Always enjoy stopping by Cracker Barrel when we are south of the border. Absolutely LOVE the chicken n dumplings as they are closest to what my grandma used to make.

Great food, no wait. They sold out of the Wednesday special, but besides that everything was great and would recommend as a place for family dining experience.

Always a go to franchise to visit even when coming from out of town! This particular one is my local restaurant. They are generally always friendly and have good service. This time was no exception, even though the were quiet busy. I got the shrimp plate with Mac’n cheese and fried okra,( I forgot the specific name, maybe it’s fried popcorn shrimp platter…) and my friend got the roast beef with steamed broccoli and fried okra. This particular time was pretty slow, however they were understandably busy on this Tuesday evening. The store always has awesome stuff and deals for things going out of season. If you see something you like in season wait a month or two and it will be on sale. I will definitely be back soon!

After 20 years eating at this location, the Food today is absolutely the worst ever! horrible! The meatloaf smelled like canned dog food. I immediately lost my appetite as soon as my plate was set in front of me. Mash Potatoes and Mac and cheese had no flavor. At check out, the cashier was rude and asked me in demanding tone if I tipped my server. I’m done with this place.

The hosts (3 young ladies) station was more interested in talking about everyone there then catering to the customers. Our waitress was in to big a hurry kept spilling coffee and this is what was in my husbands grits Thankfully a waitress by the name of Jennifer came by with water and refilled our glass. (She wasn’t our waitress). Our waitress was talking and spit fell on both of us. I understand accidents like that happen but she didn’t even apologize. I’m going 2 stars cause she at least asked if we wanted to go drinks.

This location was definitely struggling for good help. We were told 15min for a table it was definitely closer to 30. Once seated we waited a long time before getting a server to take our orders. The orders were messed up when they eventually came, as was our bill. They did get us our food, but it honestly wasn’t very busy and it was a disappointing evening out. I usually love Cracker Barrel.

It's like every other cracker barrel food wise. I truly don't know how it has 4.3 stars though in regards to the service. I went in as a one person party at 330pm on a Tuesday. Should be a fairly smooth meal. I waited an hour and a half for my food to come out and watched 3 tables that were seated after me get their food and leave. When my food finally came out I only got one of the two sides and the tenders for the combo platter were so burnt I couldn't eat them. I had added a salad and it never came. They never gave me any bread. And not once in the two hours I was here did they refill my water. I would like to say they did take off the things that they never brought me from my check but did not comp my meal in any way despite it not having one of the two sides it should've come with or any bread when it's supposed to have it. They only removed the things I never got AFTER they brought the check with them on there and I had to ask. Never made any effort to comp the meal despite it not having parts that it should've. Might actually be the worst restaurant experience I've had as I don't usually mind waiting, things being wrong, etc. since I've been on the other side of the coin. Terrible service.

They are short on workers, but every one is so nice i didn't care to wait. And the food is always good. And its a great place to find unique Christmas gifts and vintage candy 🍬.

It would have been great except they didn't want to sit us together. Then we didn't get any silverware, my sister in law had to go ask. But for the most part it was good.

After first round of chicken being served so hard you couldn't even bite into it they prevailed. Best meal I've ever had there. Waitress was really nice

Very nice experience, beautiful Christmas decorations had a warm fire . Seated us server , Kylie was amazing she was training didn't seem to need, Excellent. The food was well prepared The trout was delicious wife had grilled chicken tenders 😋 overall. It was great we keep coming back ,Enjoy.

We got a table right away and the staff/servers were very friendly and nice. Our food came quickly, I loved the new iced mocha coffee, but my chicken fried steak was dry and over cooked. Without any hesitation when asked how the food was, our server said she would get it fixed for me. She replaced the whole meal so all my food was fresh. My hubs got the loaded hash browns and really enjoyed it. And then spent entirely too much money on the gift shop, but that's on me😁 would definitely recommend if you want comfort food and quality service.

We came from out of town for baton contest, and after a long two days we needed a big meal a real big meal not just some junk food at the contest, and I can’t think so enough for dealing with all of us. I don’t quite remember her name but she was amazing, some of us showed up a little late and she took still with a smile!

Love the food and the atmosphere! Service is always on it. The gift shop is one of my favorite things about the restaurant. My go to dish is the southern fried chicken, always cooked to perfection and the sides are amazing as always. One of the best comfort food chains!

CONSISTANTLY on to go orders something is missing. I should’ve known better but when the guy bringing the food from the back confirms that the syrups are in the bag I trusted him… then I drive 15 minutes home to find out that there’s no syrup for the pancakes, or the French toast sticks, nor gravy for my chicken fried chicken. Y’all need a better process on your to go orders.

