I love the coffee here but the customer service is hit and miss. Sometimes they are super friendly and other times the amount of attitude is enough to turn me away. We ordered 3 drinks today and somehow the person thought we only ordered 1. We were asked if we only had 1 Java chip on our order and said yes, because we did only have 1 of that specific drink. Unfortunately the person thought that meant we didn’t have the smoothie or frozen hot chocolate on our order. When we corrected them they got attitude stopped being friendly, wouldn’t even look at us. I wanted my Java chip to be a granita and it isn’t. We also asked for whip on the smoothie and frozen hot chocolate and didn’t get that because they messed up. Maybe the person who takes the order should also be at the window for the payment to avoid confusion on drink orders. Just spent $20 on 3 drinks and none of them are quite right. I’ll think twice before coming back.

I was really excited that Human Bean came to Fresno. I've had their coffee in Oregon and it was good. I finally got to try the one in Fresno and I was not too fond of it. I really want to love it but it's not for me. It was way too sweet for my personal liking. I order the Caramel hazel mocha and Pumpkin snow. It was super sweet that I had asked them to remake it because I felt like I was just drinking nothing but syrup even after stirring it. I couldn't taste the coffee or the cream. The girls working that day was nice enough to remake them. I wasn't sure if they would do it but they did, which I do appreciate them doing that. But even after the second remake, it was still sweet. Although, not as bad as the first time but I still couldn't drink it. It's just not for me.

A very welcome addition to Clovis, located at Fowler and Shaw east of the Sierra Vista Mall near grocery stores and plenty of retail outlets and restaurants. Features specialized ice tea and coffee, smoothies, lattes and more. Lots of sugar-free options, too. Very friendly and informative staff. Highly recommend!

Normally, I would give this place better. But my wife has called 2 times about issues. The corporate personnel basically act like you are lucky we are in your town. 1st time was just a bad drink. The 2nd time just today was their rewards system, which didn't give her points she earned. Just very poor corporate customer service.

My wife and I started coming here not to long ago just to try it out and I have to say their coffee is pretty good. I haven't tried their food yet but that's on my to do list. in my opinion this place is much more affordable than Starbucks especially for convenience. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I recommend giving this place a try if you're looking for a change in scenery with coffee.

Went for the first time today. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Can’t wait to try more drinks. It’s my new go to place.

Love this place. Love the flavors and prices. The team members are friendly. Love the espresso bean on each drink. So much better than the competition.

Slow service today. Employees were slow and were more busy chatting with each other. My breakfast sandwich was over-cooked and crusty! Usually they’re pretty good about 3.5 to 4 stars?? Not today :-(
