage is about a block away - $38/night. Valet is available for $10 more.

I am currently leaving this review as I lay in a less than comfortable king bed in one of the suites on the 31st floor. My wife and I chose to stay at this hotel the night of our wedding day. We were both incredibly excited, Hiltons are supposed to be top of the line. We are less than impressed with the accommodations. My now wife and I arrived at the front of the hotel with the intentions of utilizing the valet. We parked in front, drove to the end of the drive (the far east end) and waited. And waited. And waited. After 20 minutes of watching cars come and go with valet, I walked to the valet at the stand and said that my wife and I had been waiting for 20 minutes for service. He acknowledged me quickly and I was happy with that. So I walked back to our car and stood next to it waiting for them to help…I did that for 20 minutes. After watching as the valet that I had talked to serviced a man in a BMW that they parked…in front of me and my waiting wife in the drive, my tired wife decided that we she did not want to wait anymore and grabbed her things to carry up as I went and self-parked. The room itself, is great. Spacious, with wonderful views and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. However, the provided lodging amenities are the issue. The bed, while large, is obviously older. There is a massive indentation in the middle of the mattress which is a sign of overuse. The furniture, is scratched, chipped, and not very visually appealing. The bathroom sink, has a very slow drain, which should have been noticed by housekeeping when they, hopefully, cleaned the bathroom after guest visits. My wife and I have lived in downtown Cleveland for years. We have been to Bar 32 a handful of times and we’re always impressed with the hotel. However, for over $500 a night, this stay was unacceptable and not a way that a couple wants to end their wedding night. As someone who used to travel for work constantly, I can honestly say that I have stayed in Holiday Inns that were far, far more impressive than this.

Came for business, everything was great until my friend in the next room was robbed by housekeeping. The local hotel is handling it in such a poor manner that I doubt I'll ever stay here again. It's a shame as the majority of your staff is great & the location is beautiful but if guest safety isn't your main concern, then I'll find accommodations elsewhere. Make it right Hilton. Be better.

Fantastic city views and lake views from higher floors. Staff have all been super nice whether at the desk or housekeeping or valet. Rooms are nice: modern, clean lines, functional layouts. The corner rooms are definitely worth extra: the layouts aren't all necessarily ideal (in some rooms, the sitting area and bedroom area separated by narrow passageway), but all of those windows bring the light pouring in. Gorgeous and open feel. The restaurant downstairs is good, if a bit spartan. Super nice wait staff and solid menu (although they struggled with the concept of low carb: switching out starch for greens seemed to cause confusion). The bar on the top floor is a nice venue but with only a smallish patio that fills up pretty quickly. Great lake views and sunset views with live music some nights, so make an effort. Easy walk to lots of area restaurants. Make reservations because you don't want to get shut out. We learned that lesson in a hurry! If you are visiting your grandparents, they will want to go to the rock and roll museum. Drop them off and tell them to meet you at the taco-tequila restaurant at the end of the pier!! Perfect spot for chilling.

Recently stayed here for a conference at the attached facility, and wow, this was a nice hotel with a great experience. Not only are the rooms nice and well kept, but the views from the tower are excellent, overlooking the lake and the Hall of Fame in my case. The hotel has some solid if not spectacular restaurant and bar options, but is within easy walking distance of a number of great bars and restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

Yup another five star review for a hotel. But seriously this place has just about everything you would need. Lots of food options. Different room types a great bar and the fitness center. That is good enough. We stayed here for the weekend and the staff here honestly went over the top with trying to accommodate whether it was getting your car or room service. I’d recommend this Hilton any major or big hotel in the area will definitely stay here again.

Great from the start. Megan at the front desk was friendly and professional. Very cool view of Cleveland and the lakefront from our room. We stayed on the 32nd floor next to the sky bar, and we were worried the noise would carry, but it was completely soundproof. Best location if you are in town for a Browns game. This is our third time staying here for that reason. Go Browns!!

The hotel is located near the stadium and so many restaurants and stores. I found the front desk super friendly and professional. They helped us with many things we needed. There is a fee for parking and additional for valet but around the same as other hotels. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Bed is super comfy with fluffy pillows. I feel this hotel Is a good 5 out of 5.