These guys were absolutely amazing considering they are always packed. So that's the thing about this place they are always full of customers. So if you don't mind the weight definitely worth it. The only thing is that it definitely feels rushed. We went there for mother's Day early. And it was fantastic we only had to wait about 40 minutes. Which honestly I expected, it's mother's day. But even when we got in and by the time we ordered which wasn't too bad at all, by the time we got our food the ticket came right away. So I know they're trying to make the best of all the tables, so i understand. I had ordered something incorrectly and was going to place an additional order to my order but the ticket was already at the table before I could make a new order plus I felt so rushed. Sometimes you just want to be comfortable and eat but this was definitely not the day lol. And with the ticket already there I decided to just eat what I ordered and go. Overall it was great ambience definitely loud, but it's cool to have the country store there and the food is delicious. Our waitress was awesome very sweet and very quick. Overall the staff and the well-oiled machine to run this place is wonderful. But if you just want a relax and eat... no rush... This definitely would not be the place. There's high anxiety with the manager and the staff running around. I would definitely eat here again given the chance and i no now to ask better questions when looking at the menu. This was my third time ever at a cracker barrel. Definitely the first time at this one.

Enjoyed a birthday breakfast for my husband bright and early this morning. Service was friendly and fast, and the food was excellent as always. This was both our first time eating breakfast here and we were not disappointed by any means. My new favorite pancakes in the world! 😋

Great place to go after working with friends on night shift and looking for some good breakfast. The food quality is not the best in the mornings, as I noticed the biscuits were frozen from yesterday and heated that morning. Funny enough, I used to do this at Bojangles many years past. In town for a horse show chose cracker barrel because it's our favorite because they are are usually fantastic, but not this time. Got a Togo order, ordering was fine front of house Staff were great, the food was inedible. I have never not eaten my cracker barrel food, chicken tenders were soaked in grease and some were undercooked. Mashed potatoes were flavorless. Cornbread tasted like grease.

Sunday Chicken fried Chicken tasted like it was frozen food that had been thawed and heated in the microwave. It was always so good in the past. I would give zero stars for the chicken. The waitress was awesome (Jordan).

I so badly hate to do this but upset is an understatement. I love Cracker Barrel. I always have. I’ve always chosen it as my birthday dinner go to. I love the food and the atmosphere. Only recently, ever since I’ve been pregnant, have I been ordering it online, which has been a lot because it has been a huge craving. Every single delivery the food has been wrong either leaving something out or not getting the food right. Last time we did delivery my husband didn’t get his biscuits and gravy, which is what he was most excited for. We have let Cracker Barrel know and all they did was apologize. Which is fine and we just shrug it off. Today we decided to order again and I noticed they had broccoli and cheese casserole as a side and got so excited. I ordered it and when it go to our house it was missing the one thing I wanted most, the casserole. We looked at the receipt and they had circled the casserole and wrote next to it “don’t have”. They didn’t call or ask what we wanted to substitute it with. I even paid extra because it’s considered a premium side. They just left it out and didn’t give me a side at all. I never leave bad reviews even when I’ve had rough experiences, but I’m not happy.

Over a 30 min wait for 3 person order. After given water no other contact made by waitstaff…. We usually love crackle barrels cause we can get in and out in less then a hr which helps on long drives. But spending over a hr half makes a long drive home really long. Would be nice if they are short stars to at least give biscuits while waiting for food or something. Food was great just not the quick and friendly service we are use too.

Tried the new glitter drink! So good! The hostess also took the time to make my 4 girls origami birds and boats. They really had a blast. Our waiter was friendly and quick.

I eat at this Cracker Barrel a few times every year. Service is usually really good here with friendly staff. I did end up going here for Thanksgiving and the food was great, service timely and overall experience was pleasant.

Server argued with me about what I wanted to eat and ended up ordering a XL plate of Chicken and Dumplings with 3 large pieces of chicken, Side of Dumplings and mashed potatoes. Because he said I couldn't get the 3-4 small side sampler platter I always get. He took the menu out of my hand and flipped it and told me this is what he is ordering. Which I knew there was no way I could eat all that. Food was good and had enough left over for 2 days. Maybe he needs a refresher course on menu and service of guests eating here.

The food was really really good. We both had breakfast tacos and they were awesome. The drinks were over 3$ a piece which was kind of steep. And the service was kind of.. rushed. Really rushed. Despite load of open tables. Everyone else was nice and the decor was cute. We'll be back.

Great food the wait to get seated was only 10 mins the food was well worth the wait and they have lots of goodies to look at while you wait.The service was good as well.

Was very disappointed limited menu for one which I understand but for the limited menu they should have better sandwich options. They used to have a chicken salad sandwich and it was not on the menu again I had was barbecue with bacon and had cheddar cheese on top very disappointed chicken was tender it just didn't have a lot of flavor it was very bland my mashed potatoes dried out on top within a few minutes. My daughter had mac and cheese chicken strips and she was very disappointed in her mac and cheese I even tasted it and it was extremely bland

We went at a slower time. Our waitress was amazing. We don’t go out to eat very often. We noticed the food is going down in quality & quantity. We love this location but have noticed a decline. Our biscuits were hard too. They were out of certain menu items and it was only 4:00pm. It was just okay this time.
