Scott is a knowledgeable, thoughtful and engaging tour guide. I would recommend the Downtown Cleveland Christmas experience to anyone and I will definitely check out the Downtown Highlights tour soon.

We moved to the Cleveland area a few years ago but haven't spent much time downtown. Scott was an excellent tour guide - so engaging and interesting. He even kept our 10, 12 and 15 year old kids interested which is no easy feat! They all said how much they enjoyed it when we were done. Cleveland has a surprisingly interesting history and beautiful architecture. Highly recommend Scott and his walking tours!

Took the Downtown Cleveland tour and loved every minute. Scott was extremely knowledgeable (especially for someone who did all his own research himself!) and engaging. Despite it being a cold day and only 1 person on the tour (me), he was very generous with his time and made sure to show me everything downtown had to offer. A great way to experience the city!

I took the fantastic Cleveland Christmas walking tour and had a blast. Scott showed us all sorts of interesting things about the city's holiday traditions, especially those originating from its department stores. We took the VIP tour and it was great! Scott was prompt, knowledgeable, and interesting. He found shade for his talks. We liked his backstories, such as the paperclip in the vault, and where the free stamp sculpture was originally intended to go. We learned about the heydays of Cleveland, important people, and sculptures. we wish Scott could give a tour of all the cities we visit!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our Downtown Public Art Walking Tour. It was a well curated mix of historic and contemporary artwork that taught us about both Cleveland and art history. Fun to learn about pieces that you have passed many times and never stopped to fully consider. Nice pace, with scheduled comfort and water breaks. We are hoping to be able to do a Halloween tour later this year!

My friend and I participated on the Tale of Terror walking tour on October 14, 2023. Scott was animated, engaging and shared his wealth of knowledge of Cleveland's history. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be signing up for more tours! Thanks Scott!

We really enjoyed the walking tour. Scott was friendly and informative and we learnt so many interesting things about the history of Cleveland. It was raining the day we did the tour, but Scott made sure to find lots of covered areas, so it didn't really affect our experience at all. I hope we can come back one day to do one of his other tours!

Of the several city and architecture tours I've taken in other American cities over the last few years, the tours my dad and I took today (Downtown Highlights and Cleveland from the Inside) were the best of the bunch. This is my second tour and I highly recommend going on a tour here, whether you are a Cleveland local or visiting from out of town! Scott is an amazing host and very knowledgable. We did the downtown history walking tour with Scott and it was fabulous, as well as a terrific value. Scott is extremely knowledgeable yet totally down to earth and easy to get along with. He does a great job of sticking to the agenda and hitting all the highlights while weaving in little tweaks and customizations to make the tour special just for you. It wasn’t exactly warm in Cleveland on the January afternoon but Scott shuffle things around so we got plenty of warm-up moments and a nice little hot chocolate break. We have done many walking tours and this was one of the best guys we’ve ever had the privilege of spending time with! Book Scott, he’ll be glad you did, whether you’ve never been to Cleveland before I have lived here all your life!

Toured earlier this year in May 2022 with Scott, who is both an owner of the company and personally leads tours. Even though it was raining, Scott altered the tour to keep us dry while hitting all the landmarks. I learned a lot about Cleveland and its complicated history from the early days to Rockefeller and Elliot Ness to the modern era. I would highly recommend for anyone new to the area or visitors, and especially those that enjoy history and architecture.

I really enjoyed the Downtown Highlights walking tour with Scott. I try to take a similar type of walking tour in every city that I visit, and this tour was one of the best I've ever taken. Scott was extremely knowledgeable about Cleveland's history, showed us the most interesting buildings located downtown, and had a ton of fun facts that made the tour fun and entertaining. This tour is well worth the price of admission, and I would recommend it to any people visiting Cleveland for the first time.

My tour was excellent! Scott is a great guide! My tour provided a really interesting, informative, and colorful introduction to Cleveland history, architecture, art, and culture. Scott injects his own interests, personality, and humor into the tour, but also asked about my own interests and pointed out related highlights on the tour. Scott was a super guy in addition to being a great tour guide! He really shared how great of a city Cleveland is and it's great history. Even though due to COVID we were a very small group and keeping to the safety guidelines, Scott made time to do the tour that day while none was planned! We also got to have a more private tour with the few people we had! Thankfully the weather was great for a walking tour and highly recommend such a tour for downtown! I especially liked all the history of the city that Scott tied in well with so many of the buildings downtown. I'm an engineer in construction so very much enjoyed the buildings! I thoroughly loved the biggest Arcade we visited, amazing! Was very cool also to hear that so many Marvel movie scenes were shot in the same places we were walking!

I never knew how little I knew about Cleveland even though I grew up in Northeast Ohio. The tour was FANTASTIC!! My wife and I loved it. Our guide was fun and engaging. I was surprised that it had already been two hours when the tour ended. I highly recommend this tour whether you are just visiting or from the area like me.
