Stayed
here
whilst
accompanying
friend
who
was
attending
the
hospital
for
a
few
days,
so
it
was
idea
location
for
that.
It's
a
15/20
min
drive
into
Glasgow
centre
&
has
close
access
to
train
station
and
buses.
The
room
I
had
was
one
of
the
older
style
rooms,
but
it
was
spacious
&
cleaning
staff
were
excellent.
Great
views
over
the
River
Clyde.
Staff
were
friendly
&
helpful
and
the
food
in
the
restaurant
was
great,
if
a
bit
on
the
expensive
side.
Bar
was
nice.
Buffet
breakfast
was
really
good,
with
a
huge
selection
of
cereals,
fruits,
jams,
yogurt,
pastries,
and
of
course
the
full
Scottish
breakfast
ingredients
you'd
expect.
It
pays
to
get
their
earlier
on
around
7.15am
during
the
week,
as
the
food
is
kept
under
warmers,
so
if
you
like
a
hot
fresh
cooked
breakfast,
then
get
in
fast!
I
didn't
need
to
ask
for
anything
from
the
staff,
but
I
know
they
were
more
than
willing
to
help
those
who
did
need
to
ask
for
something
cooked
a
particular
way,
or
poached
eggs.
There
is
fresh
coffee
and
fresh
orange
always
available
from
the
machines
in
the
relaxation
area,
&
I
have
to
say,
it
was
pretty
good
coffee,
not
the
usual
awful
coffee
you
get
from
machines!
Dont
be
put
off
by
the
fact
it
is
attached
to
the
hospital.
You
have
to
venture
across
the
relaxation
area
&
down
a
large
corridor
to
access
the
hospital
&
you
never
see
any
people
wandering
around
in
gowns,
or
staff
in
nurse's
uniforms,
so
it's
not
got
a
hospital
vibe.
I
never
used
the
swimming
pool
or
gym,
so
can't
comment
on
that.
