    Stay away from this store and neighborhood. rude staff. Very unprofessional. Dealers and questionable people hanging out around the store. Beggars… nasty dirty area Avoid at all cost!

    The lady I had the pleasure of handling business with was super friendly and kind and knowledgeable of the products I was interested in. She answered all of my questions very professionally. Great work y'all do . Keep it up it looks great on ya.

    Called me 500 times today after the store was closed .. its due today its not late and im dead set on giving everything back as soon as I get my Xmas bonus . That's is the worst thing you can do to a loyal customer.

    Approved for $125 and won't even let me get a fridge for $108. Go to eagle appliance rental. They're way better and work with you.

    The Rent a center team in the Greenlight plaza is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The got my items delivered with out hassle or any problems. I would recommend them any day.

    I had went to this rent a center location and the people there were very helpful. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for and got the job done. Even though it started to get just a little busy, they still took the time to acknowledge us and we were patient. It was pretty quick.

    This store specifically I would never come near again I’m currently still renting two things from this store they are giving me a hard time about transferring my account and they did a year ago as well. At this point I’m scared for my life to even enter this store they threaten you if you don’t pay ur bill for on time and when I asked them to transfer my account to another store the lady told me she doesn’t have to transfer me and that She will come take my stuff that I’ve been paying on time back ! Just because of are disagreement. I will be getting my attorney involved if this happens Please don’t shop here!!! only if you just don’t have the cash and the interest on the products are extreme ! I’m going to pay off my balance and learn my lesson

    If I could give no stars I would. This will be lengthy, as I have had multiple issues. I first called about a laptop I saw online on their website. The manager stated she had one, but at a different store. Then stated she had to get a completely different one. The employee that delivered insisted on coming inside (which I felt was very unnecessary, employee or not I don’t know you and I’m a single mother) the laptop he dropped off had a broken display, I called dell they sent a ticket for me to ship it in to them directly and it would take about a week or so tops. I contacted rent a center to let them know and the manager insisted I bring it in so they can handle it and they’ll give me a loaner. The loaner they gave had someone else’s info on it and did not match the specs of the laptop I wanted. Over a month later, they said I could pick up “my laptop” I was having phone issues and could not return the call so when I could the manager states that she never picked up my laptop because I didn’t call in?? Then she tells me it’ll be ready on Friday (two days later) it wasn’t ready until that Sunday. Then an employee says the laptop is A DIFFERENT ONE AGAIN. Then when I complained, he claims the specs are better. So I went ahead and picked it up. I then realize, the charger doesn’t even charge the laptop it just keeps it on smh so I have to have it plugged in to use. It was super slow, and again had old account information when I first got it. The first broken laptop was at the least brand new, although faulty. I don’t recommend anyone use their services, also god forbid you fall behind on payments they harassed not only me, but my mom. They literally call like 10 times on the day your bill is due. I really hope they make more than minimum wage with all that effort. It was just annoying and clearly didn’t solve any issues. They picked the laptop up the other day and seemed to have zero concern for my complaints. TLDR; this place is trash. The items are expensive after interest especially, and they’re not even new. Also customer service is horrible. Save your money and go to Aaron’s or something if you have to use these types of services
