The stores and shops are pretty standard but the area itself isn't very safe. There is a high chance of getting your car broken into or if later at night violent crimes.

I've been here 8 times. I wish I never had to go again! The last time I was there a man was shot in the parking lot at Target as he was being robbed. I usually go to the Walmart there because it's closer to me than others, however if I may say so this has to be the worst Walmart in the country. I'm not a person to judge others but the people that shop here are rude. The customer service is non existent. It's poorly stocked, dirty, you'll wait to be checked out then have to deal with usually checkers that have an attitude like you're bothering them. No smile, no hello even if you say hello, nothing but rudeness. I dread shopping here but I'm not healthy enough to drive further or rich enough to buy elsewhere. I've been to Burlington Store. It's a mess. Same thing as far as checkout, rude. I'm trying my best to move away from this area. It's unsafe. I don't recommend people shop in Steelyard. Sorry

Great food and great service. The staff/employees were welcoming, attentive when I gave my order and worked together. They were pleasant, courteous and cordial. Being a senior citizen and having worked in Customer Service thirty plus years I give them a rating of EXCELLENT!!

My place to go when I need to govt more than one store. Home Depot, Bath and Body Works, Target, Walmart, Aldi. I don't have to drive all over town to reach these stores.

If you want the Mos isly experience without going to Florida's Star Wars village, this place is your best chance . The lawlessness is palatable , and the number of people who are working on ripping someone off is just constantly happening 🙄. Either in stealing cars 🚗 or shoplifting. It is not a place where you can just sit down and watch people. It is a place where people are watching 👀 for an opportunity to get your stuff. The restaurants are dirty, and Walmart was so dirty that they closed it down during the Christmas holidays. 🎄 How 🤔 dirty was it to miss the shopping days?

They have competitive prices but they never have enough staff. Sometimes the cashiers can be kind of not nice. They don't always have as many items for decorating your home they're more made for contractors than like a Lowe's or Menards

Hum, it's getting better there's everything just about you need. Parking lots could be cleaner. So busy so loud but it's not horrible. The Target is really nice. Getting down there can be confusing if your not from here. Overall not too bad.

I go to this home Depot a lot with my husband. They are normally pretty well stocked. I never really had any issues here. The employees I've dealt with are really nice. I would recommend this store to other people if they were to ask me. Thanks again for your amazing work. You guys are always so welcoming.

Steelyard Commons is a sprawling area of shopping and restaurants. I wish I had more time to explore the area. I made a quick stop there because I needed a quick outfit replacement after spilling ketchup on a beige pair of pants after my flight arrival. The area is conveniently located off of the highway, just before entering Downtown Cleveland.

I wish I could give this shopping center a 0/5 instead of a 1/5. I would be scared to death to go there because of it being on the news, and the reviews I read about the rude employees. Even though my favorite resale shop The Exchange is there, I would still not go there. They made a mistake to move from Solon to there. They need to move to a better city with nice people and no crime.

Good store options but location is not in a safe area of town and wouldn't recommend going here alone especially late at night. There is a plethora of store options and restaurant options that would otherwise be impeccable if not for the unsafe part of town in Cleveland that it is located in.

It's just like any other Walmart only thing this one is really busy a lot of people I don't like that and the item that I was coming to get they are sold out of and don't plan on getting a new shipment of so that was disappointing but it's still a good Walmart I guess

I like steelyard Commons in that they have a lot of stores and they're close to me It's not the prettiest little shopping area like you'd find in Brooklyn or Palma just basic all the stores are lined up on one side they don't have any trees or planters or anything but it serves its purpose Dollar tree I understand is open till 10 now I like that I wish Walmart was open at least till midnight I loved when they were open 24 hours but now they close at 11:00 Walmart's new self checkout is abominable they were good with just the self-checkouts they had now they added like they made a triple the amount there's nowhere to put your grocery bags I don't know what they're trying to do not have any people as cashiers or what but I don't like the new system they just put in Gates that you aren't supposed to walk out of you have to leave the store going through either the cashier check out or the self checkout where as you used to be able to just walk out the same way you came in but that didn't stop a bunch of teenagers from running out the door with a few bicycles last week LOL

This is a unique shopping area with lots of options. We stopped for Chipotle before getting into Cleveland for the Browns game. Chipotle did not open as stated on the door so we left.

This Walmart is okay but needs improving especially with the parking lot situation it can get overcrowded inside and outside the store. The shelves aren't always stocked with the items you need. Clothing items can be strewn all over the floor and shelves from other customers doing. Plus the staff I've encountered there can be rude which has you questioning why are they here where's the customer service skills?

Walmart is my main store. I place my order online, choose my pickup date and time, and go get it. I check in and within moments, my order arrives to my car. The transporters are courteous and careful. My orders have always been filled accurately.

