I have been to a few threading salons across NYC. This isn't the best experience; I experience more pain here than any other threading salon. However, convenience and price are good value for me. Recently, they actually pinched my skin so hard they cut the skin between my eye and eyebrow so that scab will take a while to heal. Disappointing and painful. That being said, I'll be coming back and asking them to be more careful or maybe identify my preferred technicians.

The salon is very simple and basic but it does not matter because this is the most affordable wax that isn’t going to cause unnecessary pain or weird skin problems after. They are very quick and respectful and sometimes give me a discount for coming in often. Tip these ladies well !!! I can’t speak on the eyebrow threading since I don’t do that, but this place is always full of people getting their brows done so they clearly have fans.

I normally came here for eyebrows threading and was satisfied, until today, one of women was very rude and it seems that she didn’t want to do her job at all, very unprofessional, disappointed. I gave her 0 tips, she should be trained again. Would never come back again.

I love coming here. I’m always provided the best customer service and they never usually have to wait. Wax is easy and fast with Dima. She makes me feel so comfortable because of her kindness. The prices are also very great!! Definitely recommend this place ❤️ Once you come here you won’t need to go anywhere else.

I get my brows threaded here, and I always ask for Sam. She's talented and very kind. I also appreciate that they offer a deal for brows ($21 for 5 brow visits) and a free brow service after the 9th visit. I only wish they would take appointments for brows. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait, esp Fri-Sun.

With no exaggeration, the best eyebrow threading experience I’ve ever had in my life: completely painless. The salon was clean and well decorated, the staff welcoming and the specialist who did my eyebrows, Rahat, was absolutely lovely and did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely be back, and highly recommend them!

I’ve been going to Queens Beauty Parlor for several years. I’ve been to their Greenpoint and Astoria locations. Both are clean, professional, and everyone that works there is kind. They have a pretty good deal for eyebrow packages if you’re going to a regular.
