I was blown away when I walked into Abercrombie & Fitch. I love their T-shirts a lot. This place is clean and cozy and the prices are great too. They have everything for adults and kids and their staffers are always smiling and this makes me more relax to shop more.

The clothes I bought were fabulous & fit perfectly! But, the woman who was working the front desk (she kind of looked like a manager) was so rude. I know working retail is hard and customers can be mean. But, I asked her for fitting room when she had a second, and then she threw down the clothing and ran over to the fitting rooms, didn't say anything. Took the items from the fitting room & threw them onto a cart. When I said thanks she just walked away... Then I had her as a cashier (Cashier #02195135) & she still was rude. I said thanks and have a nice day after she handed me my receipt & she still didn't say anything. I don't get working retail when you act like being nice is so hard. :(

Shopping at the Clinton outlets I decided to shop at Abercrombie. I give 2/5 starts for overall customer service, and the shop organization in general. The clothes were all unorganized and when u went to try things in there were no dressing rooms and employees to help. Going to wait in line it would be a 10-15 minute wait because there was only one cashier on the job. The rest were organizing winter clothes which was not the priority at hand. The opened the second cash register when a customer complained.

They told customers trying to enter the store 30 minutes before closing that they are closed. Seems like they try to get rid of customers instead of helping them. Fitting rooms are still closed although nobody wears a mask anymore.

The staff there is always very helpful!

I’ve always hated Abercrombie. I think they are over priced and their quality is mid at best. This time though in particular, we were yelled at about going into the same changing room, waiting in line for 30 minutes to pay while their was one person on register and 50 employees doing nothing and also I’m sure we were going to get sick from their dressing room from the amount of dirt and dust. I would rate a 0 if I could

Been looking for a shirt with a moose and found it here. so cute and in many colors. only in men's selections but still good quality

Abercrombie is a fun store to shop in now that the music is not ear splitting loud like it used to be
