We slept well and front desk was helpful and provided a decent price. Not the cleanest or loveliest place to stay. The nice end of icky, but par. Includes a refrigerator and microwave. Eastern facing rooms get a lot of morning light. Train nearby, but didn't disturb

I had a great stay here at the Sleep Inn. However, my shower drain was plugged up and when I first took a shower, there was what I assumed to be lint or dust bunnies coming from the inside of the drain and hair. I reached out to front desk and they had someone take care of it and clean it. However, the pink and black mold were still in the shower. The room was clean, but I believe it is very important to not have mold in the shower that people use on a regular basis. I had a great experience with the staff that served the complementary breakfast.

Stay was okay. The first thing we noticed when we got out of the car was a horrible overpowering smell, but thank goodness the room didn't smell. Check-in was fast, bed comfortable, the bed had dust on the headboard, no hairdryer. The hotel is next to active railroad tracks, but tired enough we slept pretty much through it. Breakfast lady was friendly but biscuits were hard and the gravy runny.

So we reserved a room on line, when we arrived after a 4 hr drive we had to wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes before we were greeted, after that we were told that we couldn't get into are room because they didn't have anybody to clean any of them wich made us late for a wedding trying to make reservations somewhere else!!!! Would not recommend, if you do plan on staying there I would recommend calling beforehand to make sure that you will have a place to stay!!

Despite being next to a highway with boatloads of truck traffic and oh....not to mention the choo choo trains going by, it's not a bad place. A few updates are needed with the bathrooms but the bed made up for it. Hard to believe smokers were never in the room as the smell was a little billiard hall...ish, but for the price, it comes with the territory. Also the entryway underneath the canopy needs a good washing, looks like the kill floor in a slaughterhouse. But overall, good vibes.

The lady working the desk was nice, polite, and professional. She made checking in super easy. My room was immaculate. The environment was good, no loud noises or disruptions. I would definitely stay here again. They are pet friendly also.👍🏻

If you don’t mind the fire alarm going off at 3am. Train tracks next to your room, bed hard as a rock and bathroom had some mold and caulking issues. Don’t eat the breakfast cockroaches by the food. See pictures Just find another hotel on-the north end of town and stay there. Staff was friendly for the most part, breakfast nothing special go to the Java loft or blackwater for coffee and breakfast. Stayed a week and fire alarm went off 2 times in the week.

Dirty, everything was dirty. Every trash can and dumpster overflowing. They ran out of food for complimentary breakfast, my sink was leaking, I reported it, and Noone came to fix it. No phone in my room, I reported it and they never gave me a phone. Couldn't use the pool or hot tub during the day bc open hours aren't until 10 am, and I worked overnights until 6 am. So staying awake until then or longer wasn't an option. And worst of all is you can't sleep here. The hotel is right across the street from a major train depot. 24/7 around the clock every single 15 the train comes through and blows that horn relentlessly!!!! Good luck.

DO NOT STAY HERE. STEVEN THE MANGER IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND OVER ALL NOT FIT TO RUN SUCH A FACILITY. I HAVE NEVER BEEN BE SO DISCOURAGED, AND DISRESPECTED BY SOMEONE IN MY LIFE. Aside from piss poor management they didn't even serve all breakfast items. The pool is murky but the hot tub is clear? Laundry services are unavailable and not very clean. The coffee from the machine taste like the manager steven hates his guests( which he does). Over all I feel sorry for the workers and the guests to stay.

This is my third time staying here in the last year and each time it gets worse. It doesn't seem like this place is being maintained or kept up. First time I was pleasantly surprised with this place - solid 4 stars. Then I stayed about 3 months ago and there was considerably more mold in the bathrooms and my door lock had stripped screws falling out so I propped a chair behind the door for stability. This time unfortunately is even worse, with the mold basically eating through the walls in the bathroom and the door plate on the lock is completely missing, so the door can basically be opened without a key. I also unfortunately discovered used bandaids clogging the bath tub drain, which look like they've been in there a while. I would not stay here again unfortunately.
