absolutely Poor service!!!! I made an appointment when my husband and i were both available and off work to go sign leasing papers and give the deposit upon our arrival the manager told me "oh unfortunately that was just taken by someone else." I was like really why even set up appointments if your just going to give them away and not even bother to call and tell us, this was such a waste of my time and money I will never do business with this place again!

Worst rental experience ever. Apartment was painted and new carpet put in prior to move in, but previous tenant had been a smoker and pretty soon cigarette smoke seeped into all of our belongings. Our hair, food, furniture all reeked of smoke. Management was somewhat helpful in addressing the issue but never corrected it. We had to move out early, 4 months later due to our 2 year old getting sick from the third hand smoke. There were cockroaches in the apartment and mice in the garage. $500 of our rental deposit was unfairly kept, with claims of cleaning fees. We were overcharged for cleaning fees. Living here was a nightmare and moving out and getting only part of our deposit was a disappointment.

We moved in here just over a month ago, and let me tell you it is a complete 180 shift from the place we were before! I was so frustrated having people on top of us, being able to hear literally everything they did down to bathroom use, and wanted so badly to find a place with some peace and quiet. We have found it here! The ladies in the office are amazing, love the manager, maintenance is great, and best of all, we hear literally nothing. No street noise except people shutting their car doors (we are in and end unit so that’s normal), and we don’t have to listen to anyone else living day to day life anymore. So relieved we were able to find this place!! The layout of the apartments is extremely functional as well, which is nice because in our old apartment, we weren’t able to use our dining room since it was blocked off from everything else and having a one year old, we needed to be able to see him at all times. The living areas in this place (we are in a 2 bed 2 bath) is completely open, and feels more like a small home than an apartment to me. The second guest bathroom is very large, in fact it makes a perfect kids bathroom as well as guest bathroom. Closet space is unbelievably abundant for an apartment, and rooms are perfectly sized. We were able to fit our one year old’s crib and dresser as well as a dresser and crib for our soon to be born daughter in the smaller room, and there’s still plenty of room for the kids to play. We were also able to snag a unit with a garage and washer/dryer hookups (thank goodness!!) We will be here happily for the foreseeable future! 😊😊

Water was leaking (saturating) our carpets- from our bathroom shower to both of our room every time we showered. Bathroom was in-between our rooms. All they did was dry the carpet. They didn't send anyone to fix the issue. Manager said she would send a plummer that day. Weekend came no plummer, followed up with Management, they said they fixed it when they dried the carpet. I would just be aware, they don't care. I moved out immediately after that because of the unsafe conditions for me and my child. I had to pay the fines to get out of that apartment. It was a joke, I couldn't even let my child sleep in their room because of the leaking water smell, it was horrible. Keep looking is my recommendation. Turn on the water and let it run, make sure it is not leaking into the rooms!

Moved in the complex on February 2014. I really enjoy my apartment, clean, comfortable, and very quiet. It's close to all the shopping and short walking distance to downtown Clovis. Miranda and Veronica in the sales office have been fabulous and quick to handle any problems or concerns. I had a couple of small maintenance issues when I moved in, but they were quickly handled by the staff.

I’ve been in my apartment for a little over 7 years and couldn’t ask for a better complex to call home.

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Xochi at Providence, I feel extremely safe and taken care of, this is why I ultimately chose to live here. The staff made me feel at home from the first time I looked at the complex, Xochi has always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you work with her.

I have lived at Providence Pointe for going on 5 years and I love it here. The onsite management and maintenance are very professional and help you with all situations that may arise, if its in their power to do so. I am single and I feel safe here. I would recommend Providence Pointe to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live.
