Adrian
brought
us
our
food.
He
was
quick
to
bring
our
mobile
order,
but
only
1
of
the
three
items.
He
stated
that
they
were
out
of
lemonade
(for
the
strawberry
lemonade),
so
we
substituted
with
a
cherry
limeade.
We
were
still
missing
our
cherry
coke
order.
As
soon
as
he
left,
we
noticed
there
was
mayonnaise
within
the
burger.
(We
ordered
double
cheeseburger,
with
bacon,
ketchup,
no
mustard,
no
pickles.)
So
when
he
came
back
we
had
them
replace
the
burger.
(BTW,
the
digital
menu
kept
saying
Son
was
bringing
us
our
order.)
The
second
burger
and
first
drink
order
finally
came
around,
the
burger
had
one
patty,
no
cheese,
no
ketchup,
and
more
mayo.
When
my
wife
went
to
the
front
to
complain
about
the
missing
patty,
cheese,
and
the
addition
of
mayo
again,
Adrian
scoffed
at
the
fact
that
we
expected
another
patty
and
cheese
on
our
burger.
You
know,
that
double
doesn’t
actually
mean
anything,
that
the
name
cheese
being
in
the
burger
is
more
a
suggestion
rather
than
a
reality,
and
that
the
double
doesn’t
include
mayo,
you’d
have
to
add
it,
which
the
app
was
very
clear
about
not
having
it
added.
Adrian
walked
away
denying
our
request
and
we
got
the
manager
Rose.
She
provided
us
a
number
where
we
can
direct
our
experience.
All
of
this
and
yet
my
review
has
not
included
how
they
screwed
up
our
other
burger.
We
ordered
a
SuperSONIC
Double
Stack,
which
is
supposed
to
come
with
2
burger
Pattie’s
on
a
brioche
bun,
but
their
line
cook
put
the
grilled
steak
in
its
place,
so
there
was
very
little
actual
meat
in
the
burger.
(Not
the
way
Sonic
had
intended.)
We
also
ordered
a
bbq
packet,
which
they
could
not
provide
on
multiple
occasions.
At
this
point,
it’s
the
most
trivial
of
complaints,
but
worthwhile
nonetheless.
There
needs
to
be
some
level
of
quality
control
at
an
establishment
such
as
this,
even
if
the
bar
is
set
low
for
a
fast
food
joint.
On
this
date
of
terrible
service,
4/16/23,
Yelp’s
review
for
this
location
holds
to
a
1.6
stars
out
of
5.
I
want
to
emphasize
how
terrible
this
experience
was
because
of
Adrian.
I
would
actually
encourage
some
disciplinary
action
for
this
disregard
for
customer
service.
