The food was ok but the service was horrible. First of all we were supposed to get unlimited fries and we never did since they took so long on our food… not to mention it was not busy at ALL. Our original server didn’t even bring our food someone else brought it, they didn’t give us napkins nor offer it we had to ask. And on top of that i got 5 chicken tenders and fries and they gave me ONE side of ranch which is pathetic. The service was horrible & Jenny or jenna was our waiter so. 1/5.

We were seated right away but took awhile for anyone to come to start our order. The staff was very friendly and did check on us throughout our time.

My wife and I have had our ups and downs with this location but I can honestly says it's gotten a whole lot better. The server we got this time around seemed like she was actually enjoying herself and that goes a long way in the food industry. Attentive and happy to get us whatever we needed. The food was also amazing. My burger was cooked to near perfection and the boneless wings were spot on. A good place to come if you want some good food and good cocktails.

Service was great 👌 first time having there pizza 🍕 was not disappointed will go back was not a long wait and it been awhile that we been here so I log into my rewards and got a free dessert that was a plus 😁 Sept. 21,2023 our next visit the food was good I had the🍗 bone in wings and onion 🧅 rings and my husband had bottomless Fries and mushrooms burger over all was a good nite just disappointed on the service on the bottomless fries when we order some more they took to long to bring them to my husband 😞 we saw are server at the bar with her other coworkers talking ect .. it was not till I place on order on the kiosk for another drink that is when the bottomless fries finly came 🤷

Great food as always and our waiter was doing a fantastic job, kept checking on us constantly. All the employees were very pleasant. The server's who brought out our food were very helpful and asked if we needed anything else. Such a good time had by all of us in our group. Always can't wait to come back again. Love Red Robin.

I haven't been here is a really long time lol. My wife and I took my son here for dinner the other night and it's was ok. I forgot about the bottlemless side and I ended up having 3 salads haha. The food is ok the service was ok and parking wasn't hiribke either.

I always bring my family here. The food is great. Lots of items to choose from. Service is always the best. Parking is never a problem. Waiting to be seated is not long. Overall this place never disappoints.

Food is always delicious & service is GREAT, but the restaurant is always so filthy. I was in a 2 seater booth against a wall & the pictures hanging next to us and the wall trim were piled with dust. The table we sat on was covered in crumbs. The bathroom trash was overflowing to the ground and the whole floor was wet in there. Worst of all, my last refill of iced tea had lipstick on the glass!!! I wasn't wearing lipstick, nor did I drink from the glass. So, that was so disgusting. I felt instantly sick that I drank out of a dirty cup. The standards here are so low. You're better off going to the Red Rebin on the other end of Fresno, Shaw/Valentine area.

It's always enjoyable, but this time, we went for lunch on Memorial Day weekend. We each ordered a burger & bottomless salad...it took 25 minutes to get our food & 10 min to get our drinks. The better thing to have done would have been to serve us our salad first, and we would have gladly waited on the burger. Service was friendly but very, very slow. Parking was easy, handicap is right up front.

The food was fine, but the service was awful. A bunch of 18-20 year Olds standing around chatting and actually even saw one of them take a frie off a plate and eat it. Non attentive to the customers, slow and rude.

My husband and I chose here over Applebee's for date night because the service is typically way better. Our waitress was not friendly at all. We ordered an appetizer and it never came. I mentioned it when she brought our food and she said she forgot. She brought it out and it was already cold. My fries were cold and dry, my strawberry lemonade had no strawberries in it. I needed a knife but our waitress never came to check on us. I finally had to wave her another waitress. She was extremely friendly but as she was trying to help, our waitress came over and asked what the issue was. I politely let her know that we had quite a few issues. She said she was busy with a party of 60. I felt bad, but that wasn't my fault. We were still paying customers. She agreed to take the appetizer off the bill and the manager brought us some new fries. Every other interaction after that (which wasn't many), she was very huffy. After we paid, I asked to speak to the manager. All he did was thank us for complaining, but didn't even seem apologetic. Overall, I was extremely disappointed.

Sorry, Red Robin, but where do the food and service of the past go? We used to really like this place, but last several trips have been disappointing. Service was extremely slow, about 1/3 of the restaurant was "shut down", meaning tables, but no one was seated there. It's been like this our last several visits. Seems like there are enough servers, but tables turn very slow. I am not sure if it is the front staff or the kitchen, but like I said slow. Menu has changed over the years, burgers are average, fries soggy. Food use to be outstanding, now below average. Restaurant use to feel very fresh, now feel run down, menu changes seem very corporate, and preprocessor. Don't think I will be back

Came here for dinner. Quick service we got seated right away. Food came out hot , fresh, and in a hurry. Can't go wrong with the Red Robin bacon cheeseburger. Bottomless steak fries always a favorite. Chicken bites with the buzz sauce. The grilled chicken salad didn't stand a chance either. Was all very delicious. What can you say? RED ROBIN! YUUMMMM!

