I have been coming to Pho for several years, probably at least once a week before the pandemic, and I still try to get there at least once a week since. But I have to say I was disappointed in my food tonight. I know prices are going up but do you have to limit the amount of food served even after raising the price? My dish was less then half filled. Not at all like it has been in the past.

I was having a meal when the server spilled a large amount of noodle soup on my coat, which I had placed on a chair. Neither the server nor the manager offered an apology. Initially, the server outright denied causing the spill, insisting that my coat must have fallen and soaked up the soup itself. When confronted with the splash marks that obviously suggested otherwise, she just kept offering to spray it with detergent, saying things like, 'It'll be invisible once it dries' and 'Let me wash it for you.' How can a stain from soup, which is not just pure water but contains various seasonings, simply disappear after drying? And her offering to wash it? With the same hands that almost dipping into the soup when serving food? SOS The manager's sarcastic comments about my lululemon coat were unbelievable: 'I've bought many lululemons; they're washable. Haven't you ever washed this coat? No big deal, I thought it was super expensive. We can wash even a few hundred-dollar clothes. If not, we'll compensate you for it.' Yet, there was no attempt to actually compensate. Firstly, this coat is a discontinued model. Secondly, lululemon's technical fabric is synthetic, and I never intended to wash it – I'd simply wear a new one if it got dirty. This was a brand new coat! Just because it's not an even more expensive brand, does that give them the right to stain it without any repercussions? Do they even realize that it's my personal belonging, my property? Ruining it and then refusing even apologize – do they have any sense of decency or responsibility at all? Also, they offered free drinks as a promotion when business was slow, clearly as a tactic to attract customers. But once their business picked up, their attitude changed. They seemed reluctant to continue the offer, yet didn't want to lose face by stopping it. So, they begrudgingly provided the drinks, but not without making snide remarks implying that the customers couldn't afford to buy their own beverages. If I ever visit this restaurant again, it would be a blemish on my life.

This place is AMAZING! There's so much overall value! First of all, the food is gourmet...it really is. Get the duck, you'll see. Every entree is a complete meal unto itself. You get a side of raw herbs and veggies (example: sprouts & cilantro). The way they blend the flavors is masterful - & the portions are generous - while also, easy on the wallet.

Ordered from here a second time to give this restaurant a chance but unfortunately I was disappointed again. The first time I ordered a vermicelli salad and it was great except the fish sauce that was served with it. I thought maybe they used a different brand I’d never heard of and ate just a little because the smell was pretty intense. The sauce was spoiled and disgusting. I ended up vomiting my whole meal and sick for the next few days. I always get extra fish sauce when I go out to eat for the last 10+ years so I’m confident I know what safe sauce is. I reordered another meal from this restaurant today and was disappointed once again. There was hair in my noodles and the snow peas were covered in black spots and bok choy tasted really strange. I have a feeling good is not managed well at this restaurant and health requirements aren’t followed. I’d reconsider eating here if I were you.

I have vietnamese family and im not from ohio so finding a place that serves food that reminds me of family is difficult. Im obsessed with their pho, duck, and eager to try their fried rice. I found them during the pandemic so i wish i can have a better dine in experience but im still very happy about this place. i actively recommend this place and hype it up any time i tell me friends about this place. i love the food here!!!

This was my green curry chicken. Never left a review for a restaurant before but felt the need to share this one…

Few things hit the spot on a frigid January evening like a warm, hearty bowl of pho. And here, at Pho Asian Noodle House, I was treated to one of the better helpings of pho I’ve had recently. Their pho broth is packed with flavor and is everything that good pho broth should be. All at once, it’s sweet, spicy, savory and rich, while at the same time serving as a proper backdrop for the meat, noodles and various herbal accompaniments. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered my 31/2-year-old son a side of fried rice, and he said, “This is the best food I’ve ever had in my whole life.”

Found online as highly recommended location for authentic food. Very, very clean. Wait staff was patient and helpful with newbies. Food was amazing, fresh, flavorful and healthy. Egg rolls are fantastic! Place was full of locals so must be good!

