I moved to Fresno from out of state and always stress about finding a good hair stylist. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Alyssa, one of the receptionists at this salon who told me she had the perfect girl that would do a great job on my blonde hair..... and boy was she right! Lindsey has done an amazing job with my hair for almost a year now. I always leave looking fabulous and enjoy my time in the chair due to her awesome personality. The salon is always clean and they are super friendly! I highly recommend anyone looking for a new stylist to let Lindsey have a shot! You won't regret it!

Receptionist here was awful. Maybe the stylists are ok? Called in (I'm a man with long hair) looking to schedule. Receptionist had to check if the stylist could cut chin length hair (Answer:yes) and fumbled the time cycling between 2:30 vs 3 vs 2. Not giving me confidence in their brand. Chin shouldn't be out of the range for a salon, So I asked why she had needed to ask (answer: stylist was new). Which is ok. Was going to book anyways, the receptionist wasn't going to be the one cutting my hair after all, and all the weirdness was coming from her. Then she fired me as a customer. ><. Politely said she wasn't going to schedule me and hung up. Now, I had been expressing my unease at her handling of things with uncertainty, heming and hawing, but not rudeness. *Shrug* It was such a bad experience I couldn't not leave this review. I'm sure the people that style are fine.

They don't teach their stylist or colorist very much because I went in I just wanted to get a simple bleach on my virgin hair it came out with completely hot roots and the bottom was completely dark. And when I called them the owner apparently doesn't actually work at the salon the owner doesn't come into the salon he's just some voicemail that the workers can get in touch with...they told me there isn't actually a manager at the salon and they would have to reach out to this nameless faceless owner over voice-mail. And what you do you know, this whoever person relayed to them that I cannot get any help

It’s a wonderful place! The staff is so friendly and my stylist did a wonderful job on my hair. He actually listened to what I wanted and was realistic with the price and what could be done to my hair. He also helped determine what would fit me best. I am coming here permanently and it is 100% worth the money.

Relaxing and a superb hair cut. I wouldn't consider going any where else. Staff is pleasant and ready to serve.

Lindsey is a true hair genius. I let her do her thing and she never disappoints.

Called for apt after calling all over town. Very pleasant cheerful professional knowledgeable. Patient & Gave much time as labor of love. So happy to find for my elderly Mom who wants razor cut… not too many do this anymore.

Elle Style Bar is a true Aveda experience. Stacey is my stylist and she is a "master" in every sense of the word. I'm already looking forward to booking my next appointment!
