Stayed here a few nights ago and would not come back again. The campground was unbelievably congested. There were tons of sites meaning that the facilities were overrun with campers. Coming from people who like children, the pool was jam packed with kids and was constantly busy which deterred us from going to the pool. The beach was quite nice, and the bathrooms were relatively clean, but I would not consider showering there. OK campground for kids, but way too busy, and for that price, there are certainly better campgrounds to stay.

I was disappointed that the campground management did not take any responsibility when one of their mowers caught my Andersen hitch cable, breaking the cable and bending the latch attachment on my fifth wheel, making it unusable. Even after the technician with the repair company that they recommended said it was definitely a mower that caused the damage, they took no responsibility. Thus, I got stuck paying for a new part and having it installed. I also paid $60 for their ‘premium’ wifi which was worthless for working on my laptop.

A great campsite. It's a big site, with a lot of people in it, but the sites are well spaced out, there are plenty of staff available to help you, there's a lovely swimming pool and fun equipment for kids to play on, and it's all surrounded by gentle inland sea, with steep red earth banks and a flat red sandy beach. When the tide is out there are mussels and clams and periwinkles. You can't stay long here without spotting a heron or another interesting bird or two. The store sells fresh delicious PEI milk and ice creams and snacks and they're always ready to answer any questions you have.

I just left the finest campground I have EVER stayed in. It's beautiful (with its own beach) and very clean and convenient. But the most wonderful thing is that Donna (owner) is so, so kind! She will solve ANY camping problem. When I felt that my site was not level, she sent machinery and workers to add and pack soil so that it WOULD be level. That's just one of many examples. Donna helped me so much when the transmission in my RV failed. At 6:30 a.m. she got me a tow truck to take my RV to the repair place in Charlottetown. I couldn't drive anywhere. I feel like she saved me and my RV. I also want to say how friendly, kind and helpful Donna's other employees are. No matter the time of day; no matter how busy they are; they're ready to help in any way they possibly can. This is a very unusual campground. Most campgrounds "tolerate" you, but rarely do they go the extra mile for you. This campground is wonderful in every way.

5+ Donna helped check us in along with a younger girl, apologies we didn’t catch your name. Both incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. Due to the storm warning at the time we were warned that there could be a power outage like other sites in the area and that it would be a good idea to fill our tanks and make sure everything is charged. They also moved our small RV site from the coast to inland for our safety and gave a refund immediately on to my card as the inland site was cheaper. Really but shop offering a wide range of goods and souvenirs along with DVDs, books and games to borrow. WiFi worked well despite the storm and the showers / toilets were incredibly clean and well maintained with rainfall style showers. Due to the storm our ferry crossing was cancelled and Donna helped us try to contact the company about changing our crossing and left the store number for them to call us back on, she really went above and beyond.

Great and frenddly service. Store on site has everything you need at cheaper prices than the superstore in town. Clean bathrooms. Donna went above and beyond to let me extend my stay for a week in peak season when everyone else was full. Beautiful beach and views. I'll be staying there again!

As last September the PEI it was kicked by Fiona hurricane there are not too many trees stand in the camping sites, so, almost all the spots are getting all day sun, they have kind of convince store where you can buy the most needed thing for camping, laundry, propane gas ect, ect.

We are right on the ocean, it is beautiful. We are from Ontario and we have stayed at all KOAs. On our 2 week Atlantic vakay we have enjoyed it immensely

Over protective. Poor website. It's not the inn of great George's. For god sakes. I can see why your numbers are down. You totally forgot about the little guy.the Storm hit more than you. But I guess when the owner is rich. What matters. Was a great pei camp ground. But it is now a haven for the rich and 😴😴😴😴😴. Bored. Shame on you.

Just leaving our beautiful chalet after our week stay here at Cornwall KOA. Donna, and her friendly, helpful staff, are amazing. Grounds always kept clean and tidy, great place for kids with lots for them to do. Centrally located for day trips to other parts of this gorgeous island. Highly recommend!

Staff was great. Our tent site was really nice. The pool was nice and clean. And they had everything we needed in the store

This rating was given two stars due to the negligence of a hole left on our site that caused a twisted ankle of my son. I reported the hole to them which they promptly fixed however no apology or remorse was offered. We did find the facilities nice but expected better customer relations concerning the incident.
