MESSY, LAZY, DIRTY! Stay away from this location! Reminds me why I never dine at corporate restaurants! Look how my meal was served to me! I also paid over by 70 cents because they didn’t have change at the counter. So they get to profit even more? That doesn’t make sense. Imagine how much money they took from customers. The kitchen area by bathroom was FILTHY. Bathroom was dirty. Workers filled up their own drinks and didn’t bother to clean up drink station. Kind of embarrassing. The amount of filth in this place is shocking. I won’t be surprised if I get food poisoning. Imagine how they handle our food. 🤢🤮

The food is good but they can be more generous with portions. I ordered the “You Pick 2” and got 1/2 of a chicken salad sandwich. Only to find very little chicken with a whole lot of cucumbers and onions. I collected all of the chicken onto my spoon (after taking a very small bite out of a very small sandwich) and it’s a pretty sad sight. Since there are plenty of other places around here that will give you 10x more of the amount of protein I don’t think I’ll come back. Thank you but I’ll pass.

To me, Panera has always been a restaurant that was mentioned by friends as a great place to eat. For the price, it is. I got a drink, duet (1/2 grilled cheese and tomato soup) French baguette and a cinnamon roll for 11.96. It is worth mentioning I got the baguette for free. However, the food I paid for filled me up and the roll was an added bonus. The place gives a coffee house vibe and it is enjoyable to sit and relax while on a computer doing work. The thing is, while I was sitting here for about 45 minutes, I began to notice that the floors and tables were not the cleanest. A lot of the tables still had crumbs on them and the floors had pieces of paper and some food. However, I do not think that it was all that bad as I did see the staff actively trying to clean the floors (not so much the tables). Overall, I would recommend this place to a friend. I would tell them to try all the charged drinks and mix them together!

I actually give another try for Panera bread at a different location and unfortunately I ran to the same problem I’ve seen at a different branch, lack of customer service and mismanagement. Delay in ordering and delivering excellent customer service to clients especially during peak hours when people have limited time to go on lunch

Ordered soup and 1/2 sandwich. Got to the table went right back to add the other 1/2 sandwich. Sorry, you will have to do another order. I thought that was odd. I guess I need to take a little more time doing my order next time. The food, is good.

Great-tasting, clean food at Panera Bread! Delicious breakfast sandwiches and wraps, salads, soups, tasty pastries, and coffee drinks. Highly recommend!

First time attempting to eat here. Came in, no line, only 1 person ordering. I got in behind that person. When they were done the employee invites a customer who was behind me to come order. So f this place, and I left. I guess I should have expected terrible service. This place sucks at having doordash orders ready on time as well.

The staff was very friendly but our experience with the food was REALLY bad.. The avocados in our turkey BLTs were hard as rocks and also had some skin from the pit. We ordered 3 BLTs and they all had that issue. Then when I went to eat my apple I saw that it was rotten with some mold in the center. Yuck! If I would’ve seen that apple before I ate the sandwich I don’t think I would’ve been able to finish my meal. We spent over $50 there so needless to say..we were very disappointed.

Always love all the bread here 😍😍😍 the pizza is so delicious it's kinda different than those out there but our family loves it 👍👍👍

Conveniently located at the Sierra Vista Mall amid lots of shopping choices and close to the theater. Prices have gone up some but still a reasonable value for the quality of the food. Ordering at the kiosk is convenient.

Service was bad. Cashier spent at least 20 minute on one customer. There were over 10 people in line, 3 of them left. When we place our order and complained about how the cashier need help, she stated that she didn't care and her job was just to take orders. Due to her attitude, we left. Will never be back. Went to Deli Delicious. Glad we did. No problems there.

My first time at Panera, and I have to say they have a huge menu that can be a bit overwhelming and doesn't describe any of the items... it's pretty pricey for the portion sizes. The food was very good, but I wouldn't recommend the panera secret sauce it was way too sweet for my liking. The soup, on the other hand, was excellent.. I had the broccoli cheddar soup.

My first time going there for a late lunch after 2:00 P. M. Ordered the chicken caeser salad and it was excellent with bread. They had a lot of great choices for a variety of meals and appetizers. Very satisfied. Clean Atmosphere and great staff. Order didn't take that long.

Was extremely disappointed in their new pepperoni and mozzarella baguette. Their commercial made it look so good and cheesy and what I actually got was trash. It didn't even come close to it. Don't believe me take a look at the picture. It's just sad that this is what I got...

Soup was great, as expected. They most likely have new people since they forgot my chips and gave me the wrong order. They offered me to come pick it up the correct soup and chips, which I did. Their service is quite fast. We also ordered two sandwiches, which were not all that great for the price paid. The salad was also okay, but again, it was not worth the price paid. I'll probably stick with the soup if I plan to go there.

As an older lady, it is always refreshing to experience kindness when out in public. Around 4 pm, we were greeted with a cheery voice and a great smile. We put our orders in and found a table. Buzz buzz, our order was ready for pick up. The food was wonderful. The soda machine was out of order, so they were offering free cold bottled water. The environment was clean and quiet background music played. It was a good time.

I came here with my church family. And we were all very happy with the food and service. Clean with an upbeat atmosphere. Employees were kind and helpful. I definitely recommend.

A perfect little place for a quick, inexpensive brunch. Close to the gym and shopping mall so it's convenient if you have other plans during the day too. I got the Chipotle chicken avacado melt on an Asiago bagel and it was good!

I had lunch at Sierra Vista location - ordered the Chicken Sandwich that's been heavily advertised on TV...not even close to how they portray it on the commercial - for $12, DON'T order it...a complete disappointment. My guest ordered Teriyaki Chicken & Rice Bowl - paltry portion...once again, for $12 a rip-off. I had always had a good impression of Panera - until today. It was BAD to the bone...don't go ☹

I've never eaten at Panera bread before, and I have to be honest. Best turkey bacon and avocado sandwich, along with a cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Service was great and fast. 2 thumbs up Panera bread 👍👍

Stopped here for lunch with a co-worker. All of the employees were genuinely very nice and caring. Even the gentleman cleaning the tables was very sweet and working hard. I will eat here again because the food was good and the employees were great!

The food was A little less than what you'd expect at a Panera. The sandwich wasn't really proportioned. A small piece of avocado tossed in. I got the you pick 2. Broccoli cheddar soup and the chipotle chicken avocado. Will avoid this location in the future.

The food is always delicious. It is worth the wait, and you will not be disappointed. Great service as well.

We left the doctor's office and we decided to have some lunch, so we googled Panera, and this was the closest location. My sister had the 2 item combo: tomato creamy soup with the baguette and the caesar salad and iced tea. I chose the chicken soup and the turkey, bacon, and gouda on tomato bread, toasted with some iced tea. Our meals came out and both of us chowed down. My soup was creamy, with brocolli, carrots, and some mixture of grains...awesome. The 1/2 sandwich was pleasantly enough of a portion, and the baguette was perfect with lots of butter. My sister's caesar salad was filling, and she really enjoyed her creamy tomato soup, kinda like a bisque. We both enjoyed our meals, and look forward to coming back soon. Thanks Panera. 😎👍👍

Went in Saturday around 4:00pm, they were not busy. The young lady that took our order was having a bad day. She was there just to be there. When our order was called I walk up to get it and they had put bread on my wife order and she want chips. The young man through it at her and told her to keep the bread. The only nice person there was the lady that clear our table, she was real nice and told us to make sure we refilled out cups.