Not sure what happened but we did not have a good experience. Five people in our party, three dishes were missing an ingredient. Food had definitely been sitting for some time as it was not hot. Service was mediocre at best. We have been to this location before and had great food but this time was less than acceptable.

Waitress was very attentive to our orders, came back on refills very quickly, food was very well prepared, well done like we order, price was reasonable, down fall restroom needed more attention 😕

My grilled California chicken was done perfectly. My wife's teriyaki chicken was very good. The bottomless fries with the campfire sauce yummy. We sat in the bar area we were taken care of extremely well by the waitress Nikki,and she was always smiling and checking to see if we needed anything else. Good job, Nikki, thank you.

The more and more and I go it's more and more disappointing. Which is hard for me to say cause I absolutely love this place. Food is always good and the beers are always cold...but thier service needs help asap. Food took almost a hour to come out. Which was our problem last visit. We asked for more steak fries and they never brought them out. They messed up on my order which was sent back but took even longer. The waitress made it right by taking the order off the bill which was awesome! We will continue to keep going cause its my favorite place to eat. But I just wish they would get there service together.

My daughter loves coming here, it was her 14th birthday and I told her she could go anywhere and she chose to come here. Our sever, I Think was Ryan, was amazing. He was always on top of anything we needed be it refills for our drinks to extra napkins. It sad they don't sing happy birthday anymore but that's the world we live in. No where really does anymore. Food was hot, fries were bottomless, great place to go. Will be back

The food here is spot on every time I come. I usually order a crispy chicken sandwich with an appetizer of mozzarella sticks and a drink. My order usually comes to about 25 dollars. The chicken sandwich is always juicy and thick, and has the right amount of mayo and lettuce to my taste. And the mozzarella sticks are always seasoned just right with herbs and spices. One thing that always irks me about this location in particular is that the server is always absent, no matter who it is. I usually never get a refill on my fries or my drinks until they come by asking how we would like to split the bill. If you don't mind that then I whole heartedly recommend this place for lunch or for dinner if you don't mind waiting a bit.

What happened to the best bottomless fries and excellent service ☹️ I ordered via delivery service and they didn’t send the drink, didn’t send the appetizer, didn’t send the ordered sauces, but did send limp, cold, soggy, sad fries. Super disappointed. The only redeeming quality was the ever delicious burgers (obviously the “meat” of the order), but with everything else so far off, they were just a side order to the dissatisfaction. Sigh.

First, I'd like to say we eat at a Red Robin fairly often as we travel throughout the U.S. We are full time RV'ers. The food was excellent as always. Our server was friendly. However she just messed up our order twice. It was not enough that we will not come back...we will make sure our server fully understands our order.

I Was so dissatisfied with my recent visit 5/14/22. They sat us at the bar and the service sell SUCKED it took 10 min to get refills, our waitress was. No where to be found spent 100 bucks just to get ignored. Will not go back, will tell everyone to avoid thos place like the plague (Covid 19). They need change they have been declining the last couple of years, might as well cross the street and go to McDonald's to get ignored

I had the "Burning Love Burger" which wasn't very spicy but man did it taste good! I should say I cook a lot and when I spice it up it frequently is too spicy for my Latina wide so that gives you some perspective. Love Red Robin's burgers!

Food was very good, though the wait was rather long. Garlic fries were not as hot as they should have been. The Black and Bleu burger was delicious though. The Dr. Pepper tasted kinda syrupy.

Had a great burger here at the bar, fair prices and service was always on the ball about what you needed.

The food was good however, they have streamlined their menu quite a bit since I was last there. They were also out of several staple items, including bacon. The restaurant decor including the bathrooms are outdated and dilapidated. The customer service of the staff members was very good - professional, friendly and efficient. I would say the customer service alone is carrying them through to a 4-star review. Keep up the good work and don't get comfortable.

My ❤️ is sad. I loved this spot a few years ago. Always popping and clean and the servers were bright, full of personality. Katie, my sever did wonderful and was nice and always checked on us. Good job! The food was great!! My sadness comes from the cleanliness, along with the other people that work here. The walk slow with their hair a mess, hold a broom and dust pan only to pass up messes all over! Their walls in the booths are messy with old food. It appears to me that the employees? I saw had little drive and didn't take much pride in what they do here.
