Sierra Vista Starbucks is one of the last remaining that still have great customer service. I usually frequent non-chain coffee houses but this location is the exception. Amazing service any time of the day, all the baristas here are customer focused and they make my latte right every time!

The ambiance makes it so special !!

There are four Starbucks near our office and we all rather drive a little more but go to this one particular (Sierra Vista Starbucks) is the best. They take time to learn your name, and sometimes even what you order. Very good music, and I love that baristas are always smiling.

Ok so I used Google maps and directions but I couldn't find the building. I walked around everywhere. The building was just not there.

This was my first time trying Starbucks, as an amazing co worker gave me a gift card. I went to this Starbucks to buy a recommended drink, Caramel Frappe, & my first experience was amazing. The cashier was incredibly helpful explaining the process as I had no idea where to order or pick up. The barista that handed me my drink was nice also. I sat outside the building & enjoyed my drink until a big group of teenagers came to sit & take over the outside with skateboards & foul language. I'm 29yrs old, pretty young, but I don't like foul language or behavior. I cringe when I hear it so I left. Some of you reading this might be judging me or calling me weak & so be it. That's your opinion, as it does not affect me, just like I got mine. Aside, overall great place to sit & have a drink though.

Called to make an order over the phone. They took my order but didn't make it. I walked in and am then told their policy about phone orders. They don't take phone orders. They do however have an iPhone app that allows you to make orders via the app. Android, which covers a larger market than iPhone, doesn't have such an app of course. Long story short, I was lied to by both the manager and the person I spoke to before her who sounded suspiciously like the same person but of course denied it. At first they took my order then choose not to make it and then lie to me about it. I was in a bit of a rush because I had to catch the bus across the street from this Starbucks and thought because they are usually so nice and cherry in there they'd be more than happy to take an order over the phone but of course they won't do that because they are a bunch of untrained liars.

I go to Starbucks almost every day. This store #6602 has a really rude Asian employee when I told her my cheese cheese danish was cold she took it and gave me another one but rudely came to tell me that next time I see the line this big to ask for my danish extra toasted so it’s not cold when given to me at the window 🤯 That’s was the last time I went to Starbucks.

Busy location with lots of drink orders being made. Average wait is at least 15 minutes after you purchase your order.
