This store is different from the rest of their stores, it has a great look and a comfortable feel. I really enjoy shopping here and just roaming around the store, finding new and different things to buy. The customer service was spot on and very helpful. I'm not normally in this neighborhood but I heard good things about this store and had to check it out The thing that was a real pleasant surprise was Maha Grill... man you must try it out. Everything I got was above my expectations, and that's sometimes hard to do. I also enjoy the great selection in the bulk section near the produce

This grocery store also has other businesses inside of it that includes a made-to-order sandwich/sub station, fresh sushi station, a self serve salad bar, and even a grill that offers burgers, philly subs, gyros, and more. It also has a wide variety of options at the deli and bakery. Great place if you're looking for variety.

Very nice, clean, Ohio city grocery store that caters to the hipster clientele. Cool options like make your own peanut butter and orange juice. Great selection of meat.

The majority of the people in the hot foods area are very rude and have VERY POOR customer service. I come there on the regular for JoJo fries. And 9 times out of 10 when I walk up, they don't greet me, they just look at me like I'm some weirdo. They usually pick over the JoJo's and give me the smallest and skinniest ones they can find. You don't get a thank you or a have a good day either. I don't know where Dave's management gets these people from, but they all need home training and customer service training. They are going to catch someone on a bad day with their attitude and it isn't going to be pretty.

Great service and all. Obv overpriced but this isnt the kinda grocery you go to get snacks. If you want good meats or cheeses, or some higher end retail stuff, its a good spot. Im only leaving a review to kindly ask to stop overcooking the rotisserie chicken. Having gotten it four times and each time its very dry on the outside, I get the feeling yall overcook it to avoid people who dont know how chicken should be cooked from complaining its pink or whatever Its a shame cause it's sooo good when you get to the tender parts inside, but the wings/drumsticks are ruined when you sear it like this. I beg you, REJECT the wine moms who panic at a little pink. GIVE US GOOD CHICKEN!!! Respectfully, The Zoop Troop

I love shopping at Dave's. It has very fresh vegetables and good variety. It's small like family. I go there often.

Please stay away fron the bakery cupcakes. I purchased $40 worth of their cupcakes for my daughters birthday. I will never buy again. They were hard old and stale. I was truly hurt because I accually served these to family and friends. So embarrassing! Spoke with manager, he stated to show a reciept. Who keeps a reciept, when delivering cupcakes at a party. I didnt think to save it.

I love the sandwich bar very reasonable price, the salad bar is always clean as well a bit pricy but worth it

I had a bad experience here. The manager Lisa was refusing to let me pick up my money from Western Union and I felt very discriminated against. They did not let me pick up my money until my American friend helped me ….. Lisa is really bad person and she doesn’t know what to do with her job , I hope you guys take care of her

I love this Dave's also the staff. Everyone is so nice and always helpful. Store is always clean. Plus they have Ohio Subs which are super tasty. For sure would recommend this location.

Dave's is a large, clean, organized, and fully stocked store that offers a wide variety of options. One of my favorite things about Dave's is the hot/cold meal and snacks that are served fresh. You can pick up hot foods like chicken, mac n cheese, pizza and potatos or go over to the salad bar to customize your own salad. The salad bar has a ton of options, including pasta salad. You will also find quality meats, cheeses pasta salads and side dishes at the deli, not to mention fresh sushi and subs. The options are endless at Dave's; however, the prices are far higher than most local grocery stores. I am not docking any points though because Dave's does one thing that other stores do not- they stock products made by local businesses whether big or small. I support any business that supports local business owners and the local economy.

Nice store, kinda small, but very overpriced. And this was before the pandemic and the raising cost of everything!

My go to for good groceries! Everything else close to me is so expensive so this is worth the drive! Always love Dave's, but I've been going to this one since a little kid!

I go to the deli and Everytime I have a good experience with the sandwich makers husky handsome male n brown hair female. They're always polite and don't slap a sandwich together. I can't stand a sloppy sandwich. I won't go eat if they not there.

I came here for the first time and I must say that the prices a reasonable and the quality of meat is really good. A coworker told about Dave's and I'm glad that I came out today. I'll be coming back from now on, no more going to walmart for groceries.

