Came here with high expectations since the reviews where good. Place is clean and vibe is good, they have their own oven. The reason for low ratings are: we ordered a starter which they totally forgot to bring. The lasagna was OK, greasy though. Sicilian pizza was good. The other plate was Alfredo pasta with mushroom and chicken. Chicken was burned and ruined the taste totally. You could argue why we didn't ask the food to be changed or where is the starter, but we didn't see our waitress till when we asked for boxes and bill. What's more, I got sick from the food the night after. Overall, I think I won't come back here , but if you like Italian vibe and pizza, might be a good one.

The location is not far from the campus, so I came here several times. The food tastes great with a large portion and lovely atmosphere. Fortunately, there is a wonderful lunch menu $20 for two people and dinner menu $30 for two people now. Customers can pick two of starters and entrees which includes their signature Alfredo and red sauce of pasta.

Nicely decorated inside and out. The interior was bright and comfortable. Our waiter was prompt, attentive, and pleasant. The table was roomy enough for six people. Everyone’s meal was tasty. Flavor of the chicken marsala sauce was rich and flavorful. Not a drop left on the plate. The chicken was tender and the mashed potatoes tasted homemade.

We visited for dinner on a Friday night. Our server was great, very personable and knowledgeable. She handled every request like a pro. The menu was good, lots of choices. The appetizer I ate was great, ravioli with Alfredo and Sauce. My meal was very good, the sausage tortellini. It had a nice spicy flavor to it. I had cheesecake for desert, it was soft and tasty. My only concern was it took quite a bit of time for our meals to come out. That being said, I'd visit here again!

Bravo has always been my favorite Italian restaurant. I’ve eaten at many across the US and it never fails. Today I took my fiancΓ© since she’s never been, and she loved it! We will continue to eat at bravos as our special getaway.

Drive past this place often, and tell myself I should stop in sometime. Was shopping in Lennox Town Center, and said why not. I dine fairly earlier than usual, but Bravo! was serving dinner. Quite the change from when it was a Mexican restaurant, but the decor is very Mediterranean. I ordered the Pasta Bravo! with a side Cesar Salad, and a glass of white wine. There was supposed to be bread with my meal, but it was still in the oven, when they brought out my entree. The bread eventually showed up while I was halfway finished with the salad. Other than that, service was prompt and I was treated appropriately. In many ways they were better than Olive Garden, especially with a more relaxed dining experience.

I really liked the place and food. But a little disappointed with the presentation of my Margherita drink although It tasted good but it was not in a traditional Margherita glass. For $14.00 you would think it would not look like a whiskey or bourbon drink. But otherwise the place was nice

Super cute and authentic restaurant! We came with a large group and were provided the upstairs area. Service was very slow but somewhat expected with a group of our size. Food was good too, portions are very large.

Food was alright. Lovely sized portions. Beautiful plating. The server definitely needed training in balancing the demands of the job. I won't go into detail other than we were thirsty and she kept walking past without leaving water pitcher. I think she tried as best as she was trained. She was nice and pleasant, despite multitasking issues. I get the lack of employees may overstretch some and make it hard to properly train. Nice location and it's conveniently placed within a plaza so easy to find.

My friend and I stopped at Bravo in the afternoon. It was not crowded so it was still quiet with elegant dining. We needed/wanted a nice quiet setting for talking and Bravo was excellent. The bread that is brought to the table is delicious and the "oil" that accompanies it is unique and delicious. We shared a pizza which was excellent. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. He slipped in a fresh coke without the need to request it. Unfortunately a family of 5 were seated at the booth next to us. They had 3 very small children who were seated together across from the parents. The children were very noisy with seldom a comment from the parents. Even though we were about half way through our meal we should have requested a move to another table. Our waiter was very understanding about the situation. We tipped him very well that day! We will certainly return to Bravo!

Enjoyed dinner with family at 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐨! on a Friday evening. Due to the 30min waiting time, we dined at the bar area which has full service. We ordered a couple of caesar salads πŸ₯—, grilled salmon, chicken fra diavolo and shrimp 🦐 chicken Alfredo. We enjoyed our meals A LOT. great place for dessert as well.

My food was delicious. Good service and not too crowded. Staff is still wearing masks. My salad took up the whole plate. Two large pieces of chicken. (Pic is the amount I took home.)

Very cute restaurant, family friendly. The ravioli appetizer was crispy. The chicken Caesar Salad was tasty. Cute dinner spot for a date or family

This was by far the best restaurant experience I've ever had! My wife and I went in for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our server Rikki was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive to our needs. The food was prepared perfectly and was delicious. The general manager even stopped over to congratulate us and he even bought us flowers. He might of been the nicest guy I ever met. I never give reviews about restaurants but our experience was so amazing and memorable that I felt compelled to let people know. Thanks to everyone at Bravo Italian kitchen

The service and meal were outstanding when I came for my birthday dinner. Jessica P. was an amazing server and made sure we were well taken care of during our visit. In addition, the food and atmosphere was great! We will definitely be coming back.

We had an amazing time at the bar tonight! Our bartender, Lauren W, was a great conversationalist and very attentive. The food was also amazing, especially the peach flatbread. We will definitely be back soon!

Kind and excellent service but food was just average. Shrimp Fra Diavolo looked nice but had no flavor. The bread and oil was delicious though and the happy hour wine was yummy!