What an amazing stay! 10/10!! I brought my Mom for a girls weekend and from the moment we arrived I knew I made the right choice in a hotel. Dana's level of service truly made our stay memorable and was part of the reason we extended from 1 night to 2 nights. She greeted us up on arrival, helped us with our bags, gave us advice on where to go and even had complimentary champagne delivered to our room. Carlos upgraded us to a lake view on a high floor which truly made my Mom's first time in Cleveland extra special. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. The food was tasty and delicious and the view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking. Everyone we encountered was a wonderful representation of the hotel and Cleveland. I will definitely return to enjoy the spacious room and facilities! Thanks Hilton!

Love this hotel. All staff are great. Would rather pay a little more ($30 as compared to Hampton Inn downtown) than stay elsewhere less elegant. There are plenty of drinking and dining options also. Christmas decor is above and beyond.

Recently visited Cleveland, for a random overnight trip. The Hilton Cleveland Downtown was an excellent hotel. Absolutely love the convenient location- right near the water front, very central downtown location within walking distance of shops, great restaurants, etc. The room was a great size, extremely clean, and well appointed. Staff was friendly, and the lobby had a wonderfully calming scent. I even liked that the front desk was not rushing you out the door if you don't check out at exactly 11am sharp. Our room had a great view and was extremely quiet. Will absolutely stay here again.

Great interior design and decoration. However, the food at the hotel, no matter where you go, is absolutely disgusting. I did not have a decent meal at the hotel my entire stay. They don’t even have any vending machines either. I highly recommend not eating at this hotel. Bland food all the way around. My omelette was somehow sour. I was appalled. Will not be returning which is sad because the interior of the hotel is nice.

Let's tackle the price first. I booked a room here for $185. Then a week before I went I saw a price online for my room at $160. I guess they were trying to get rid of leftover rooms at a lower price but no one ever called me and asked me if I wanted the cheaper rate. That aside to location was great there were plenty of good views from my room and the bar at the top the hotel also. The rooms were very nice and had clean bathrooms and with good water pressure. Elevators were plentiful and very fast so you made it to your floor and the lobby very quick. They had a pool and an exercise room you could use and a nice restaurant in the hotel. There's a parking garage across the street and underground that you can park in and walk into the hotel out of any bad weather. **Updated** - the pricing issue seems to have been the result of a third party site price conflict. Make sure you look around for the best price.

We came to Cleveland for the Browns game. The hotel was perfect for that event. Our room had a view of the stadium. We had a large room with a dining table, separate bedroom. The hotel was decorated for the holidays and it was absolutely beautiful. It was easy for us to walk to dinner and the stadium for the game. If you don't do valet parking, I'm not sure what self parking would be like.

I stay at the Hilton downtown Cleveland every time I visit the city. This particular stay after doing my usual inspection of the bed and bathroom, I noticed that my bedding had a few noticeable stains. I called downstairs to make them aware that I was needing new bedding and was assured that someone would be around to change them out. I was in my room for about 2 hours getting unpacked and dressed for an event.I called downstairs again because no one had been to my room to change out the bedding. I was assured again that someone would be by. Before I left out to the event I stopped by the desk to ask them if they could have someone fix my heat and get my bedding changed before I returned. I left at 630pm and returned close to 1030 pm. The heat was fixed, but my bedding was still the same. I called down again informing the front desk of this issue and then I went downstairs to speak to the manager about the situation because now at this point I'm ready for bed. When I got back to my room house cleaning was already there making up my bed. The house cleaning manger even came down to personally apologized for it not being taken care of earlier and brought me a lighter for my scented candle. The employee who changed my bedding also cleaned off my windows and brought me new towels. Even though I was a little frustrated about everything their efforts to make up for it made a huge difference.

My fiancée and I stayed here for Comic Con and couldn’t have asked for a better stay from start to finish. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel and room were very well clean and modern. The market near the front desk was useful. The views from our room were incredible. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Parking was easy and convenient. 10/10 would highly recommend and plan to be stay again!

Stay in this location several times a year. Never had a bad experience..... Except sometimes several elevators are not in service for special events, which can be a drag. Nitpicking really. Rooms are always clean and staff very friendly. Had a small issue with our TV and RaShawn from engineering came right up and fixed our issue. He was professional and very nice. Excellent views of the city. Love this place.

