I
used
to
be
a
pretty
regular
customer
but
since
new
management
has
taken
over,
it
has
become
much
harder
to
enjoy
a
visit.
The
food
remains
pretty
good,
but
that’s
the
only
positive.
Service
is
now
extremely
poor
-
there’s
no
table
service
as
you
order
and
pay
in
advance
at
the
counter,
canteen-style,
but
the
real
issue
is
the
time
it
takes
for
food
to
reach
you.
Today
we
arrived
(table
of
4)
at
approx
1:20
and
were
warned
of
a
45
minute
wait
for
food.
After
an
hour,
we
had
to
chase
the
staff
for
an
update.
3
of
our
meals
were
served
and
then
we
were
told
the
4th
was
no
longer
available.
After
an
hour
of
waiting,
I
think
this
is
totally
unacceptable.
Overall,
I
don’t
understand
what
is
going
wrong
-
is
the
menu
now
too
big
and
too
varied
for
the
kitchen
to
cope?
Is
there
no
system
or
process
in
place
to
get
through
the
orders?
Does
no
prep
get
done
before
service?
Have
too
many
extra
tables
been
squeezed
in?
By
the
time
we
were
all
eating,
new
customers
were
being
warned
of
an
hour
wait
for
food,
but
it
was
no
longer
peak
lunchtime
-
so
why
on
earth
was
the
kitchen
not
catching
up
with
the
remaining
orders?
The
table
next
to
us
was
served
as
we
left,
and
they
were
sending
back
one
dish,
and
having
to
go
to
looking
for
cutlery
and
missing
side
dishes.
I
hate
to
say
it,
as
this
used
to
be
a
favourite
place
to
meet
friends
and
family
for
a
quick
lunch,
but
I
doubt
I’ll
go
back.
Forget
fancy
domes,
redecorating
and
jazzing
up
the
menu,
and
focus
on
getting
the
basics
of
service
right.