I really like the K&G Fashion store. The shopping plaza have a good selections of stores. My last visit there unfortunately a shopper pitbull attacked us as we were walking to our car and we had to fight for our life. Owner was afraid of the dog and never apologize. That is the first time I ever heard of someone shopping and getting attacked by a dog when leaving the store. Female security on duty that day cared more about the dog than the person who got bit. I will go back to shop, but most definitely be looking out for careless pet owners and it wasn't at the pet store.

I do enjoy visiting the Steelyard because they have several stores that are only available in my area located there. There is a prominent visual security presence, which makes me feel a little safer. They have the only Burger King in the area as well..

In & out with ease. Stocked shelves & prices are competitive with Aldi's. Put it like this I pulled into the Aldi's parking lot went inside the store looked around shook my head got back in my car and drove down to the Walmart. Aldi prices are higher than Walmart on some things. Aldi used to be the go-to store back in the day for everything that you needed to provide for your family with but now it's not the same.

Good place for a place to eat or shop. But I would advise you to put anything you cherish in your trunk. The crime level is pretty high at Steelyard Commons. Unfortunately. ☹️

While getting an upgrade at Verizon, my girlfriend and I were told she would be given $543.00 if she turned in her iPhone 11 Pro. When the bill came, we received no refund so we went to the store and were told the person who took her phone, DOMINIC, had been fired for taking peoples phones and not giving them reimbursement for them. The new salesman, NICHOLAS told us the phone was not in the stores possession, nor had it been mailed to Verizon, so there was nothing he could do. I called the store and DOMINIC, who was supposedly fired, answered the phone. When we brought up Nicholas, Dominic told us that Nicholas had just been fired for "the same thing". Basically, the employees stole a $1,000.00 phone from my girlfriend. It seems to be a practice, as whenever you bring up another employee the automatic response is that they were fired even though they still work there. We will be filing a police report.

For this place being terrible for the last several years they have definitely made it come up in the last several weeks. They could definitely use a little improvement or their scheduling of the bakery employees are concerned they apparently sent to on vacation at the same time and the donuts suffered. Garbage cans out front we're overflowing on my last visit but one of the main problems which was the long wait in lines that is long gone ever since they installed these new self checkouts they are faster and more efficient than ever. I credit the security department for moving the cosmetics where they did it's about time someone there wised up should have done that years ago would it saved Walmart millions but oh well better late than never on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this place of six considering that they were a one they're doing much better and they have a lot of room for improvement

Basically everything you need to shop for or are looking for is in Steelyard Commons... Including Starbucks... It's a great place to run in and out of... Just no high end stores .. Just basic shopping stores.. But that's ok...

This shopping center has everything you want ,wish or imagine.Hard to get it beat for miles away. This is so well located that Westside and East side and other suburbs shop over here.

its a shopping complex thats situated next to a steelyard. from the highly elevated freeway overpass the view is dramatic because the familiar brand names are situated with the massive steelyard that looms behind the complex. its one of the signature views of cleveland you cant see this in many other cities in the usa.

Steelyard is an interesting juxtaposition of stores. Some of them are well kept and nice to shop in and others not so much. Now in this picture that they've given you for steel yard is Guthrie's food and that's where I ate. I had lunch there and it was extremely yummy.

  • 5/5 margaret M. 1 year ago on Google
My first time visiting the Steelyard Commons. My eyes were darting around looking at the large variety of stores for shopping. I will definitely look into this place when I'm ready for holiday shopping. One area can just about take care of everything.

Went shopping at Home Depot to purchase some plants for a school project. There was nothing horrible about the trip but the I would say this is my least favorite Home Depot.

  • 4/5 Martin R. 2 years ago on Google
Use to shop down there more often, but haven't been there lately much. Went to the home depot. Everything pretty average about that. Pretty good selection of stores and places to eat. Use to get approached pretty often by people asking for money, but haven't seen that lately. But again, don't go down there as much.

  • 5/5 Julius L. 1 year ago on Google
Always have what you need. Great location. Close where there is not alot of time driving back to the store when you need something more to finish the job.

  • 2/5 Brent 10 months ago on Google
The great store relatively clean Stocked well but you have to ask the cashiers to stop stuffing their face so they can check you out instead of standing there waiting. For them to eat their lunch in front of you.

  • 1/5 D A. 11 months ago on Google
Well I guess this review is just a Burlington it's always b a r e pickings to cashier and about 30 people waiting to be checked out so the wait was incredible for the amount of items that we were purchasing and this seems to be a regular occurrence while there some Caucasian guy ran out the front door with a hand full of purses and and no one chased them but I guess they didn't have anyone to chase them cuz they didn't have anybody to take care of the customers