Service was outstanding and the views were breathtaking. Of all the Hilton properties here in CLE this was my first time staying here and it exceeded expectations across the board. We received a text welcoming us prior to arrival, and every staff member we came in contact during our stay was friendly from the moment we stepped through the door. Everything was perfect and as a Diamond member I even received a Hilton Honors upgrade. I would absolutely would recommend staying here if you get a chance. It was such a great experience that have already booked my next stay for Feb 2024 for a concert!

We were very impressed with our stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The spaces are modern and well appointed. Room was spacious and had a great view. We also brought our dog along for the stay and had a great experience. They were very accommodating and there were no issues checking our dog in. I would highly recommend this as a top place to stay while in Cleveland.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness, amenities, and overall experience of this hotel. If you’re looking for a great bar or restaurant, either is just an elevator ride away. Major attractions are within walking distance and the views of the city are amazing! Inside - the rooms are spacious, modern, and most importantly clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Cleveland downtown. The rooms are clean and views are premium of the lake and city. Fitness center was nice with a few different machines. I would have five starred it until they lost a star at the end. They give gold members a $15 credit. It was really nice of them until they never took it off of my statement. I called on my way out of town (I had checked out that day) and requested it be taken off my bill and a new bill be emailed to me. Unfortunately they never pulled through on either.

The manager with tattoos was an angel from heaven. He made my son feel so special on his birthday. I don't remember his name, but we are truly thankful for everything. The staff was amazing and the room was legendary to say the least. I've been here before with charter steel and it's one of the best places to stay. Thank you so much to all of you!!

We were in Cleveland earlier this week and selected the Hilton for our stay. The hostess at breakfast greeted us with a smile and was very pleasant. The waitress treated us like family. It is a small thing but honestly in 2023 is rare. We love staying here when we are in town. The room, service and hospitality was just what we all needed to relax and feel rested. We will be back!

Julius was the best server! So polite and accommodating! He recommended the most fabulous wines and went out of his way to grab me coffee beans from another kitchen to make a drink that wasn’t even on the menu!! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! We will definitely be returning. Thanks Julius…………

Without question, this hotel deserves a 5-Star Rating!! I had an emergency circumstance happen and this hotel location was completely understanding and was compassionate in letting me check in their hotel by 12 noon. I was so grateful! My hotel suite was outstanding! The hotel accommodated me with a high-floor suite that faced Cleveland Browns Stadium! What a view! I also want to acknowledge the Hilton for their devotion to keep their hotel pristine clean for their hotel guests. The entire hotel staff works well in harmony to make your experience a positive one. Great customer service and great stay! Thank you, Hilton. Keep up the great work!

Overall really decent hotel. The online check in option is very nice. The fact that there is food at the market 24/7 was nice. The overall price of food and drinks available at the hotel was a bit pricy. Upon my arrival, the room was a bit under satisfaction but was taken care of promptly. Very nice conference space as well!

the staff were all really friendly but the cleanliness was lacking. I don't think housekeeping does a thorough job. it took one of us walking into the room while housekeeping was cleaning to tell them a spot that had trash from the last people that needed to be cleaned up. they never gave enough towels, the shower had mold in it, and whenever we requested extra blankets or towels, we had to call multiple times and it took over an hour to get them. I don't think they vacuum the bathroom when they clean because of all the hair in it and how dirty the corners are

We stayed at The Hilton Downtown Cleveland. From the front desk staff, to the great view from our room and the great holiday vibe, it was a truly great experience. Valet service was prompt and courteous as well. Kudos to top notch customer service

It was okay. This hotel is in a great location and overall very nice. However, there are some things lacking, primarily associated with the staff. I am realistic to know that it is difficult to get and keep good staff these days, and a huge hotel like this requires a lot of staff and management. Regardless, as a guest I expect a certain level of service. I was treated very rudely upon check in and made to feel like I was a big hassle and a bother. The front desk person was very condescending to me. I am a diamond member with Hilton. I was not treated like one, was never acknowledged as one, and just kind of shooed away. Throughout my stay, I was given a lot of incorrect information. I was told two times that the outside restaurant was closed when in fact it was not. The first time was for dinner. I went ahead and checked on my own just to be sure and of course they were open. The next was for breakfast. I was told they were not open on Monday mornings. I expressed disbelief about this but it was told yep that's the way it is. Again, I went down and checked myself and they were open of course and expressed disbelief themselves that the front desk will tell me that. I was very surprised by all this, because I will say, when calling to ask some questions and make the reservation I was treated very nicely and comfortably by two associates named Megan and Chloe. I never cross paths with them when I was actually there, but I wish I had. The room itself was nice and clean enough. It had a great view overlooking lake. First energy stadium, etc. Again, this property is in a great location. We never ate dinner in the restaurant as the menu was very limited and the prices were extremely high. We did eat breakfast, as I spoke of earlier, and it was extremely pricey as well at 25 per. I will say it was very good, and the diamond benefit of a 15 credit for up to two adults took 30 off which made it not so bad. Not near as good as the way Hilton used to do it where he just got a free breakfast, but it is what it is. Without this credit though, with tax and tip would have been over $60. Pretty ridiculous. But that is usually the case with a nice hotel in a major city.

