New
to
the
area
so
I’ve
ordered
from
Chicago’s
Pizza
4
times,
in
the
last
three
weeks,
each
time
ordering
6-7
Large
pizzas.
The
first
time
was
great,
the
second
time
was
great,
the
third
time
I
noticed
that
it
was
significantly
more
cheese
than
the
1st
&
2nd
time
I
ordered.
Therefore,
I
made
sure
to
specifically
order
one
of
my
seven
pizzas
with
light
cheese.
Well
I
did
not
get
light
cheese,
in-fact
I
got
even
more
cheese
on
all
the
pizzas.
I
called
to
make
this
Cloverdale
location
aware
that
each
time
I
order
I’m
getting
more
&
more
cheese
but
less
toppings.
After
receiving
a
call
back
from
the
owner
she
instantly
became
rude
and
defensive.
I
explained
to
her
that
it
was
so
much
cheese
that
we
couldn’t
eat
it
and
that
I
have
4
whole
pizza
left.
“She
said
ma’am
we
measure
the
cheese
and
I
know
your
pizzas
were
perfect,
I
served
over
600
customers
yesterday
and
not
one
person
complained-
I
can’t
give
you
your
money
back!”
I
then
expressed
to
her
that
I
wasn’t
requesting
any
money
back-
I
was
simply
asking
that
they
be
remade
considering
that
each
time
I
order
my
bill
is
well
over
$100.
Just
because
no
one
else
brought
an
issue
to
your
attention
doesn’t
mean
there
were
no
issues.
There’s
ALWAYS
room
for
improvement.
The
“Owner”
would
rather
loose
a
great
customer
rather
than
make
things
right
for
the
customer.
No
one
is
perfect,
so
we
should
all
be
quick
to
listen,
slow
to
speak
and
slow
to
become
angry.
