Absolutely love the staff here, I bring all my family here - highly recommend. The place is always so clean , staff is so friendly and so understanding when it comes to health issues. The providers are so wonderful and I always feel heard when it comes to my issues. Never feel judged or disrespected. Always come here when I’m in a pinch to get into my family doctor. Thank you for always getting me in and being seen in a timely matter.

This is my first experience at an urgent care facility in Michigan. I really needed to be seen, and was dreading having to wait until Monday to be treated. I didn't even know if an urgent Care would be open. I was so happy to find one that was... At almost 8:00 on a Saturday evening yet! The large waiting room is very clean. All the ladies from the front desk, to triage, and the clinician were so friendly and professional. I got exemplary care, and I'm pleased to know that I have a place to come to when my family doctor isn't available or, the need is urgent. Thank you much, you are a blessing!❤️

Wait times are crazy long for the amount of people waiting in the lobby vs the amount of employees they have. And you’re waiting just as long when they finally take you back. It wasn’t like this before. I’ve never had to wait an hour and a half too two hours at an urgent are. Staff was nice and thee clinic was clean. My only complaint is the excessive wait times.

Came here because I'm between jobs with no insurance. $100 co-pay, so relatively affordable for most people. I had what I thought to be a sinus infection, but turns out to be just severe allergies that clogged my eustachian tubes creating extremely uncomfortable pressure in my ears. Quite a few people were in front of me, but I was seen within an hour. Very helpful, pleasant, and kind staff. The doc was especially helpful... giving helpful advice, a script, and a pleasant experience. *From my understanding, some tests/meds are additional fees, but if you're in a financial situation or are in a less than ideal living situation, they wave fees. Check though, because you may or may not be eligible.

As much as I wanted to go straight home, I stopped after a long sick day at work. All staff were very kind, courteous and thorough. They listened to me like they really cared, asked me if I had any questions or concerns and best of all I was in and out in probably 45 minutes 💕 I look forward to feeling better soon, thanks to you all.

Everything was great except trying to get my prescription filled. I was given two prescriptions. CVS only received one of them. I called the urgent care and they sent it a second time. CVS still didn’t receive it. CVS said they could call it in. So I called them and they said they sent it twice they didn’t need to call it in. Hours later still no prescription, I called back and the next last was really helpful. It said their system said there was an error and that they would call it in for me.

I walked in and was greeted right away. Checked in and was seen by the doctor within 10 to 15 minutes. The doctor explained everything very well and I was out of there in less than half an hour.. that’s what I call it Service

Check-in was fast and easy. I think it helped that I had been there before too. They called me back right away, and quickly got me fixed up and moving on with my day.

great experience polite and professional,,, removed wax from my ear.. I walked deaf and walked hearing, Much better than any other Urgent Care experience!! A++

From intake to speaking with the doctor, it was a great experience. They were so pleasant and great to talk to and helped ease my discomfort. Thanks for such great care!

I called the center to make an appointment for my 7 year old little princess, they sent me to another urgent CARE. When I arrived I told them I don't have a health insurance card. she reacted as if I was the only person who came to her who did not have an insurance card so we left for this urgent CARE. This place that welcomes everyone, with a health insurance card or not, in the end I paid with cash.The lady at reception was really professional the doctor was patient end attentive! Thanks guys may God bless you