Excellent Hilton in a great downtown location. Every single staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Meaghan at the front desk was extremely on-point. I am a Hilton Diamond and this is by far one of the best Hilton's I've ever stayed in.

We had a snafu at check in where we mistakenly arrived on the wrong day. The hotel was fully booked And because we were here for a wedding we started to panic. Dwayne and Chelsea to the rescue! Totally took care of us immediately and were so nice about it. It was awesome! Then Dwayne gave us a free cup of fancy coffee. Already loving Cleveland! Thanks Dwayne and Chelsea!

We had an amazing experience. Being able to pay our parking fee through our room fee was awesome. Parking was simple. I loved that we could just use a key card to get in and out. The tunnel made me feel very safe, and I really appreciated it. It was clean, accessible, and made things so seamless. I liked the location and how simple it was to get around. I loved how close it was to the water. The associates at the front desk were so personable yet professional. They didn’t wear name tags, but offered their names. Dwayne was so helpful, as were several others. The gift shop/food store was so nice. I loved that they offered Mitchell’s ice cream too. I truly can’t say enough about our experience and the ease in which things went. I love that they got us an upgrade and we were able to have the view of a lifetime. So beautiful. The bathroom door was interesting, but there was nothing wrong with it. The room was clean, and I loved that they offered points if we chose to forgo housekeeping. We will absolutely stay again and again.

The staff was very friendly. Service was great and the location is excellent. They are dog friendly and very accommodating to my service boy and myself. They gave us a nice goody bag for my dog. He loves the view too as you can see because he has a great view of the dog park next door. Haha

We had reservations for Friday night (coming in for the Browns game on Christmas Eve) but because of the storm, we came in the night before. We were greeted right away by valet but explained that we just needed to off load our things then would self park. When checking in, Frank was very friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with the service and food at Burnham Restaurant and there were great food and snack options at Noshery too. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great views and very comfy beds. Matthew, at the front desk, was very friendly, patient and helpful with all of our questions. We had such a positive experience in every aspect of our stay. We will definitely be returning to this hotel for our next trip to Cleveland.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, as well as the location. The rooms were always clean when returning from your outings for the day. Most of the staff was super friendly and helpful. I stayed here for an event that was held in the Huntington conference center, and it made my commute to the conference to quick and easy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel! Great location, friendly valet, and clean beautiful rooms. Hated the prices at the convenient store in the lobby, I paid $12 for a small bottle of Diet Coke and smart water. I understand making a profit, but come on…

Hotel is lovely and the room decor is updated/modern. Cleanliness is on par, as well. Everyone I have had a chat with so far was kind and helpful. The food in their main restaurant wasn't as flavorful as I expected, but it was still good. The only reason for the 3-stars is that I received a text a short time after check-in asking if I'd like to join Hilton Honors and it addressed me as a man, because of my name. I replied that I was a woman and then got addressed as "Mrs.", which they assumed because I'm female. Please update your policies to fit current times rather than making assumptions about your guests.

Great hotel with great rooms and a great view of the Brown's stadium and the lake. the staff is really great. There is one staff member at the front desk that you have to watch out for though, Savannah, she is a trouble maker. if you stay at this hotel make sure to tell her HI. She is the reason I visit this hotel. the rest of the staff is great too.

We used points to stay at this very fancy Hilton and we were treated like first class VIPs. The baggage gentlemen stored our electric bicycles for us and were very accommodating. Overall, a gorgeous hotel, great amenities and terrific staff on a busy sold-out weekend! Highly recommend!
