    Never visit this place at night. Childish people working over there. First thing, the line is so long that a lot of cars leave. Second thing, you could spend half an hour waiting for them to answer at the drive thru . Third , and it happened to me, I got a big order but no ketchup (I asked for it), another time I got no napkins. Yesterday I asked for 1 large Fanta and 2 large iced teas. She gave me 3 large fantas, one looked normal and the 2 others looked watered, I told her I wanted 2 iced teas not 3 fantas, she said that’s what it is, when I left and tasted them , that was 3 fantas. Now, who do I have to talk to? Nobody cares and I don’t know even what was in those drinks. The thing is that there’s 2 other McDonald’s in the area but one of them is closed and the other don’t take customers orders but only mobile orders. I spent almost 2 hours between waiting in line and leaving to the other 2 McDonald’s then returning to this one just because my kids love McDonald’s. Very bad business and I guess people already complained but nothing changed. Reason why I started taking my kids to Burger King, Taco Bell and other food stores.

    I'm so surprised this location is still open. Their milkshake machine never works. Employees seem disappointed their working. I pay for cheese and don't get it. Sandwiches look thrown together. They are always making you wait through the drive-thru and act like it's your fault for waiting. SMH

    I always avoided this location because of the poor reviews on here but recently started to give it a shot. Been here 4 times so far and have had nothing but good experiences. Nice staff and good food/service.

    I ordered my breakfast at 10:30 got to the location at 10:40 where they took 20 minutes to try to find and process my order and then told me to come inside. When I went inside my order was canceled and they said I cannot order breakfast because it was now after 11AM. When I asked to speak to the manager no one acknowledged me. The manager who was making a coffee turned to me and said we don't serve breakfast after 11. When I explained that they cancelled my order he said. "You can cancel it if you want but we can't." I let him know that they already cancelled it and I wanted what I ordered when breakfast was being sold. He repeated homself then ignored me. No one else responded to me. They all acted as if I was not there. I was not rude I remained calm.

    Scraping the bottom of the barrel with employees I see. Why would you put the guy who doesn't understand English in charge of taking orders through the drive thru. I spent an extra 5 minutes fixing the order. The food sucks and is overpriced

    The absolute worst service in Columbus. The heavyset manager working right now. Needs to be fired....I've been to every location in Columbus. She's forgetful, unorganized, and rude about it. Can't wait to call corporate in the morning.

    We pulled in the drive thru and the lady said hi thank you for choosing McDonald’s…. We told her what we wanted and didn’t hear anything back and we sat there and watched two more cars go in front of us in the next lane. Then after I said hello a bunch she finally tried to take my order again but I couldn’t get the deal because it was app only and can only be used once a day. The one on 17th is much better.

    I really don't like that this store has a kiosk where you have to order your food. Other than that things were OK.