Customer service here is legendary 🙌 👌 plus sushi 🍣 🙌 👌 is amazing. They partner with a lot of local businesses. So you can get local products in one place. Which is pretty cool. One of my favorite Dave's.

Dave's is our favorite grocery store in the world. Every time we are in Cleveland's west side, we stop for canolli's. We always have a running bet on whether they have them or not because they don't make them every day. Dave's has the best sub shop, their produce is always the freshest and boy what a selection. Salad bar is always busy because it's the only place in town where you can make a salad just the way you like it. They have everything the big grocery chains have but they have a small town atmosphere right in the middle of this big beautiful city of Cleveland.

I never knew it was common practice for the customer that's already in line, items all on the belt, to be totally ignored and you attempt to cash the person BEHIND me out first. NOT happening & didn't happen. The cashier got nasty with me because I said no. Maybe, just maybe if either one had actually asked me first if I minded I probably would have let the woman go ahead.

Dave's has excellent produce, the problem is that the cost of buying groceries there is twice the price of other stores. Also sells Mitchell's ice cream by the pint which is nice.

They are the absolute best! Love the selection, and the pricing on their deli is really affordable. Some of the best soup in the area, too!

Before coming to this location, I did not care for this store based off of my only experience at the one in Shaker 2 months ago. This location is much better and close to work. I shop here weekly now.

Great grocery store in Ohio City. They make rotisserie chicken daily that are to die for. Nice juicy chicken with a delicious skin on them. I get one every time I shop at Dave's.

Been going to this place for years very clean a wide variety of all ethnic food the service is fantastic they do have security on scene I've never had any problems there I've heard of some but I've never encountered any and I will continue to shop at this location

This particular Dave Market near the westside market is well attended very detailed salad 🥗 bar I myself had a fresh made sub and soup 🍲 combo it actually reminds you of a Whole Foods but not as pricey. Fresh meats fruits and vegetables what could be better than that.

I ordered online and had my groceries delivered. Best service and delivery ever had! Everything was perfectly done! The fees are a bit too much especially if you order heavy items but with the service they give, it's worth it!

Very clean and organized. When I walked in I felt like I was in one of those specialty food stores. First impression a welcoming warm entrance and vegetable and fruit area the lighting makes everything look so good. Prices are good as well.

Could be much cleaner. Prices are higher than Walmart. Deli dept was ok. Didn't like any salads we bought. Bakery is good better than most in this area. Meat dept is good. Better meat than Walmart. Check out is usually long. No friendly employees here. Sad.

The rude cashier shoved all of my heavy items including a 2 lb. Pack of raw chicken 4 cans of corn and heavy family size package of premade mashed potatoes 2 20 oz. Body Armour beverages eggs and hamburger buns in 1 bag that she didn't even bother to double bag. Luckily after carefully carrying the bag of groceries out to my car I had to rebag it because I had an extra bag from Walmart.

I never experienced this kind of shaming before at a grocery store. They keep all infant formula in a locked cabinet, and you are not allowed to see what’s inside. The cashier yelled at me for asking what brands they have—while in the midst of a national formula shortage. Why are top shelf liquor bottles on display for customers to browse but not baby formula? Dave’s is divesting from neighborhoods all across Cleveland, most recently closing their North Collinwood location. Spend your money elsewhere.

I only go there when I want to buy some meat sometimes they have a good sale on certain items meat wise. Everything else is way overpriced They have a nice deli but anytime I went to the deli they can have three or four people there having a conversation it's just not a good experience so I stopped going to the deli. My recent visit was not good been there for their little bakery section apparently the refrigerator was broken for at that point four days already but it took me asking three or four people before I got an answer to why there was no cake One girl said maybe they're not selling them anymore another girl was in the deep conversation behind the deli and couldn't understand what I was asking though I didn't stutter LOL So I just got the one night of my grabbed went to check out and the check out was out of order I just never have a good vibe experience when I'm in that store So as the saying goes 1 2 3 times you're out I will go back to that store me personally no I don't like the vibe or the prices
