Honest to god, when we moved in we thought this place was fantastic... a bit pricey but awesome! They have a ton of amenities and now with the NEW management, super caring individuals, who have been nice to work with... When we first got here our pg&e bill was outrageous, over $350 a month... come to find out our unit was out of freon, that took a few months to figure out and fix. Then come to find out our son’s room was invested with termites, they won’t tent... but they will spray... which takes 6 months to kill them... now here we are 4 months later our pantry is FULL OF TERMITES!!! In our food, all over our floor and can’t get the bug guy for 2 days... we have to live with them... apparently this has been an issue in this particular unit for about 6 years... We are at our wits end and said we were moving, they said we needed to continue to pay our rent until someone else fills our unit... we have 2 months left... Good luck future tenants... we feel so dirty and we got no emotional response... This place has a lot of good qualities, but this has been the icing on the cake!

We have been living here 2 years. When we first moved in we thought it was nice, overpriced but nice. Maintenance issues began immediately. Dishwasher has never worked properly, mold in trimmings in kitchen and bathrooms. Massive amounts of dust that i just can't seem to get rid of. Carpet is disgusting, have had it cleaned twice dirt immediately comes right back up. We asked to replace it even if we had to pay for it before our baby started crawling, denied. Our master bathroom developed a crack in the wall, they just kept plastering over it. I noticed ants at first burrowing up from the same place the crack had developed, then it got worse what they kept insisting were flying ants all over my bed my infants crib and it began to spread to the hall. Today the pest control guy finally admitted they are actually termites which his treatments will do nothing for. Its been a month and only getting worse, instead of helping they get angry and standoffish when we call to complain. In addition there are giant roaches everywhere, we stopped going to the gym because the lights are filled with dead roaches and it is nasty. My garage has been broken into several times. They say they have cameras, lie. Only in the office to protect the never ending rotation of rude and unhelpful staff. And by the pool to protect themselves from a lawsuit. This place is not only infested with termites & roaches but the worst place ive ever lived in. Rude management, high rent and useless maintenance who always covers up the problem instead of actually fix it. DONT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Worst place ever. They're way over priced. I was paying $970 for just two beds and one bath. The neighbors are rude and no one picks up after they're pets. People always take your assign parking space. They have two hottubes but only one is dirty. Some people there are swimming when there not even living there and are always being Inappropriate at the pool. Our up stairs neighbors are always keeping us up at night with parties. The mangment did nothing.

When we first moved in, everything was great. Some minor issues with our appliances but they were fixed pretty fast. The amenities were like no other complex and i was pretty excited for them. The best part was the renting of the social room for free. We lived there for one year and everything changed once we put in our 30 day notice. Danielle was so rude when I was asking general questions about what the last 30 days would look like. (Others have complained about her before) We got a letter from management saying that we owe late fees and when I called to speak with the manager she said to not worry it looked like an error with their system. Of course by the time the move out inspection came, they were trying to charge us an extra $500 on top of our $700 deposit. We looked over the paperwork and their charges were ludacris. Honestly because of this experience I will never live in an apartment complex again.

Overpriced section 8. $2k for a 1 bd apartment with white trash neighbors who smoke outside my front door and bedroom window at all hours. Smells like dog piss and cigarettes in my apartment. I don't smoke or have any animals. The music is so loud at the pool you can't even watch TV or have a conversation without yelling at the person next to you. Built in 1974 walls are so paper thin, insulation doesn't exist in the walls or ceilings. You can hear every footstep, conversation, toilet being used. Renters stay away!!!

First off, way to pricey for out dated apartments! Other people don't have respect for other people, ie.. slamming the pool gates at all hours of the night, one of my neighbors drinks all night and is loud, no one knows how to close their doors, what I mean is everyone likes to slam things, play loud music, walls are paper thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors conversations. Ohhh and management like to come in to your apartment every 3 months even if your home or not, but it's only certain apartments... I never see them go to any of the apartments next to ours. If I were you I would definitely take my money else where. I mean sure you're gonna run into problems anywhere you go buttt... I would just avoid living here, unless you like section 8 living at a high cost!

Have a cleaning job here, a friend of mine just moved in he doesn't like to clean or works so much the time he does have he doesn't wanna clean lol so yea apartments nice

The apartments are spacious and have a lot of amenities. Haven't had any issues with management or maintenance. The office managers are extremely helpful and are always considerate and mindful, especially Aaron.
