Ordered a "wet" burrito and this is what I received 🤨 WTH is this?! Last time I had a "wet" burrito from them it had sauce over top and cheese that was melted. This burrito is also cold. I've had hard rice in my burrito from them before, so I hadn't eaten here in a while. I should've learned my lesson. My daughter bought this, but her meal wasn't top shelf either. I specified no rice. She asked for rice, yet there was rice in my container and none in hers. I guess she's learned her lesson now, too 🤷🏾‍♀️

No flavor! Very bland.. soupy sour cream.. all the meat’s soaked in liquid. Just didn’t taste good. Took 3 bites and threw away. Won’t be back

I used to eat here when I worked closer. It was great! Another reviewer said it best…Ever since the previous owner sold, it has definitely gone down. The quality of food went down. The quality of employees went down. The atmosphere and aesthetics went down. I was soo disappointed.

I arrived at this establishment at exactly 7:40 pm 6/10/2022, and when I went to place my order, I was served by the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. She slammed all 4 of my Burritos together ,they were sopping wet,not marked which was which. She proceeded to put the wrong ingredients on the food and when I corrected her she was NASTY!!!. I'M African American and so was the employee and she was so rude and ignorant it briefly made me ashamed to be an African American. If I ever go there again and she is working I will LEAVE AND WARN ANYONE ELSE THAT SHE IS HORRIBLE FOR THEIR IMAGE. I've been a customer since they first opened, but after my encounter with this particular employee, I SWEAR I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN WHEN SHE IS WORKING!!!!!!

My wife and I frequently visited Chili Peppers when living in Collinwood. We now live over 100 miles away but whenever we come back to the CLE we either stop for lunch or pickup dinner before our trip home. Love this place.

I honestly had low expectations here. Most places in the area are absolute dives, either very good, or very mediocre. This place is the former. Absolute sweethearts behind the counter, and really good food. The price blew me away. 13 bucks for a full meal, and I couldn't even finish it all. I will certainly be returning.

Used to be Better than Chipotle. Well, it is a VERY dirty place, looking at the behind the counter made me gag, so unconscious!! what is going on around Euclid? not a place to sit and eat good food. This place used to be taken care of original owner, now they do not even carry guacamole. It is simply disquieting. NOT RECOMMENDED I you like to eat in a clean place. ajjjjjj All around Euclid there are no good restaurants, is it the low standards of people? I guess so. For people that travel much and know the art of good food, it does not matter what one is eating, it can be fast food, however if its not well made and done with cheap ingredients, it's not good at all.

The nachos were horrible they were greasy and soggy The price for the food was not worth it The meat was unflavored and also the server was non knowledgeable and had a attitude I would never ever go back plus they put the nachos in the microwave to melt the cheese wow big red flag 🚩🚩should have left then 🤦🏿

I absolutely LOVE Chili Peppers!!! I've been coming here for years, no matter how far away I move its always a go to!!! Their Chorizo & Grilled Chicken never disappointed, the grilled onions take your burrito to the next level! The salsas are just what you need to top everything off.

Absolutely love Chili Peppers! I’ve been coming to this staple since high school! The food is fantastic, never fails! The workers are fabulous, always welcoming and amazing!

This place had been recommended to us and we are new to the area. The food was tasty. The service was good and quick. The portions were worth the prices. It's not at all fancy, but I'm thrilled to have a place I can stop on the way home to get a decent burrito.

Worst food ever. Not even authentic Mexican food. Service not even good either. I could of just made a TV dinner at home. Now I feel sick to my stomach. Waste of time and money. Go at your own risk!🤮🤢

Honestly the food is so subpar. Basic ingredients with rice that was overcooked and and unflavored. Some of the staff is friendly while others you can tell aren’t feeling it. Menu prices are not updated. Paint is peeling off the walls and outdated. Restaurant is still set up for Covid. Surprised restaurant is rated so high. I would give the restaurant and 2 out of 5 rating.

The chorizo quesadilla was excellent! The sour cream, salsa and guacamole was so fresh and tasty. Portions were very generous. We are lucky to have this restaurant in our neighborhood!

I called ahead and when I opened the order I was shocked at the Smallest Portions I Have Ever Seen! It was $25 for two plates and we would have had more to eat if we split a Chipotle plate. This place sucks! Food and price sub_par.

Always great food, better prices that competitors (chipotle), inviting atmosphere, free wifi, special treatment to burrito makes it heavenly!! Visited 12/12/17, Had vegetarian burrito grilled!!! Was "THE BOMB!" May be my new favorite!!!

Straight 🔥 been eating here for years makes other burrito chains look like dog food compared to their amazing ingredients and staff I would rate it higher then a 5/5 if I could

Jess runs a very clean operation. Food is amazing simple and delicious. Price is fair to cheap for what you get. I had a BYO Burrito must have been Three pounds. Always stop if I'm close.

They limit topping on tocos and bowls the price is to high for that. Seasoning on food was just ok chicken could have had more flavor.

I love coming here the food is great the service is great and the employees are so nice and the social distancing is great and they get you end and out with speed.

I've never had a bad experience. They're food has consistently been great, prices are very fair, servings are very filling, and ingredients are fresh.

The food is good the service is fast is a refreshing taste, A large selection of items to place on taco or burrito they even have Soup and other items. The prices for what you get are amazing tips are not included at check out. I always want to tip here, the service is is a refreshing and pleasing difference in fast food .