Go to place for Italian. Food has always been prepared well. Service is beyond great for me! I have an egg allergy and had a waiter who went above and beyond to ensure no cross contamination would occur and I appreciate that man so much! Great guy. The atmosphere is lovely for both fancy dining but also a casual experience. All n all this is one of my favorite places to go. 10/10

This was my first time going to Bravo! And basically it was just ok, it was good but also not good. I like the look of the place the dining room is definitely a cool place to eat. ! I ordered the dinner portion chicken parmasean and I'll say this the chicken itself WAS better then olive garden however the fettuccine noodles and Alfredo Sauce definitely were NOT as good as olive garden. Also if you look at the picture of my plate of food it kinda maybe looks like it coulda sat in the window to long waiting on our server or someone to brint it out. It has that slightly glazed over look to it. the noodles were firm but not under cooked, more like a little bit old maybe. Our waitress wasn't unprofessional or anything she just seemed to be in a big hurry. it was a Wednesday early evening! around 6pm, although it didn't seem that busy plenty of empty tables and seats. all in all tho, I'll try it again at some point in the future. give em another shot.

We've been there twice recently and I ordered Chicken Marsala both times. The first time was perfection - everything was delicious. I ordered it again the next time we visited and while it looked great, it was definitely not perfection. Somehow the chicken tasted burnt without actually looking burnt, and the green beans were stringy and woody. I was so disappointed. Inconsistency is one reason I sometimes don't go to restaurants a third time, especially these days with the cost of eating out being so high. I'm willing to pay the prices but please deliver quality food consistently. Not sure if I'll give it another go.

Came to Bravo and everything was amazing! Our server, Ryan, was very nice and quick. The food was amazing! The crispy cheese ravioli was gone before I had the pleasure of taking a picture. The manager, TJ, was very nice and came to check up on the tables when he had free time. The chicken scallopini was a very well rounded dish that left me craving more.

We were seated quickly, but it took quite a long time for anyone to attend our table so we could even get some water. When we finally got to order, our food was brought to us fairly quickly. Unfortunately the quality of the food was questionable; my Alfredo was fairly good but expensive, and they overcooked the pasta a bit such that it was starting to dry out and shrivel. My partner's spaghetti and meatballs were very expensive when considering that they tasted like cheap canned tomato sauce and grocery store frozen meatballs with an incredible amount of filler. The cheesecake was pretty good, don't know if it's made in-house, probably not. The only thing I specifically recall saying it was made in house on the menu was the Alfredo. It took us around 80 minutes to get in and out, almost all of which was spent wondering if a waiter was ever going to come back to our table. It was roughly 15 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we finished our main course, and maybe 10 minutes from the time we ordered dessert to the time we finished it. All of the rest of the time was just waiting and hoping someone would at least refill our water. I don't blame our server for the delay, I think they had her working like 50% of the tables while there were like 4 other servers working maybe 1 table each.

My server was running around like a kid with adhd. We ordered salads and never received our salads. My pasta was not prepared correctly and had to be returned to the kitchen twice. I just ordered a different entree. He was like a chicken with his head cut off. Terrible service. Not returning.

After years of eating at Bravo, I will never eat here again. With inflation devastating our country right now the last thing we need is to be overcharged for lesser quality. My Husband and I ordered take out tonight. I had the lasagna(19.99), which I always order and he had the Pasta Bravo(17.99). Firstly the Pasta Bravo comes with chicken but there was only three little pieces of cut up chicken in the whole dish. Why would it cost 18 dollars for a bland bowl of pasta? Second I don't know who is making the lasagna but they should be Fired. It was the most hideous and disgusting lasagna I have ever tried. There were only two layers of soggy noodles stuck together on the bottom with nothing in between the noodles, so basically one layer of noodles. Then the hamburger sauce was thrown on top of the noodles and then coverd with an extrem amount of cheese. You cannot call that garbage lasagna. It was a bowl of meat sauce and cheese for 20 dollars. It was disgusting and thrown into the trash. Save your money people and make your own food. At least you'll only have yourself to blame if the food is not to your satisfaction. Bravo Shame on You

We visited on a busy Saturday evening but were quickly sat due to our reservation. The waitstaff was very friendly and kind during our visit. I was happy with the extensive menu and was extremely pleased with the dishes we chose. Most importantly, you can’t forget about the amazing complementary bread!!

Dined in for dinner. Ordered chicken Marsala. The service was nothing to write home about. We had to ask for cutlery and flag our server down for to go boxes and such. The food was alright. The best part of the experience was the complimentary bread.

Stopped in for dinner and was told that it would be a 1-1.5 hour wait for the dining room, but if we wanted to eat at the bar or outside, there was a wait of 10-15 minutes. We said that we would be happy to eat outside. The man at the desk asked for a name and phone number and would text when our table became available. That was yesterday and we still haven't received a text. The Bob Evans down the street was lovely, however.

Great spot to get some pasta & carbs after my competition at the Arnold! Our server was very patient with my family and their shenanigans, he did better than I would’ve πŸ˜‚ really good food! The meatballs & the pasta woozie hit the 🎯🍝 πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½

We arrived pretty late but we're shown to a table kindly. The food was excellent except the basil on the caprese salad was the smallest leaves on the plant. We were bummed the special was sold out too but thst could be due to our timing. My stars should be 4.8 😁

Came here after calling ahead of time to make sure service won't be an issue. They told us that there is no wait and they aren't busy which was the truth. Yet, despite that it took them 15 minutes to get us a table and once there, no one showed up to offer even water or drinks for another 20. One of the servers who I assume was supposed to tend to the outside tables was busy socializing with 1 table for over 10 minutes. Truly one of the worst restaurant experiences.

Great service. I arrived later than the rest of my group and the manager already knew where my two friends were sitting as soon as I said my name. He was very attentive and made sure to check on us a couple times throughout our meal. Our server was efficient and kind, as well. Yummy food as well. I got the pasta bravo and it was delicious. I recommend the gelato for dessert. Very rich and creamy.

Food was pretty average. Enjoyed the pizza but calamari appetizer was pretty underwhelming. Atmosphere was good overall. Probably wouldn’t come back.