I was really underwhelmed. Considering this place has Pho in its name, I was expecting the pho to be really good. It was just okay. It has no vegetables in it other than the standard bean sprouts, cilantro and peppers that are always served with pho. The broth was bland and so I was disappointed. The environment was not very nice and the staff although pleasant enough did not seem interested in their patrons. If you are craving Vietnamese, I would NOT recommend this place.

This was quite possibly one of the most delicious meals which I have ever consumed! I highly recommend getting "Pho" from this establishment. Attached are pictures of my beautiful friends, as you can tell they are over the moon, satisfied customers. We even brought the hot and sour soup to our ill-stricken friend and he has recovered miraculously by the grace of Pho Asian Noodle House & Grill!

The pho lacked, in every single aspect. Dined in and they don’t even have proper utensils to give you. They put the bean sprouts and lime in the cap of a container. Don’t waste your time if you are coming in for pho. Truly not worth the money that you pay.

Ordered from Uber Eats last night. In summary, it was not very good. The pho had no flavor and was packaged in a styrofoam container that was wrapped in a paper bag. Needless to say, the first order ended up on my kitchen floor as the pho leaked everywhere. The entire meal was poor. There are much better options in Columbus.

Disappointed with the pad thai. While it was a nice big portion, the "spicy. hot and spicy" label is not correct and the dish lacks enough sauce to make the noodles not dry. Added shrimp which made the dish taste very fishy. Overall, not the caliber I expected. Service was quick and efficient.

Ordered $30 worth of food on grub hub and I totally wasted my money. Soup was horrible , spring rolls uneatable, and the chicken curry was neon green and had 3 pcs of chicken in it. The place is inexpensive and I see why.

The food is good. The customer service is horrible. I'm a chef and have experience running kitchens, both front and back of the house. When a customer has a valid complaint, my job is to rectify it and make sure the customer is happy as a means to keep customer satisfaction at a high, and to retain those repeat and loyal customers. Not so here! They don't care at all. You're just a number,"somebody else will buy " is the attitude I received here.

Me and my significant other love this place. It's very unassuming, very authentic, and very good. The prices are probably the most reasonable I've seen in Cbus. It's no frills, but the food is always hot and delicious.

While I love their food, it isn't guaranteed you will ever get it. Twice in a row I completed the online order only to wait 25 minutes to be notified they flat out canceled your order. No reason provided. When I attempted to call, it went to voicemail with a full mailbox. Truly frustrating and disappointing.

The meat in pho tasted little tough and noodle tasted fine. The roasted duck was tasty but did not match up with the rice and vegetables. Recommended tomato egg beef and pho.

Small restaurant. Barely any sitting. They pulled tables together for my party. Not inviting, looks out of business. Most orders are carry out. Not very clean. Descent food. Great price. Operates on a budget mind set. You have to use everything plastic which sucks if you get the pho. It’s in a small bowl and the plastic spoon and fork bends when you put them in the hot broth. Pho was not bad.

First time eating here and got some of the worst food poisoning I've had in years. Recommend avoiding unless you want to learn new sounds that can come from your body while you're violently ill.

This restaurant has the dubious distinction of being the worst carry out my dad and I have ever had, and my dad is from New Jersey. We didn't get what we ordered, which would have been ok if what we got had been any good. Does Pho usually look like they hacked up a rotisserie chicken and tossed it in, bones and all? Because that's what I got. Didn't get the egg roll and Dad got some kind of dry strips of beef instead of General Tso chicken. If this food had at least been good, I'd have rated it better. But my dad and I were waiting for my brother to get out of cancer surgery, and decided to give these guys a try. Never again.

The meat in the Pho Dac Biet was tough, overdone, and dry, though the veggies were fresh and the broth tasty. I drank the broth, ate the veggies, and saved the beef for my dogs who found it more palatable. The Vietnamese rolls were fresh, but lacked much in the way of tasty filling. Ninety-five percent rice noodles and a tiny scoop of overcooked chicken with a single leaf of greenery was not at all what I expected. I have a takeaway order of Tom Kha soup for later, but it's a very dark, runny brown. It smells like coconut, but the relatively clear broth suggests there is not much in the mix. Service was excellent. Prices are higher than the menu that accompanies this restaurant's review.
