While
getting
an
upgrade
at
Verizon,
my
girlfriend
and
I
were
told
she
would
be
given
$543.00
if
she
turned
in
her
iPhone
11
Pro.
When
the
bill
came,
we
received
no
refund
so
we
went
to
the
store
and
were
told
the
person
who
took
her
phone,
DOMINIC,
had
been
fired
for
taking
peoples
phones
and
not
giving
them
reimbursement
for
them.
The
new
salesman,
NICHOLAS
told
us
the
phone
was
not
in
the
stores
possession,
nor
had
it
been
mailed
to
Verizon,
so
there
was
nothing
he
could
do.
I
called
the
store
and
DOMINIC,
who
was
supposedly
fired,
answered
the
phone.
When
we
brought
up
Nicholas,
Dominic
told
us
that
Nicholas
had
just
been
fired
for
"the
same
thing".
Basically,
the
employees
stole
a
$1,000.00
phone
from
my
girlfriend.
It
seems
to
be
a
practice,
as
whenever
you
bring
up
another
employee
the
automatic
response
is
that
they
were
fired
even
though
they
still
work
there.
We
will
be
filing
a
police
report.
