The buisness owner is extremely rude. He harrassed me for asking for a dollar back because his washers didnt work. I would've accepted a simple no and an apology but he proceeded to yell at me and when I told him not to talk to me any kind of way he yelled at me more and took pictures of me even while I was getti ng my laundry and was going to leave. He then proceeded to tell other consumers his version of events by calling me names. Not once did I threaten him or even lay a hand on him, in fact I stood a way from him at least 3 feet away. Hes a poor buisness owner who acts like a child, I wouldnt go there again and if you want to be scammed by a man who preys on poor African people then be my guest.

The worst owner! Run away from this place! He is beyond rude!!! He yelled and started to video camera a lady who was using the dryer correctly, he got upset and became disrespectful! Who yells at customers? Please avoid this place even thou it’s free dryer it’s not worth the headache!

Has a lot of washers and dryers, free dryers. Good on weekdays. Crowded on weekends. Coin changer on site. BUT a rude guy runs the place. Avoid the guy and you will have a great experience.

Pretty rude employees. Why do they keep such unpleasant people on staff. I used to go here, then I found the wonderful, clean, less expensive SC Wash and Tan on rt 161. Since this is closer, I tried them again. Same old thing: rude employees. Probably never try it again.

It was closed today but any other time I have an amazing experience there. There r always washer an dryers available

in this laundry shop, the Chinese guy maybe is the Owner so RUDE!! is so rude when I ask for help because something stocked my machine they don't help perhaps he does not Accomplish I don't understand if hesitate or he does not do it . you a boastful Sir!!

Rude employees but hey if I worked here I'd probably be pretty gruff too.

Rude employee. Tried to charge me $5 to use the dryer even though it's advertised as free. When asked if I could pay with card he told me he only accepts cash. He grabbed my clothes out the dryer to put them back in my basket before I grabbed them from him and told him not to touch my clothes. Not sure if dryer prices changed or I was being targeted. I had to grab all my wet clothes and leave. Horrible place. Avoid.

It’s a good place to wash and dry. You only pay to wash and the dryers are free. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because some of the washers are always out of order. But other than that it’s good and with the Infinity 99 next door, you can grab laundry detergent or other cleaning and washing supplies if you need them at an affordable price

As I do appreciate the prices of the washers and free dry offered it is in serious need of an upgrade and deep cleaning

kinda weird went up to the door to see what the prices were. the door was locked and a lady peeks through and is like who are you? im like oh im sorry is this not public and shes like “it is but where all your clothes?” i didnt even bother explaining that im not about to carry all my laundrie when i dont even know the prices and ive never been here before i was only trying them cause they are closer but im not answering 20 questions just for some clothes .

Good value for washing. Free dry staff was very nice Only problem for me was the whole place smells like mold that's why only 3 stars.

Good price for washing, dryer free 🙏 Friendly staff. Wish I could find a place closer. I live in the short north.

Employees are so Disrespectful/ rude taking your clothes out of the dryer , even when it fell he didn’t pick it up ( lost of clothes)

Its a very handy place with 2,3,4 load washers and free dry you can get a lot done in a little time
