Great spot to take your dog to the beach! Shallow, calm & protected water. Plenty of shade right on the shore. Bins and dog bags available and always seem to be well maintained. Barbecues a short walk away, & cafes a minutes drive away.

A lovely small dog beach that's great for taking your dog for a small swim and to socialise with other dogs. The beach itself is quite small and it can get busy during peak times, but if you get here early enough it's great! The water is very clear and there's plenty of adjacent places nearby to take your dog on leash.

You can feel the calmness of the beach and the happiness of the dogs and their owners.

Great place for dogs of all sizes to run and swim. Seats and grass for humans to sit and watch while the fur kids have fun. Poop bags and bins also there, as well as water for dog drinking. Plenty of water at high or low tide.

Awesome beach. Was great to see so many happy friendly dogs playing with each other even though ours was too little And old to join in she loved standing in the water watching everything doing on. A nice beach to swim at too. Quite shallow, no drop off into deep water. Shame there wasn’t a outdoor shower to rinse them off in.

Great set up, with plenty of shade, and seating. Dogs and dog handlers were all well behaved, and socialised freely. Even shared their throwing balls and Frisbees. Very friendly atmosphere. Fun day with the mut.

A perfect place to let your dog socialise and play in the sand. The area is very nice and it’s always very clean and lively here. This has been my top pick for taking my dog out somewhere for 2 years now

Great little beach! Love bringing my dog here, he has the best time. The water is flat, so perfect for dogs to swim. There’s also a dog drinking station and poo bags in case you forget. Plenty of shade as well. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish they had more seating for people.

Great spot, but pretty crowded because of it. Keep in mind if your dog doesn't play well with others this is not the place for him/her to run off leash as there will likely be 5-30 other dogs. However, if that doesn't bother you it's a great spot for a swim with a dog water bowl station, bins, spare poo-bags. Good spot.

Not wheelchair friendly as stated it was. There was an off leash dog who caused trouble and made 4 people so uncomfortable they left with their dogs. Then another brought their dangerous dog on lead with all the others. People have no respect for their dogs and the dogs around them. Not cool.

It's a great beach particularly to allow the dogs to run free and swim. Unfortunately some people still think their larger and more aggressive dogs are allowed to terrorise smaller, friendlier dogs. If you choose the right time and be sure there are no aggressive dogs prior to letting off leash, it's a great way to spend an hour or so.

Always the best experience to take my furbaby there.

We had a beautiful Saturday morning here with the family. Lots of nice dogs and beautiful calm ocean water. We will certainly be back but will probably a bit earlier next time.

Fabulous off leash dog park. No fence but plenty of space. Nearly always has dog bags with access to bins and fresh drinking water. Good for swimming/wading at high tide

This is one of the nicer dog beaches close to the inner south. It's a small strip but protected. It's a nice sand beach, no mangroves. And minimal boats in the water.

What an amazing dog beach! There is a box of toys for the doggies to play with on this beach, a playground not to far away for the children too if you take them with you, this place has a lot of potential if the council were to put some more additions in to the foreshore area, go and check it out, cool spot

What a great place to take your doggy fur babies. It's off leash and all the doggies are so happy because they are enjoying their freedom and socialising. The humans are friendly and expect losing their babies balls to other doggies. Always returned. Plenty of poopy bags. What a wonderful day we had

Great off leash beach, not so big but enough for locals, some days clean, some other days quite filthy with seaweed and mud, lots of people wouldnt pick up after their dogs which is a downside.

A great place to bring your dog/s for a fun water experience. The water depth allows you to wade out a fair bit to encourage you four legged friend to "come on in". The locals are very friendly and have a really good community feeling. Give it a try, and I'm sure you'll come back.👍

Beautiful, quiet spot with plenty of beach and grass space for pups to run around or swim. No fenced area. Taps and water bowls along the walkways.

Great access, awesome for your doggo to have a swim in the sea. Safe walking area to dry off in, people enjoy swimming in their own allocated area away from the doggos beach. No fence so bring a long leash if your not sure if your doggo might run off.

Great beach for dog-off-leash freedom. Not as big as I would have hoped and it would be nice if there was fencing to contain the canines, but all-in-all great calm beach with plenty of people and dogs.

Always a great experience. Our border collie gets super excited by the time we reach Alexandria Hills as she knows where we are going. Never seen agressive behaviour there by any dog and there are all breeds there.

My dogs love it here and so do the kids. Lots of room to lay a picnic and a off your leash dog beach Park its truly one of the best place for the entire family.

This was a lovely family day location. Bring an umbrella or gazebo as there are trees but its a popular site. Also bring some fresh water for the dogs. Its a lovely inlet for the kids to swim in. Parking is a but scarce on the weekend.

Nice little stretch for the doggies, however not fenced in so could be potentially hazardous for nervous dogs/runners. Bins, seats and places to sit in the shade with calm waters. Can get very busy on weekends.
